This is my second time here and I will not be returning, especially for nails. The salon is nice and clean; however, I was cut twice this time with nothing but a sorry to show for it. My shaping was also off and not what I asked for. Pedicure was good though.

They did a phenomenal job on my nails this is very late review I tried them back in March after the storm when we were dealing with the power outages. It was so nice to sit back relax and have a drink and have my nails and toes be done. I wish I lived closer as this would be my go to treat myself spot! It's a bit pricey but worth every penny as my nails lasted with no issue! Staff was accommodating and friendly as well. Highly recommend.

I've been here before and they did an excellent job then too. Not only are they really good, but they're really quick you would think that your nails wouldn't turn out great with as fast as they are, but they're beautiful and they last forever. I travel a lot and sometimes I like to do my own nails, but whenever I want beautiful nails I come here!

Not to be confused with the MT Nails Spa, which never has anyone in it. This is NT what I was expecting. It's an excellent nail salon, with lovely owners. Barbi is a big fan, and this is one of the friendliest nail salons, which is helpful because it's right near our gym. Lots of beautiful people come here to have their stuff done, from all kinds of backgrounds, and even though this is the Latin area, pretty much everyone seems to use this salon. I'm surprised they didn't have more reviews on Yelp, but that's probably because they don't write a hundred fake ones like most nail salons do. Good for them for their rare honesty. The owner is super cool and prices are very affordable.

I had a great first experience here, but as another reviewer has mentioned, they don't honor appointments here. I sat and waited for half an hour past my appointment time and there wasn't a single technician that looked to be finishing up anytime soon, so I finally just got up and left. The whole reason I made an appointment is so that I would be seen at a designated time. I guess they don't need my business. read more

First time I came was a few months back, I was sat and was told to wait for my technician. Waited for 30 minutes just to have some woman walk in and started asking the owner (who she clearly knew on a first name basis because they were talking as friends) if there was any availability for her. He told her "of course" and immediately sat her next to me and had someone start on her right away. Completely disregarded the fact that I had been sitting there before her, waiting. I usually don't say anything in these situations, however, it was clear that the owner was giving someone he knew special treatment while first comers a bad experience. I stood up for myself and explained that I had been waiting a while and still hadn't had anyone come help me. He immediately started blaming the technician that was supposed to help me saying she went on break when she wasn't supposed to. That made my blood boil. It was clear he knew I caught exactly what happened and he threw his employee under the bus to try and save face. I told myself this place wasn't worth it, but I tried giving it another shot hoping the owner understood that walk ins should be treated fairly next time. I was wrong. I walked in today to be asked if I was the "one who just called". I said I wasn't. He told me that someone just called and was on the way and he wasn't going to have any availability for another hour. Again, treating a last minute call in (which isn't an appointment) priority over someone who was already there in the flesh. The owner clearly has no regard to how to fairly treat customers and I have had enough. Don't believe the 5 stars this place has. Many businesses do anything to get a 5 star rating now a days. read more

I live nearby and tried this salon because of its location. The decor is very nice and the Pedicure chairs have nice massage features. I've been there several times and haven't been disappointed yet. I'm so happy I found this place. Also happy it's only 5 minutes away from my house. I got the classic white tips and I'm so happy with how they came out. The owner greeted me right away and asked if I needed a drink. Bob is my guy. He's so funny and full of energy. You have no idea how many nail techs can make you feel uncomfortable bc they're tired or rush on the job bc it's almost closing time. Not here! Bob was so talkative asked me couple times if I like how the nails were turning out. He shared color ideas for next visit, and believe me when I say "I will return" thanks guys. I came here because of the good reviews but I personally had a bad experience. The lady that did my pedicure (older lady with bright orange hair) cut too much of the cuticle on one toe and then a different toe she put too much pressure with the nail buffer and made a cut there as well. She barely used any scrub and the massage was a couple minutes at most. read more

I recently moved to the area and needed to find a new nail salon. This will be my spot from now on. I made a same day appointment for 11:15 and was helped as soon as I walked in. They have a large color selection and were very attentive and detailed. It's also really pretty inside which I wasn't expecting based on the exterior. Shitty work. Didn't get a good application, the top coat has gaps in it, the ombré is lacking skill. And it was $65. Didn't even get cuticle oil or anything. He literally did the bare minimum. I will never come here again. Don't waste your money. read more

Don't judge a book by its cover! Was a little worried when the shopping center wasn't very appealing to the eye! But inside is beautiful! Came here for the first time after the pandemic. Johanna, in particular, impressed me with her gentle touch, especially considering my injured thumb. She was attentive and ensured that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The ambiance of the spa was serene and soothing, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The staff were friendly, professional, and made my visit enjoyable. In addition to the regular pedicure, I decided to treat myself to the second pedicure package with the hot wax treatment. It was worth every penny! The hot wax added an extra level of luxury and left my feet feeling soft and nourished. While the cost for the shellac manicure and pedicure, including the tip, was $105.00, the quality of the service and the overall experience made it well worth the price. The Elegant Spa truly offers a nice pampering experience. I only gave it a 4 star because no one came to check on me at the very end of the service like other places that check on you before leaving and meet you at the register. The other thing I noticed was the tipping options that started at 20% and up. Although I am all for tipping I still subscribe to the tipping etiquette of allowing the customer to decide how much. Since I know those tip percentages are suggestions I wouldn't let that stop me from going back. I recommend The Elegant Spa. Whether you're looking for a simple mani-pedi or a more indulgent treatment, Loan and Johanna, along with the rest of the staff, will ensure that you leave feeling pampered, refreshed, and completely satisfied.

Instead of providing the color I asked for, the technician repeatedly tried to substitute multiple different shades and insisted they were "clear pink" when they clearly were not. I even looked at the bottles myself and knew they were different colors. After several attempts to explain what I wanted, another employee came over to assist. They disappeared for a while and eventually returned with a bottle labeled "DND Clear Pink," but it looked completely different from the actual product I have used before. The bottle itself didn't even match the standard DND packaging, which raised even more concerns. What frustrated me most was feeling like my concerns were being dismissed. I knew exactly what color I wanted, yet I was repeatedly told I was wrong. Throughout the interaction, the employees continued speaking among themselves in their language and would occasionally say "clear pink," which made the entire situation feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. To make matters worse, after all of the confusion and after I decided not to proceed with gel polish, I was still charged an additional fee to remove the existing polish. So not only did I not receive the service I specifically requested, but I ended up paying extra as well. There are far too many nail salons with excellent customer service to deal with this kind of experience. If a client tells you exactly what they want, listen to them instead of trying to convince them they don't know the difference. Very disappointing experience.

The quality has gone downhill. Normally people will ask if you want something to drink or have quality products that don't come off right away. It was a lesson learned though.

It is extremely important to book correctly, if you want a detailed design you have to book "Nail design" and if you have nail removal you also have to include that when booking. To account for the time you need. If you book incorrectly, the nail tech wouldn't know until next client arrives and then they rush or switch you to another nail tech to finish. Although they are still very kind about it, it is clear you have to book correctly. I came for birthday nails in late April and expected it to be pricey but didn't realize nail asking for a 3-D nail design increase price significantly. Normal French tip charge at Adore is $20, so anything additional like polka dots or another color is added on the $20. Total nail design was $60, gel x short is $70, nail removal $10 = total of $140 for nails alone. Although I realize you are paying for art, for their time, dedication, expertise and their patience to design the nail how you want. It is pricey in my opinion.
