Best place to get Nails and Toes Done they never disappoint They do the best designs very relaxing very clean they give the best massages when you get a pedicure. There is an a color or a design that they do not have or cannot do if you haven't gone, you need to check them out.

They did a phenomenal job on my nails this is very late review I tried them back in March after the storm when we were dealing with the power outages. It was so nice to sit back relax and have a drink and have my nails and toes be done. I wish I lived closer as this would be my go to treat myself spot! It's a bit pricey but worth every penny as my nails lasted with no issue! Staff was accommodating and friendly as well. Highly recommend.

This place is great! I started going here last summer and they've always done a great job plus it's very clean. One time I went when my son was supposed to be napping - he was only 12 weeks old - and he woke up and became very fussy. The owner came over and rocked the car seat back and forth to calm my son so I could finish my manicure and pedicure. It was the most kind thing ever and just what I needed in that moment. First time I came was a few months back, I was sat and was told to wait for my technician. Waited for 30 minutes just to have some woman walk in and started asking the owner (who she clearly knew on a first name basis because they were talking as friends) if there was any availability for her. He told her "of course" and immediately sat her next to me and had someone start on her right away. Completely disregarded the fact that I had been sitting there before her, waiting. I usually don't say anything in these situations, however, it was clear that the owner was giving someone he knew special treatment while first comers a bad experience. I stood up for myself and explained that I had been waiting a while and still hadn't had anyone come help me. He immediately started blaming the technician that was supposed to help me saying she went on break when she wasn't supposed to. That made my blood boil. It was clear he knew I caught exactly what happened and he threw his employee under the bus to try and save face. I told myself this place wasn't worth it, but I tried giving it another shot hoping the owner understood that walk ins should be treated fairly next time. I was wrong. I walked in today to be asked if I was the "one who just called". I said I wasn't. He told me that someone just called and was on the way and he wasn't going to have any availability for another hour. Again, treating a last minute call in (which isn't an appointment) priority over someone who was already there in the flesh. The owner clearly has no regard to how to fairly treat customers and I have had enough. Don't believe the 5 stars this place has. Many businesses do anything to get a 5 star rating now a days. read more

I live nearby and tried this salon because of its location. The decor is very nice and the Pedicure chairs have nice massage features. I've been there several times and haven't been disappointed yet. I came here because of the good reviews but I personally had a bad experience. The lady that did my pedicure (older lady with bright orange hair) cut too much of the cuticle on one toe and then a different toe she put too much pressure with the nail buffer and made a cut there as well. She barely used any scrub and the massage was a couple minutes at most. read more

Mike is great! Always friendly and makes genuine conversation, not just small talk. Nails are done great, no chips on my set and it's been over 4 weeks. Had a refill and was in and out promptly. Parking lot is large and location is great. :) read more

I recently moved to the area and needed to find a new nail salon. This will be my spot from now on. I made a same day appointment for 11:15 and was helped as soon as I walked in. They have a large color selection and were very attentive and detailed. It's also really pretty inside which I wasn't expecting based on the exterior. I'm so happy I found this place. Also happy it's only 5 minutes away from my house. I got the classic white tips and I'm so happy with how they came out. The owner greeted me right away and asked if I needed a drink. Bob is my guy. He's so funny and full of energy. You have no idea how many nail techs can make you feel uncomfortable bc they're tired or rush on the job bc it's almost closing time. Not here! Bob was so talkative asked me couple times if I like how the nails were turning out. He shared color ideas for next visit, and believe me when I say "I will return" thanks guys. Shitty work. Didn't get a good application, the top coat has gaps in it, the ombré is lacking skill. And it was $65. Didn't even get cuticle oil or anything. He literally did the bare minimum. I will never come here again. Don't waste your money. read more

Don't judge a book by its cover! Was a little worried when the shopping center wasn't very appealing to the eye! But inside is beautiful! Came here for the first time after the pandemic. I drove over an hour 1 way to go here. Signing in was easy but when I sat down with my nail tech, he didn't offer any water or anything. Just started working on my nails which is fine. He did a decent job. By the time I drove home and took a shower the gel was coming off. I doubt he even put gel on if it came off that fast! I was charged $45 dollars for nails to come off within a few hours and I tipped $10. Now I have to go to my normal nail tech near me and see how much she will charge to fix someone else's work. The quality has gone downhill. Normally people will ask if you want something to drink or have quality products that don't come off right away. It was a lesson learned though.

I don't have a specific favorite technician because each time I'm here, everyone does a great job. There's mellow instrumental music playing to help you feel relaxed. The pedi chairs have all the massage functions to help loosen up that tight back and shoulders. They also offer you something to drink during your service. There's alcoholic and nonalcoholic options. I've been here 3x and no complaints. The convenience factor is it's also right next to the H-E-B grocery store, and many other retailers/restaurants.

Despite the color I originally wanted being sold out, the staff member went above and beyond to offer me plenty of alternative options. Their friendly demeanor made the whole visit enjoyable. My first time there, and I loved ittt. Not only did they do such an amazing job but we're so kind the whole time I was there. In my experience it's always so chaotic in nail salons but in this case it wasn't. It was calm,clean, or in general such a nice experience!! I would definitely recommend going to them first if you want beautiful complex nails or nails im general!! read more
