I really wanted to like this place. It has a good atmosphere from the outside, the menu looked promising, and it's local- who doesn't want to support local businesses? I'm not happy writing this review, but I do want to provide full transparency of my experiences here. Yesterday, I went in and the noodle machine was broken. Figured I'd still try to support them, and ordered a juice instead- $7.50 for a bottle of spicy water that tasted faintly of juice. Not impressed. Figured I'd try again when noodles were available, which was a mistake unfortunately. Ordered The Vegan with Barbecue Tempeh, at 11:39am, and I was told it'd be 15 minutes. Showed up at 11:55am, and was told it'd be another 5 minutes. Totally fine. I sat down, and waited patiently while the cook stood around chatting with customers and honing his knife for 5 minutes. 10 minutes passed, and he finally stopped talking and came over to tell me it'd be 3 more minutes. 7 minutes pass, and my food is finally ready. $17.50 for a single serving of noodles, better be really good noodles, right? Wrong. If you told me a raccoon went out back, grabbed some scraps and tossed them into a pot with 1/2 oil and 1/2 seaweed, I'd believe you. I wanted to like it so bad, I really did, but I had to stop eating halfway through because it was just not good. The ingredients are just so wrong, the bottom half of my serving was pretty much just densely packed seaweed, and there were 5 or 6 tiny pieces of tempeh. I'm not saying don't try it out, in fact I'd recommend you try it out because I'm sure there are better things on the menu, but if you're disappointed, just know you're not alone. This is just my experience, and if I could give less than 1 star for it, I would. read more

This kind of cuisine is something I've enjoyed in SF, Seattle, and Portland, but never Eugene. Until now. Other patrons insisted that everything on the menu was delicious. From my experience with a smoothie, salad, and soup, I would believe it. One of the ferments nearly lifted me out of my body and that ain't hyperbole. This restaurant is very accommodating to dietary needs and healthy cleansing. Whether you're vegan, gluten free, Paleo, traditional, fasting ... you'll have an easy time finding something here. I don't like to leave Yelp reviews unless they are 1 or 5 stars, because what's the point if it's just ok, right? Nourish is 100% a 5-star experience. Will return many times. Can't recommend it highly enough. I hope they open multiple locations and get their ferments further into the local economy. I would buy a jar every week. read more

I am so excited that this place is in Eugene. Went in for a ramen and juice yesterday - easily the best ramen in Eugene. I ordered the spicy ramen with chicken meatballs. I love spicy food and this soup was perfect! The flavors were so rich and comforting. There is a perfectly cooked soft-boiled egg, so that when you break the yoke it blends with the broth. I also ordered the spicy immunity juice was a perfect compliment to the soup. I can not wait to eat here again, and know that it will become a regular stop when I am in town! read more

If you are looking for a local establishment truly committed to health and wellness, this is the place! While other places in town offer juice cleanses, Nourish has an awesome selection with no added ingredients, and they truly will take the time to sit and help you customize it to your needs. Their prices are also very reasonable compared to other cleanses you can buy in town, and they will deliver locally as well as pick up your bottles for you to recycle! After doing a juice cleanse, I went back in to try some of their food. The menu is limited, but every single thing was incredibly delicious, fulfilling, and made with whole ingredients (and I have pretty picky standards for that kind of thing). Finally got in here to try their noodles/ramen. I was impressed with the decor; natural/industrial look. Fresh. The tables caused a bit of quandary; traditional high tops with stools or a mid level with chairs. We chose the mid level and were happy because it put us right in the zone for chop sticking the noodles right in! I ordered the Original bowl with pork belly. Not disappointed at all. Even though it had a seafood base with black truffle oil, nothing in it was overpowering. I also got a few "preserves jalapeño" tossed in for a bite. The owner gave great service and was friendly. The noodle chef, Dillon, was a star. He was rocking that kitchen solo during the lunch rush. The prices are a bit higher than other ramen places, but you're getting healthy, consciencious food here. This is as good as it gets. Their tempeh is gluten free and vegan and comes out marbled and seared. I did a double take because it looked like meat. It was substantial and delicious with a miso aftertaste. Fresh ramen noodles are homemade and perfectly al dente. And this is umami to the max for this vegetarian! We started with a Buttercup shake with reishi tea substituted for coffee. So filling and tasty. I had the gojiade, too. Service is impeccable and kind. Got some work done for a quiet afternoon. What a fun gem to find.... I was traveling from out of town and feeling a little under the weather. I was craving ramen, raw food and juice. I had their amazing fermented assortment. Of all the places I've tried in Eugene, unfortunately, this is restaurant was definitely the worst. I wanted to like this place, but it was lacking. There are WAY better restaurants in the area, especially for ramen. The food was extremely bland, and wasn't hot when it was served. The noodles tasted like the 20 cent ramen packets from the dollar store, not the 15$ we paid for them. Cup Noodles taste better than these. read more

