They also have multiples of items, so if you see one chair in a Home Goods and need two, you might luck out here. They also have all of the kitchen, linen and decorative items you need, and nice employees as well. Then we took the trolley and started to roll it out and they freaked out and said we couldn't do that. Then we had to stand there and wait and some man walked over (which is fine but it was really hostile and awkward) and they said to pull the car up. They continued to tell other employees how we tried to take the trolley in some sort of disbelief as if they told us but they never did. Super rude and unclear about policies. A 15 pound table on a trolley won't kill anyone so don't yell at customers for trying to take it out when you didn't try to do it yourself in the first place.

There were only a few guests in front of me in line and the line grew behind me as there was only one cashier who was processing a credit card application. This poor cashier kept calling for backup and no one arrived for at least 20 mins. Meanwhile people in line put things down and left as they could no longer wait. Finally when cashiers did arrive the crowd erupted in cheers and the staff could have cared less. When I mentioned the wait was too long I was told by the nasty cashier "Well I'm here now". Not sure who owns the store but your "managers" need to be trained on how to properly run a store because they are horrible.

The location is also very convenient, as it's in a large plaza with several other great stores nearby. My only real criticism is the clearance section. It seems fairly limited at this particular location, especially compared with other HomeSense locations I've visited where the clearance sections are much larger. I also feel that some of the clearance pricing here is still higher than I would expect. For example, I saw a large rug originally priced at $600 that had a significant hole in it--large enough that it looked like two sizable pieces were missing. It was marked down to $400, which, in my personal opinion, still seemed quite high for a rug with that substantial of a defect. Overall, I really like this HomeSense and will continue to shop here. I just wish there were more clearance items and that the markdowns reflected the condition of heavily damaged merchandise a little more.

She says "They're probably in the back and I'm not going back there. It's in a box somewhere. They're unloading a truck now so it'll be out soon." I ask why it says there are 5 in stock online? She says "Well it's probably 5 cause there's 5 in the truck coming to the store right now." Even though it has said there's 5 in stock for the past 2 weeks. So my question would be - how unorganized is it in the backroom that no employee wants to go back there to check merchandise?? Is it just me or is that crazy?
