Here's an update on my review. After spending over 300.00 fir 2 mani pedis...the first day one of my gel nails chipped, not being a mani girl (I thought this didn't happen) I popped in and they fixed it, reluctantly (i tipped another 5) next day another chipped, I did not go back because I was busy. This morning a third chipped then broke!!! For this price this should not happen. I dont do manual labor or any type of that sort of thing. I have to believe the salon uses sub par products fir this to be happening!! I got them done because im going out of town for an event. Now I have to quickly figure out what to do. So dissapointed! I will not be returning. I went in for a nail removal, and the technician hurt me badly during the process. I was cut, and there was no apology or acknowledgment of what happened. To make matters worse, she continued using the same tools after I was bleeding, which felt very unsanitary and concerning. On top of that, I was charged $22 just for removal--no color, no soak-off, nothing additional--which felt excessive for the service provided. Overall, this was a very unprofessional experience. I expected much better, especially considering the price. I would not recommend this place. read more

When I entered I started looking at the nail selection and I was rushed to my seat. There was only one customer other than us so I don't understand the rush. They began my doing my toes and taking off my old set on my hands. They seemed like they were in a rush, so I asked them both to please not rush, I tend to get hurt when people rush. The lady doing my hands stated it was the machine, when clearly I could tell it wasn't. She kept grabbing my hands rough and pushing them out of her way and seemed bothered, as I was getting cut while they were doing my toes, so I politely asked if they can do my hands after my toes. She seemed bothered, but said yes the lady doing my toes missed a lot of spots on my toes whether it was discolored. I ended up having Ivan do my hands and he can clearly tell I was upset about my toes, not being done properly and being injured the lady that was supposed to do my manicure was upset I didn't go back to her and the manager stated I was picky when that was not the case. You can tell the workers in the shop were upset and giving Ivan a hard time for doing my nails. They were extremely unprofessional (Ivan being the only professional that I encountered there). Ivan was apologetic for the other person, hurting my feet and making me bleed and for my service. It definitely felt like a hostile work environment. I felt bad for Ivan having to deal with that type of environment. Ivan did an AMAZING job with my manicure as well as fixing the paint job on my pedicure. Unfortunately due to the unprofessionalism and injury, I will NOT be back. I went there to relax for my birthday but instead came out irritated and injured. I gave this place two stars only because Ivan did a good job on my nails and was professional. read more

I had my nails done. Within 4 days two nails broke off . I went to fix it and they charged me $10. If she had done a decent job to begin with, these nails would not have broken off in a short amount of time. I don't recommend this place at all. They must use cheap products. read more

Extremely disappointing service. I arrived with a nail design in mind, and the front desk asked to see the picture to confirm whether it could be done. Once I was seated, the nail technician immediately stated that the design required acrylic nails. I explained that if acrylics were necessary, I preferred to switch to a simple, single-color gel manicure instead. Unfortunately, the nail technician's attitude was unprofessional, and her reaction made me uncomfortable. I understand Vietnamese, so I was fully aware of what was being said. If a design cannot be done, customers should be told honestly and respectfully rather than being treated poorly to secure a sale. The quality of service did not justify the price. Even the front desk noticed the poor workmanship and asked to take a photo of my nails. Gel manicures are expected to last three to four weeks, yet mine already have visible gaps between the cuticle and the polish. I will need them redone in about two weeks. I have no issue paying for quality work and tipping well when services are done correctly, even if a design isn't possible. However, I was charged $82 and left only a $4 tip due to the poor experience, totaling $86. This was for a basic white pedicure with no spa services and a simple white gel manicure with star designs that were very poorly done. To make matters worse, the nail technician who worked on my pedicure could not even help me put my sandals back on, and I had to finish the service myself. When I stated that I would not be returning and simply wanted to pay and leave, the front desk assured me that no one had been talking about me. Regardless, the overall experience made it clear why this establishment has a low rating. Good service starts with honesty, professionalism, and respect for customers. read more

Mom and I were in town visiting family and we stopped by this nail bar. They were so friendly, the environment didn't feel intimidating or made us feel we didn't belong there. The decor is very nice and modern. They also have an alcoholic/non-alcoholic drink menu which was really nice. Our Gel pedicures came out to $60/each. Would definitely recommend stopping by this nail bar while at Gosford shopping center :) read more

I was pretty upset and did not even had the energy to say anything. Let's just say everything went well on the first visit. They had the exact color I was looking for, orange. plain and simple nothing hard for them to work on. Second visit I asked for a particular tone of color and they seemed upset about it lol and it felt like they didn't not want to be bothered were showing no interest in what I was hoping to get I ended up getting something not even close and just went with it. At the end I feel I should have just left. I also want to share something. When I would go to mexico my dad always said that in mexico he wanted me to speak Spanish, he said that it was rude to speak another language around someone who doesn't understand the language. And now I understand why. Ppl who work in the salon I don't know what exact language is but they start to talk amongst them after they talk with me about what I'm wanting to get that I don't know if they are talking about me. People in business need to be more respectful with clients in my opinion. read more

Went in because they promoted a 10% off on instagram. Service was fine, pedicure was good, but nails were below average. Chairs are incredibly uncomfortable and wobbly. I could not adjust the massage settings because they placed a towel over the armrest which is also the remote. Paying was the worst part. When I asked about the 10% off (that I called to verify was active) I was told it will be on a gift card. The first person I talked to told before asking about the 10% told me my total was $100. After asking and getting my 10% gift card my total went up to $120. Asked to use my gift card in this payment and they said I had to use it for next time. But there won't be a next time even though this is the closest salon to my house. read more

The one whose work station is facing the massage chairs on the left and both times he didn't get the design I wanted, forgot that I wanted a certain color and both times my nails messed up on a day or two.
