They use tomato sauce. Could have been a can of Hunt's. The bruschetta appetizer, which a lot of restaurants put on the table to start the meal, for no cost, was served 3 pieces for $12. The Caprese de Buffala, for $23, was a tiny round ball of cheese cut into 4 pieces with 4 thinly slices of tomato and a small piece of prosciutto also cut up. The Pappardelle was not good, as the sausage was tasteless, especially in tomato sauce. The eggplant parm was on a plate itself. No side was offered with it. A $19 salad was regular lettuce with tomato & cucumbers. Coffee is $5.50 and a dessert of Zeppole was $18. We will NEVER be back, although our server was very nice.
