But the most bizarre thing is that she ate food from my fridge. Customer service acknowledged this and apologized, they offered to have someone come back for a "touch up" but I would not trust anyone from that company to enter my home again. They did not offer any refund. I demanded a refund of the $30 cash tip I left the cleaner, which they did provide. Look elsewhere for your cleaning needs.

The ladies were thorough and efficient. We regularly use this service in our three bedroom home that has two adults, one child, and three cats and they leave the home tidy and refreshed. Also- This is NOT a criticism as accidents happen but the handling deserves praise: several months ago with a different team, a cable in my husbands office was accidentally damaged during cleaning and the service was quick in their response remedy the error and it was handled professionally and quickly. Again, accidents happen, but the response was so professional and appreciated and we have never had an issue since. Would absolutely recommend! Especially if you have pets or kids :)

When I reached out to the business, the person I spoke to was responsive and very helpful. I was quoted $135 for the cleaning, including 2/3 bedrooms in the apartment, the kitchen, bathroom, and common spaces. I was told they could cover these areas within the 3-hour minimum. In the three hours the cleaner was there, she only cleaned the kitchen and one bedroom, leaving behind the second bedroom, common room, and bathroom. The cleaner did a good job, but I wish there was better communication about what to expect, or an option to extend the cleaning to cover the areas promised, even if it required more money. The cleaner did a good job, but the timing of it all really didn't make sense.

He was professional, efficient, and incredibly detailed with the cleaning.
