Once I knew I would be in the area, I planned to pop in for my go to smoothie The Number 7 Passion Green. Many people don't like the green smoothies but if done right you have no idea that veggies are in there! I've had pretty much every single smoothie on the menu and I just keep coming back to this one. A close second would be The Number 3 Peanut Swirl. I always ask for more fruit then peanut butter and some how they make it perfect each time. It's taste like a PB and Jelly!!! For the people that didn't get the acronym. I mean I had good reasons to be in there. I haven't had Red Mango in a long time, they are tasty, AND... It was hot out. The facility was pretty clean and tidy, customer were pouring in. I followed suite with a small amount of of peanut butter froyo with almonds, walnuts, and almond butter topping. It was really delicious and it had a slight peanut butter taste, not too dominant and it didn't taste artificial. The toppings complimented this FROYO and gave it that extra umph! The young lady associate was very energetic and enthusiastic on this hot forth of July! I commend her in how she handled the crowd all by her lonesome. I felt really bad for her because one customer made a mess, but despite the mess, the crowd, and working alone she remained serene. I give her a standing ovation, a job well done, and she didn't asked if the order was to go, I think she used the old Jedi mind trick and said, this is to stay right. It specializes in protein-enriched drinks as well as some healthier options for snacks/meals. If you've never had a protein drink before I suggest withholding your thoughts on initial reaction. Sometimes the cafe has samples out so try a sample (I do not believe they can whip up a sample of a drink if you ask them to because they have set calculations and have to blend the ingredients and to make one sample would be difficult). However, if you know that protein does have a unique taste, go right ahead. I really like their peanut butter one, if I recall it was called the grasshopper or something just as strange. Superman is good too. They do use a few different protein powders so you can ask, just as asking for reg. milk, soy milk, etc in the drinks. I also had one of their salads, it was small but fresh. Their oatmeal really lacked taste though and was hard to get down. The Armbar also sells some work out gear, and the necessary GIs you need for some of the ultimate classes. You have to wear a UFC Gi to them so you have to buy them here. They also sell protein powder, small work out equipment, and locks (you need to bring a lock to the gym). Service can be slow at times. Sometimes the workers can be busy ignoring you and other times they will be the most amazing people ever. Usually after classes get out there's a long line so try to get there first!
