The food is good, I had the spaghetti and meatballs my wife had a salmon dish. We did not have pizza but the pizza looked very good. The service was good, and the decor and ambience are very nicely done. The restaurant is well staffed, compared to other patsy's I've been to. This patsy's is one of the best I've had. Everyone is friendly and nice. Good wine selection as well. Nice bar if you just want to sit at the bar and have a pizza and a drink. Nice family atmosphere or solo and even a nice place for a date. I highly recommend this patsy's. The owner happened to be there spoke to him as we were leaving, very nice, humble gentleman. Hubs and I are longtime fans of Patsy's Pizzeria in East Harlem because that's the only location that really won us over. So when my husband and I saw there was one in Bronxville, NY not far from home, we were curious to try it. We all know how it boils down: what works at one location doesn't always equate to another. Even though we were excited, we still kept our expectations in check. My husband had called ahead to ask about a table for 7pm, but they were all booked. The person on the phone suggested we come in at 6pm, so we made a mad dash and got seated without a problem. Patsy's P. is very family-oriented- especially since we visited during spring break. It seemed like there might've been only one server working that night because service was a bit slow. But anyhow. Since the East Harlem location is all about the pizza (they also do Italian dishes at the restaurant part), that's what we ordered. Unfortunately, this pizza didn't live up to our expectations. The pizza here is thin and foldable like we're used to, but the crust has a dry, cracker texture instead of a light chewy bite we love. On the plus side though, the cocktails are strong. Fantastic pizza baked in brick oven! Crust is nearly perfect, crisp, dry, smoky and light, well complemented by a delicate, almost sweet tomato sauce and high quality fresh toppings. Only one size pizza is available, somewhere between a standard medium and large size. Service was good and order came out quickly. read more

Patsy's Bronxville was a Huge Disappointment ! Our Family decided to try this new spot for dinner. I had the Cacio e Pepe which was Strachey, tasteless and watery. My Grandson's Burger was Chewy and tasteless. My Husbands Shrimp Scampi Linguine had 2 Shrimp and tasteless. My Daughters Salmon dish was edible only and not enough to return. Recently stopped in at dinner hour w niece, her husband, and nephew. Metered parking on street. Walk in to a very good vibe, although not very crowded when we arrived. Nicely appointed decor. Original Patsy's, on 118th St in Harlem, opened in 1933. Thomasina (Tommie) was our server, and she was excellent. House salads, a caprese salad, and two pies (one cheese w sausage and peppers; one Margherita). Beverages ranged from sodas to Morettis and a Corona. Salads arrived quickly. The caprese was very good, the house nothing special (they also said the dressing was "lackluster", with a hint of pickles). Pizzas were on the thin side (to my liking), and were similar to New Haven style. Similar, but a tad below. Still, very good. Desserts consisted of two cheesecakes and a tartufo. For me, the cheesecake was a smallish portion (for the price); my niece (who's had many tartufos) was not a fan. Overall, service excellent, food good to very good, ambience excellent. A Friday night with my best friend ! She brought me to Patsy's and it did not disappoint. The staff pleasant and welcoming . The food was very good we had Ciaco e Pepe and Original Pizza half pepperoni . So delicious . The restaurant was laid bad surprisingly it was very laid back for being so packed wasn't loud everyone was chill . Ordered takeout for 2. Went to pick it up since they don't deliver. Ordered A large pepperoni pizza and a chicken parm platter. The pizza was COLD upon pick up. When we got home, it looked like this pizza was pre-cooked and just barely reheated with some pepperoni thrown on top. I found it inedible. The chicken parm platter is 1 smallish chicken cutlet with a side of pasta. This was $56. There are so many better places to eat. Though the food was edible, it wasn't worth anywhere near what they were charging. The menu lists a double cut pork chop. When it reached the table, it was a single thin pork chop. Double cut is double cut, two inches, two bones at a minimum. When I pointed this out to the waitress, she was polite, but nothing was done.No accommodations made, nor was there even an apology for the misrepresentation. There was also a question as to whether the italian cheesecake was really an italian cheesecake. Came here this evening in hopes of eating some delicious Italian food and pizza. That was definitely not the case. Everything was incredibly disappointing from the service to the food. The bolognese pasta was uninspiring and a fairly small portion. The meatballs were nothing special and arrived lukewarm. The pizza arrived so late after the two of us had been served that our son ate on his own. Again, nothing special about the pizza. Terrible service. Nobody apologized for the lateness of the food, nobody seems to care in this restaurant. Don't waste your $$. We went on a Thursday afternoon. The place was empty except for one other table with a single patron. We ordered two wraps, which took 25 minutes to arrive. One wrap was ordered with buffalo dressing the other with mozzarella cheese. When brought by the server, one had the wrong dressing and the other had no cheese. When I brought the issues to the servers attention, he just shrugged his shoulders, didn't offer to change the dressing or add the cheese yet, my bill reflected extra $ for the cheese that I never received. Instead, the server suggested the cheese somehow must have melted away in the wrap. Yeah sure. Bad recipe: long waits, screwed up orders and no offers to fix it. read more
