One of the best Acai bowls we've ever had. Love the seasonal fruit that comes with the Nourish Bowl! Home made cashew pesto on the Garden Pesto Bagel tasted fresh and delicious. If you walk there, I highly recommend getting the Hibiscus Plantation Ice Tea for your walk back. I believe they use freshly squeezed pineapple juice and the flavors really come out nicely! You do need to stay vigilant while you're eating there, because those wild Kauai chickens can be aggressive! They have a spray bottle with water you can use to shoo them off. This spot is tucked away at the end of a neighborhood street. We walk from our timeshare in Princeville. Well worth the walk for the tasty food, friendly staff, and the breathtaking view! I would love to gatekeep this place, because the North Shore keeps getting busier... But they deserve a 5 star review and I want them to keep thriving so we can keep coming back!
We stopped by early right before opening for a morning acai bowl. I got the nourish bowl which comes with nut butter, gogi berries, pineapple and banana. Loved the addition of nut butter for some protein and creaminess and the gogi berries were a unique topping. Really generous serving and we enjoyed eating while looking out at the view. It was raining and there's not a covered area outside the food stand but we caught a gorgeous rainbow which made the wait in the rain worth it. I can see why people come here for the food and vibes!
This is a picturesque spot for an Acai Bowl shack. We stopped before we got on the road for the day and it was great. This is a 6/5 view and 3.75/5 Acai Bowl. The bowl is good but there are some much better options on the island. They were pretty scarce with the fruit (especially when compared to online photos) but the flavor was good. They also stopped using homemade granola and now just get a local but very commercial brand. The view is spectacular and the chickens jumping on your table is fun. I would come back and I recommend this place.
Such a great view and delish acai bowls! However there is not much parking and because it is so packed, you do have to wait quite a bit for your order. There are a lot of aggressive free roaming chickens you have to be mindful of as well. Otherwise, this is one of the prettiest places to visit in Kauai for a view of Hanalei Bay
Come for the view-- stay for the fruity-fresh bowls. I was immediately annoyed, as we arrived to this SHACK, in the middle of nowhere-- just behind an black Escalade that dumped like 8 chatty, photo-snapping, highly confused tourists out, like it was a clown-car. But man, for a lil' spot, Nourish Hanalei can get those orders out QUICK! How many employees they got in there???? I was impressed! My take: come here for the view first, and food second. But the food was lovely. Had the freshest toppings of any bowl we had on our 2-island trip. And the fruit isn't lathered in a sauce, to hide less-than-fresh taste. These felt like someone went into the jungle, sliced it up, and tossed it on our bowl. The ACai itself was suuuuper frozen, which logistically makes sense, for such a remote operation. But less tasty than other spots. Great stop. 100% worth a visit.

Amazing local food in princeville. Note there is very limited parking, there's some seating however way too many chickens that actually attack you for food lol. Gorgeous views from the truck, the women are so hard working. We truly enjoyed both our bowls. The Kauai Thai bowl basil, cilantro, chicken, local greens with a peanut sauce and garlic herb dressing. The rainbow bowl had pulled pork, black beans, pineapple salsa, kaffir coconut rice. Everything was fresh, cohesive and refreshing. Definitely need to try. The seasonal lemonade at the time was dragon fruit and it was delicious. Color was beautiful.
A must!!!! The view is absolutely breathtaking. The most beautiful spot for breakfast, lunch, or a snack. The food comes out quickly and everything is so fresh. My husband and I got bowls and they were delicious. Portions were a little small but we both enjoyed our meals. Parking is limited so you may have to wait a bit.
If you're looking for a place with healthy, good options, you'll find it at the end of this road. Nourish Hanalei is one of those spots that feels tucked away but absolutely worth the drive. The view is stunning -- lush mountains, ocean in the distance -- it's hard to find a prettier backdrop for lunch. There are a few picnic tables where you can sit and take it all in, which makes the whole experience even better. The food is delicious and feels genuinely wholesome -- fresh ingredients, thoughtful flavors, nothing heavy or greasy. The only thing keeping this from being a 5-star for me is that the menu's a bit limited. I just wish there were a few more choices because everything I've tried has been so good. Still, it's a peaceful little spot that's perfect if you're after a nourishing meal with a view.
We got there about 20mins towards closing time. They were still able to make us a bowl even though they were out of a few things. It was worth the little detour. The views were fricken amazing. They have some tables to sit at to enjoy your food. Spray bottles for the pesky chickens. Look forward to going back on our next visit.
Ate my açaí bowl to fast to take a photo. Açaí bowls are amazing. The fruit & toppings were so fresh and perfect. Also, tried the strawberry mango homemade popsicle that was so fresh and good. Service was amazing & the view is breathtaking!
Healthy food fast at Nourish Hanalei. The bowls are decent and packed with fresh ingredients. The açaí bowl is a bit disappointing as the icy açaí block was simply "plopped" on, not blended to a softer consistency like other açaí places. A bit tricky for kids who don't love vegetables to enjoy lunch here but perfect for healthy-eating adults,

The views here are absolutely stunning! This Instagram-worthy spot is a family-run farm where you can enjoy healthy dining with a breathtaking backdrop. The menu features everything from salads and bowls to bagels and coffee. I highly recommend stopping by for a bite with a view! It wasn't our best tasting bowl of the trip but we still were so we glad we got to experience this spot!! read more

