I came on a recommendation from a friend. This place is fairly close to me and decided to give threading a try. I was a Monday midafternoon ( around 2pm) and there was only one person in front of me. I didn't have to wait very long and Stephanie was very sweet and listened to my concerns. EYEBROWS FRAME YOUR FACE! if they look bad it throws off your whole look in my opinion. I told her what I was looking for then I sat back and she told me what she was doing the entire time ( I can be a control freak at time) They turned out really nice! So happy they are up and running. I just came in to clean up my eyebrows and it wasn't busy today so I was seated very fast and took about 10 mins but got my eyebrows nice and shaped up. Thank you!!! There is good social distancing seating and the person is cleaning the seats and sanitizing their tools after each client. I'm all for wearing a mask but today I forgot one and walked 2 miles ( mostly for the walk) to get them done... when I let the lady know that I didn't have one not thinking it was required because they aren't required in about 99% of place except for healthcare place. I had hoped and asked if she would provide one. she simply said no and I was pretty much turned away. Honestly, the brows are good the service today lost my business forever. I came here Wednesday around 4. The lady that did my brows was SO rude! As she was threading my face it was extremely painful and I could feel her constantly pinching my skin. I tried to tell her and she had the nerve to complain. She ended up leaving cuts all on the sides of my face and above my eyebrows. Stephanie is by far the best. If you can't get her don't come! I've had Almas a few times and each time I'm so disappointed in how my brows turn out. The last time she had her phone in her shirt on speakerphone the entire time she did my brows as well as the people she did before me . It was loud and in my ear as she worked. So unprofessional! If it weren't for the great job stephanie does, I would not be back. I will be calling ahead to make sure she is available and working before I go. Stephanie deserves 5 stars! I've been going to both locations for years and haven't had any issues until recently. The lady who did my brows was someone I haven't seen before. My brows are done so I just need a clean up, shouldn't be too hard, just thread outside of the lines, simple right? Nope, she definitely threaded inside the lines and basically made patchy spots on my brows. While she was threading, I could just tell she was threading way too thin and when she was trimming it sounded like she trimmed way more than she needed to. Sure enough my brows are sooo thin.
