It was a flat gray, and it was fading and developing unsightly pivots, it was not attractive. Jeff came over to access something on the walk, because he really does honor his five year warranty, and we started talking about the porch rehab, and from there the magic began. As you can see Jeff ordered the same bluestone slates that were used on the walk. Now the porch matches the walk and entire area glows with a new vibrancy that thrills me every time I look at it. A totally rare and unparalleled quality in a company today. They then tried to upsell us on a promotional crack fix and seal which we committed to but they said would not be honored if the appointment had to be rescheduled due to weather, equipment breakdowns, supplier issues, etc. As a customer, we asked that they would honor a deal for matters outside of the customers' control but then they reneged. We found them to be a low quality company with poor sales and customer service.

We had some drainage/waterproofing issues that needed addressed, and when I found out the scope of their skills, we also hired them for a laundry list of things I had on my wish list since moving in a few years ago. These folks did it all for us! For starters, they repaired a brick wall in our front yard, installed a new sump pump drain pipe and exit, re-worked some existing exterior waterproofing that had been done sloppily in the past, and added a new concrete pad and drain by our back door. They even helped us track down an underground gutter leak and replaced the broken pipe. The showpiece job, however, is the stunning stone retaining wall, that they meticulously built by hand, across the back yard along with the new cement parking pad and stamped concrete border tapering it to our existing drive. The pictures don't do it justice (attached is a "before" photo for reference). Everything was done with great care and precision, using high-quality materials. The owner of the company, Deborah, was a gem to work with. She is super-passionate about the environment and the quality of work her company does. We worked with Gerardo and he was also fantastic. He had great ideas and suggestions in terms of practicality and design. He was also flexible with a few adjustments along the way. You can tell that these folks are truly experts in their field and take great pride in their work. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat!
