The best açaí and healthy bowls in Hanalei!! And the view is incredible! Service was fast and friendly!

If you're looking for a place with healthy, good options, you'll find it at the end of this road. Nourish Hanalei is one of those spots that feels tucked away but absolutely worth the drive. The view is stunning -- lush mountains, ocean in the distance -- it's hard to find a prettier backdrop for lunch. There are a few picnic tables where you can sit and take it all in, which makes the whole experience even better. The food is delicious and feels genuinely wholesome -- fresh ingredients, thoughtful flavors, nothing heavy or greasy. The only thing keeping this from being a 5-star for me is that the menu's a bit limited. I just wish there were a few more choices because everything I've tried has been so good. Still, it's a peaceful little spot that's perfect if you're after a nourishing meal with a view.

Healthy food fast at Nourish Hanalei. The bowls are decent and packed with fresh ingredients. The açaí bowl is a bit disappointing as the icy açaí block was simply "plopped" on, not blended to a softer consistency like other açaí places. A bit tricky for kids who don't love vegetables to enjoy lunch here but perfect for healthy-eating adults,

I just randomly happened upon this place while walking around and decided to give it a shot. Unfortunately, the view is the best thing about this place and there's still much better places to go for a nice view. I got a Soursap Lemonade to start and it was good, but nothing special. I got their Nourish Acai Bowl with no coconut chips. Their Anahola granola was incredibly sweet to the point it was hurting my teeth. Their seasonal fruit was pineapple and a specific apple. They forgot the pineapple and the apple didn't go well with the bowl. The overall bowl was bland other than the sweetness from the granola. I would say it was the worst acai bowl I've ever had.

Everything about Nourish Hanalei is spectacular! First of all- this cute little place has the most STUNNING views of Hanalei bay and the mountains surrounding it. The views here are as nourishing to the spirit as the food is! Speaking of food, I tried the Kauai Thai bowl with chicken and avocado, while my fiancee had the Nourish acai bowl- both were superb!! I also want to mention how friendly the staff is here, they just radiate the most positive, welcoming vibes and that's one of the reasons I love supporting local businesses.

Ordered the pulled pork lunch bowl and it was quite delicious. But tbh the view really made it. Eating and looking out over the coast... top notch. The açaí bowl was also good but I've had better on the island.

Loved the açaí bowls here! Not too sweet and topped with ripe local fruits. Very kind service and a great view by their tables.

OMG if you love healthy food and great views - consider Nourish your heaven on Earth. This unassuming shack packs a punch with their large bowls filled with fresh and local ingredients. Don't even get me started on that view... We were served by 2 very nice young women and the wait for the food was minimal. Parking can be tricky since its at the end of a neighborhood but we found a spot a little walk away. The Hanalei bowl with chicken was the perfect portion and kept me satisfied during a long day of swimming. Their coconut kefir lime rice was incredible. Their menu is so unique and has me excited to try new things! I will absolutely be back. Support local!!!

    Kale Caesar with Chicken

Can't beat the view when eating anything from this place! We got the Kale Caesar and Hanalei bowls instead of wraps. Both were delicious but I liked the Kale Caesar more. The housemade croutons were delicious. I thought the dressing was slightly on the sweeter side than the savory/salty side (which I prefer) but it was still good. We also added chicken to our bowls which was good but plain. I also got a hat and they had some shirts I was eyeing as well. We will surely be back next year for our 5th annual trip! Thank you to the 2 nice girls working!

My #1 favorite breakfast location during my recent Kauai trip. What I got: Nourish acai bowl $15.04 (seasonal fruits as of late August 2025 was guava & pineapple). I opted out of guava, but the rest of the fruit was so fresh and sweet - wow, it was almost like eating a bowl of candy - and that's coming from someone with a serious sweet tooth. Not sure if they blend anything else into the acai, but wow. Speechless. Atmosphere: Hidden and tucked away at the end of a road, but the view is breathtaking. There are also a few picnic tables. Service: The girl taking my order was very sweet and helpful

    Nourish Hanalei

Highly recommend!!! What a beautiful location and what delicious food!!! We went there twice already.. might go again tomorrow.. had the Nourish Acai bowl , the hibiscus lemonade, the salmon lox - with the best homemade bagel , and cold brew. The place is at the end of the road with a beautiful view of Hanalei Bay below .. the service was excellent! Get there early because they sell out of the popular dishes.