I'm glad I gave it a try. Jon our server was very nice and helpful. If you have food allergies they accommodate here so call to see if they can help. As for our dinner I got the Spicy Ramen, it has chicken mushroom seaweed broth Thai chili, black sesame seed, kimchi paste, spicy chili oil, fermented bokchoy baked eggs house ramen noodle and pork belly. I found this place a few months ago by accident. My first experience was amazing. Fast service, great food and delicious smoothies. They have some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. They truly want everyone to be happy when they leave. It does seem a bit pricey for ramen, but isn't everything expensive these days? I recommend them to everyone I know. Plus house made noodles is a huge plus. Thank you for being awesome! One thing I would like to have here is an option to add your own soy sauce/coconut aminos and chili paste. So everyone has the choice to dress up their soups as they like. I'm sure people could ask for sides of that stuff, but I know as a customer I prefer to just have it on my table already. read more

Best ramen I've had in Eugene! I've been eyeing this place after seeing reviews on Yelp, so I stopped in to try a smoothie and their ramen. I've been disappointed with the few ramen places I've tried in town before this. Bland broth, everything overcooked, overpriced, meager portions. Not here. Nourish really blew my hair back. I didn't take a picture as I got it to go, but I had the Vegan bowl with tempeh and I added a soft-boiled egg. The broth was flavorful with good body, the tempeh was toothy, the cherry tomatoes were perfect for boosting the umami factor. I love the mung beans which I assume were fermented and had a good tang. And at 13 dollars the portion was very generous, unlike everyone elses favorite ramen place where you only get three corn kernels and half a slice of pork belly dropped into a bowl of tepid water. I was privileged to try a chef special Raman that was perfectly executed with umami bursting at every spoonful I downed . Thick creamy broth stuck to each noodle screaming to be slurped with lip smacking goodness. My wife enjoyed two wondrous tempeh sliders. The look of pure bliss in her eyes told me enough of a story I didn't need to ask if they where good. If you want a healthy helping of wonderfully sourced ingredients prepared with passion and expertise this is the place. I'm here in Oregon for a week, and while I brought my vitamix with me, I didn't bring my juicer. No fret, I figured I'd explore Oregon and all that it can offer me. It was around 11am on a Wednesday, and I specifically drove 1.5 hours to pick up several bottles of juice. I was starting to feel a bit under the weather, so I wanted to stock up on several bottles of various green juices to "feel the love" of the juicing power! At home, i juice about 4x/week and after reading some of the ingredients in their green juices, I was excited for my big purchase haul. The location was pretty easy, no problems with parking because really, it's a nice day to walk. Although small and quaint, this place most certainly has its appeal and charm. What was really unfortunate and terrible, was that they did not have any juice!!! They only had 3 juice bottles in their entire refrigerator case. JUST THREE BOTTLES, and it was only 11am. The employee was nice and apologized, saying that they do not have any juice. She further stated that their juicing schedule was tonight, and to come back tomorrow. Perhaps I'm use to my own juice bars in California, or the more established juice bars I've visited in Portland, but it is really unfortunate to market your establishment when you only provide your product on specific days of the week. I understand completely on the importance of "not wasting juice," or of "monitoring inventory," but please understand that there is equal importance of maintaining business integrity of delivering your products. My recommendation is to call ahead and ask first, if they have any juice available. The analogy I would make, in comparison, would be to treat your visit to Nourish, as if it's a "by appointment only." This way, you're guaranteed a product that will not only be available, but hopefully tasty and refreshing as well. read more

This place is rad. I'm almost annoyed at the fact my friends near by haven't know this location is right here. All in house made~ bomb smoothies and ramen and juices. Good music. Friendly people Kitchen open near the bar seating so it's all open feel. Would like to come here with a group of friends and feel semi healthy. Cool workers and tasty vibes.
