There was no manager on site, just a server telling us "it's our policy" with zero flexibility or apology. The waitress was abrupt and dismissive, and our loyalty as regulars meant nothing. It was rude and very embarrassing. We paid our drink tab and left. The food here has always been good, which makes this so disappointing. But being treated like an inconvenience after years of patronage isn't something we'll forget -- or repeat.
