It's a family run establishment which is always nice to see. The protein donuts and waffles are made to order so be aware of that. Maybe order ahead or online so you aren't waiting. I was skeptical about the donuts as I've had protein donuts before and they were not good at all. You can pick different toppings (not sugar free) too. These donuts are small but they are light and fluffy and did not leave me feeling tired after eating them. I opted for the Samoa Smoothie which was a nice treat. Then finally, none of my shakes are consistent they are always either too thin or too thick that I can't even drink them. If the workers paid more attention to their actual work rather than having social hour the drinks themselves would be better and people would be more inclined to come.