I just randomly happened upon this place while walking around and decided to give it a shot. Unfortunately, the view is the best thing about this place and there's still much better places to go for a nice view. I got a Soursap Lemonade to start and it was good, but nothing special. I got their Nourish Acai Bowl with no coconut chips. Their Anahola granola was incredibly sweet to the point it was hurting my teeth. Their seasonal fruit was pineapple and a specific apple. They forgot the pineapple and the apple didn't go well with the bowl. The overall bowl was bland other than the sweetness from the granola. I would say it was the worst acai bowl I've ever had. read more

Everything about Nourish Hanalei is spectacular! First of all- this cute little place has the most STUNNING views of Hanalei bay and the mountains surrounding it. The views here are as nourishing to the spirit as the food is! Speaking of food, I tried the Kauai Thai bowl with chicken and avocado, while my fiancee had the Nourish acai bowl- both were superb!! I also want to mention how friendly the staff is here, they just radiate the most positive, welcoming vibes and that's one of the reasons I love supporting local businesses. read more

Nourish is a lovely food stand with one of the most beautiful overlooks in Hanalei. The staff was full wonderful and attentive to all customers. There aren't a ton of food options on the menu- but what they have is yummy and made with fresh ingredients! Loved the matcha and all of the bagels. I'd say it's a must stop! read more

OMG if you love healthy food and great views - consider Nourish your heaven on Earth. This unassuming shack packs a punch with their large bowls filled with fresh and local ingredients. Don't even get me started on that view... We were served by 2 very nice young women and the wait for the food was minimal. Parking can be tricky since its at the end of a neighborhood but we found a spot a little walk away. The Hanalei bowl with chicken was the perfect portion and kept me satisfied during a long day of swimming. Their coconut kefir lime rice was incredible. Their menu is so unique and has me excited to try new things! I will absolutely be back. Support local!!! read more

Everything about Nourish Hanalei is spectacular! First of all, the views are absolutely stunning -- you're looking out over Hanalei Bay and the mountains, and it feels just as nourishing to the spirit as the food does. I had both the Kauai Thai Bowl with chicken and avocado and the Nourish açai bowl, and they were superb. Fresh, flavorful, and made with so much care. You can really taste the quality in every bite. The staff is also incredibly friendly -- they radiate such positive, welcoming energy, and it's one of the reasons I love supporting local spots like this. Such a beautiful place with amazing food. Can't beat the view when eating anything from this place! We got the Kale Caesar and Hanalei bowls instead of wraps. Both were delicious but I liked the Kale Caesar more. The housemade croutons were delicious. I thought the dressing was slightly on the sweeter side than the savory/salty side (which I prefer) but it was still good. We also added chicken to our bowls which was good but plain. I also got a hat and they had some shirts I was eyeing as well. We will surely be back next year for our 5th annual trip! My #1 favorite breakfast location during my recent Kauai trip. What I got: Nourish acai bowl $15.04 (seasonal fruits as of late August 2025 was guava & pineapple). I opted out of guava, but the rest of the fruit was so fresh and sweet - wow, it was almost like eating a bowl of candy - and that's coming from someone with a serious sweet tooth. Not sure if they blend anything else into the acai, but wow. Speechless. Atmosphere: Hidden and tucked away at the end of a road, but the view is breathtaking. There are also a few picnic tables. A neat lil shack on the north corner of Kauai island in Hawaii. We decided to get their signature açaí bowl and their beetroot hummus bagel. As açaí bowls go there are far better options but the bagel was delicious just very small. I probably wouldnt go this far to get the food again but happy to have tried it while visiting. The view they have here is stunning. read more

First off - I could eat dirt and still want to give this place 5 stars based off the views alone. But luckily their açaí bowls are out of this world. The chickens running around trying to eat your food are arguably the only complaint, but can you blame them? The staff was so kind. read more
Hands down the best matcha latte on the island. There is something spiritual about the level of smoothness their match latte brings. We were on Kauai for 12 days and I think we got matcha at Nourish 5 times and part of our stay we were about a 25 minute drive away! The service is very helpful and friendly and the views from the seating area can't be beat. The açaí bowls were all huge and enough for two hungry people to share. Yum and I can't wait to visit again soon! Oh, they also have amazing merch! I got a sweet camo trucker hat and contemplated a few other items, but needed my hands to carry all of the match back to my family! read more

Located at the end of a road near a golf course is this cute little shack restaurant with healthy handmade foods, such as Açaí bowls, matcha tea and healthy sandwiches. I'm not sure whether business is good, but the surrounding mountains and valley floor make a wonderful setting! read more

Highly recommend!!! What a beautiful location and what delicious food!!! We went there twice already.. might go again tomorrow.. had the Nourish Acai bowl , the hibiscus lemonade, the salmon lox - with the best homemade bagel , and cold brew. The place is at the end of the road with a beautiful view of Hanalei Bay below .. the service was excellent! Get there early because they sell out of the popular dishes. read more

Is the house made granola gluten-free?
The oats are not certified gluten free but besides that there is no gluten. All of the food at nourish is gluten free except the wraps. :)
What are the hours? Are they open on January 1st?
Currently open 11-3 Tuesday - Friday . Come early because they sell out often. Everything is made daily based upon what is fresh.
