I received a phone call from an employee with this company. The employee asked if I had any interest in selling my house. I expressed I had no interest in doing so, and requested to have my number removed from their database calling list and hung up the phone. The same employee calling from the same number continued to call back five (5) times throughout the next thirty (30) minutes. After work and I am having dinner when a different number calls me. It was the same employee calling from another number. I informed her it is 7:30 P.M., and I already indicated I have no interest in selling my house. The employee continued talking and asking me why I would not consider selling my house. I have no idea what kind of business practice or training model this company utilizes, but it is harassment. The next day, I contacted the office and requested to speak with a manager. The manager stated he had no way of knowing which employee called. I informed the manager of the times and the employee's telephone number. The manager did not seem surprised that there was such a complaint launched against this particular employee. Sounds like the office was aware of prior complaints against its employees' tactics. The office blatantly chose to overlook or ignore such behavior. Perhaps the office condones and even trains its employees to utilize such harassing practices. The office manager never asked for my name and phone number, so that my number can be removed from their calling list. Rather, the office manager stated that there was no way of knowing how the office obtained my telephone number. The office manager stated perhaps it was from cold calling, or some sort of list generated. It is unprofessional and irresponsible that an office manager is not even aware of how the office obtains the very phone numbers that its employees solicits business from and then subsequently harass throughout the day and into the evening. I would not recommend this company to anyone and hope no one else is targeted by this company. read more
