Customer service, attitude, hospitality, demeanor, we're all extremely lacking. The guys working there totally suck at their job. Went in with my wife and son and never was approached by a store employee, when I asked if they carried womens shoes they just laughed and shook their heads. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I guarantee my wife would out play everyone in that store, she hits from the whites so let's get it. Lastly, I take great offense that everyone in that store looked down on me and my entire family. Moving to Lubbock soon and am an avid golfer so I wanted to check out some local golf stores while I was in the area for a visit. The get out vibes were strong, from the moment my mom and I walked in the guy at the counter seemed put off we were there and then made comments about us "being in the right place". I assumed it was cause we were women but after reading some other feedback maybe they are just annoyed by customers in general. But they didn't seem to bother the two guys much who came in after us. By the time we left additional employees had come from the back to stare at me while I was on the putting green looking at a putter, while asking me if I knew what I was even looking for and what the club was. Went in to buy a new set of irons with multiple employees standing around just talking not a single hi how are you, can we help you with anything, not a word was in the store for 10 minutes hoping to hit a few irons but was never even approached by an employee, best to skip the hassle if your looking for new clubs. read more

Went in there recently to pick something up. The guy at the counter seemed put out that someone would come in and ask a question about buying something. Had to sit and wait for a guy to come out of the bathroom to sell me something. While I was waiting a kid came in for a fitting. Again Mr pleasant yelled across the store that the guys next fitting was there. Then jammed some papers in front of the kid and told him to fill it out. Then another guy walks in to look at grips. He is immediately told they can't get to them right now, it will be a while. When the guy went to look at the grips, it was as if it was a problem to actually see what he wanted. This was all in about a 10 minute span. Customer Service is definitely not their strong point at this place, that's for sure. I like the store, but damn, at least act as if you're grateful to have customers!! read more

Thanks to Deryl and Rick for taking good care of me. I went into Golf Headquarters today after a phone fitting from Callaway Golf Company. I told the young man of my findings from Callaway and he selected a 40gram shaft, attached the AI iron head and a mid-size grip and I was hitting within a few minutes. All went very smooth. After hitting around 20 balls and the results being analyzed on the computer I was pretty confident I was on the right track to improve my golf game. Deryl, the owner was involved in my hitting and managed to give me a couple of hitting suggestions. Thanks! Deryl had Rick print out the exact specifications of what I was looking for and suggested I contact Callaway to make sure I was getting the correct price. I went home and checked the pricing with Callaway and I called Rick back to place the order. I should get my new irons in about 10 days. read more

Went for a fitting, thinking it will be fitted by a pro golfer. Got a young inexperienced 19-20ish year old. That was very quiet and wasn't guiding on what was needed. Didn't ask to wear a glove. Didn't know the policy or delivery instruction on equipment. Kept reminding me the closing time. When I paid in full over the price advertised online. His name is Clake. I do not recommend him if looking for full experience. read more

We were walking out of the store as the owner approached us asking if we were going to purchase an item from the store. We informed him that we were not able to find what we needed, so we were leaving the store. As we were talking, he said "you need to leave", so we asked "why, what happened?". He informed us that 2 employees complained that we were being rude, but we had not yet spoken to an employee other than saying "no thank you" when offered help. After we asked why we were being told to leave, the owner put his hands on the man that I was with. He then said to the owner "I would appreciate if you would take your hands off of me". After that was said, the owner proceeded to say "fuck you, get out of my store" and shoved him towards the door. Once we left the store, I called the store to speak to the owner about how we were rude to the employee. He said that one of the employees was shoved and one was spoken rude toward. We will no longer continue our service at this store, as the owner was very disrespectful and the employees are liars. read more

Excellent golf shop to buy clubs or browse new clubs available to play. Their golf repair shop is excellent fixing clubs or adjusting them to fit you and your game. This is the first and last golf shop I would I go to in Lubbock. Daryl is the best all around club person in town. read more

Good selection. Darryl is the best! If you need grips or club fitting, he is the man to go to. I didn't care to much for Adrian though, he acted as though the customers were a pain for him to have to deal with. read more