8.5/10 - nourish bowl: the acai actually tasted like acai, not too sweet. they were out of bananas, so there wasn't much fruit in the bowl. the acai was also a bit icy. the flavor was good but i wished there were more toppings. ratios were off i think. - beautiful view of the mountains though, very intimate setting. loved the vibes

First off - I could eat dirt and still want to give this place 5 stars based off the views alone. But luckily their açaí bowls are out of this world. The chickens running around trying to eat your food are arguably the only complaint, but can you blame them? The staff was so kind.

We'll definitely be back earlier next time. The wife who took our order was very patient while we looked over the menu since we missed out on the Benedict . From the time we ordered, it took about 25 minutes for the food to be ready . We ordered the burrito , which was really hearty and filling. I ended up sharing it with my husband. There were lots of eggs and the salsa verde that came with it was pretty good, though it could've used a little salt . The meat pieces were on the smaller side, and I think I found one piece of Portuguese sausage. We also tried the pork verde sandwich , which was really flavorful . The chips and country potato sticks were a bit overdone for my taste, but I really liked the garlic aioli . It paired well with both the country potatoes and the burrito and tied everything together nicely. Ambiance was casual and very Kauai, with covered picnic tables and the local chickens wandering around while we waited Overall, a solid breakfast stop with friendly service and we're looking forward to coming back early next time to try the eggs Benedict

Service was accommodating and attentive while we navigated the menu; they offered recommendation as well which we really appreciated it. To drink, I ordered the cold brew with mac milk. To eat, we split a garlic shrimp plate, breakfast burrito, and churro French toast. The garlic shrimp was my pick and it was seasoned well. Some parts of the shrimp were a little too mushy but overall good. The best thing on that plate was the mac salad! The breakfast burrito was good but even better with the salsa provided. The star was truly the churro French toast - which is less of a French toast and more like a fried donut? Nonetheless, the sauce/cream it came with was divine and paired amazing with the cinnamon-y crispiness of the bread. Chef Eric is truly talented and the passion for what he does is reflected in his cooking. They came into the house, worked in the smaller kitchen, and kept bringing out food that was delicious. It has been over 6 months since our wedding and our guests still talk about how wonderful the food was. My mother in law, the one that rented the house, also still talks about how they came in, cooked, cleaned up and left and you never would have known someone was working in the kitchen. We had appetizers, salads, finger foods, small main dishes and a cupcake tower all by Chef Eric. Chef Eric and Carla are locals and community helpers. There was plenty of food left over from our reception and instead of throwing it away, they donated the food to a local charity which I was very touched by. Foodland is a Hawaiian original, founded in Honolulu on 1948 as Hawaii's first modern supermarket, and continues to be owned by the founder's family. It has 31 locations across the islands, but only one is still open in Kauai (the Lihue location closed during Covid). It's kinda hidden, so would need to explicitly look for it. It's a medium size supermarket. The poke station and hot deli are located together with the same associates manning both. It was busy and crowded around that area, so important to pull a number and wait. Once my number was called, got seven different items and the associate was patient. My wife doesn't like poke, so made herself a hot lunchbox for a good price (one Korean chicken drumstick at $2.50 each; cheddar cheese tots $2.79 for 0.31 lbs; one corn cob $1.29) while I made a deconstructed poke bowl ($3.38 for 2 scoops of white rice; chili garlic crunch ahi $4.80 for 0.30 lbs; Poke fresh ahi hawaiian style $11.56 for 0.34 lbs; california style ahi $4.80 for 0.30 lbs). My favorite was the California style, with the avocado. It reminds me of the taste of a California roll.
