First off, I want to say Thank you to the young lady who took my order...she walked me through ordering with patience and helped me get my sister tasty treats for her birthday. She explained the delivering process as I live in California. I mention I wanted to make this a special gift and the young lady that helped me did her best, result upon being delivered as they notified me of the delivery via text from the time it left the bakery to when it reached my sisters address. My sister was very happy with the apperence and taste of the dozen signature cup cake bunt cakes, half red velvet the other half lemon....my sisters favorites. The boxes of assorted flavors were delivered on Monday 12/16/2024. There were several flavors such as Carrot, Strawberry Cream, Snickerdoodle, Chocolate, Red Velvet, Vanilla, Confetti and Lemon. The many boxes were nicely packaged and individually displayed in a paper cup to select. All the boxes contained 12 personal bundtinis and were labeled to select. They also bake Gluten-Free upon request. My two pick desserts were strawberry and cream and carrot cake that were topped with their famous cream cheese frosting. The customer service at this place is absolutely horrible. My friends and I arrived two minutes before closing, and they literally locked the door in our faces while there were still people inside. It felt extremely unprofessional and honestly just lazy, like they simply didn't want to serve anyone else and were ready to leave early. If you're open until a certain time, you should honor that. Had the lemon blueberry and chocolate chocolate chip flavors. Both were very good with a addicting quality. I do think their cakes in general are a bit sweet for my taste but overall it is a treat and it was like eating ice cream room temperature. I got the buy one get one free deal. She's truly the gem of a person! Let me tell you something, this may have been the best lemon cake and frosting I've ever stuffed in my face! My Fiancé saw an advertisement for a Churro Dulce de Leche Bundlet, had to have it, so I stopped after work to get her one and me another lemon. Both were amazing. These little cakes were the perfect addition to the baby shower! I never had them but they were delicious! So moist and soft and the perfect amount of cake and sweetness after savory! I tried the funfetti one and strawberry one and omg I wanted to get another one but 2 littles equaled 1 big one so 2 was more than enough! I'm so happy to find out they have one where I live so I definitely will be ordering from them! What a change from the Novi location! (Backstory: stopped by the Novi location on Saturday to redeem my free birthday bundlet, from the email club - they aren't open for walk-in orders, I tried calling them, I got put on hold, and they never picked up the phone ... so I left.) I called the Troy location on Sunday to see if they would honor my birthday email, since the Novi one is not honoring them at this time due to the pandemic. They said yes, I just had to show ID. They're open from 10am to 2pm on Sundays. They had maybe 8-10 flavors to choose from, and I chose pecan praline. The shop is only allowing two people in at any given time right now, and there's a sign on the door asking customers to wait outside if two people are already in the shop; I was the only customer there when I entered the shop, though. I was in and out of the shop in about five minutes, and both when I called and when I was in-store, the cashier wished me Happy Birthday, which was nice of her. I've taken a few bites of the bundlet so far too, and it was very tasty - the frosting kind of tastes like cream cheese frosting (similar to carrot cake). read more

Unfortunately, I cannot eat them myself because they do not offer vegan options, but I order often for friends and family who absolutely love them and always receive many thanks! I want to start out by apologizing to them for giving them such short notice on my three Bundt cakes I needed for my friends birthday. I called them at 11am saying that I needed the birthday three bundlet for 12:30pm. I could tell they were swamped, plus it's all preorders since COVID-19 shut down businesses. I've had these cakes before, but from the Novi location; the Ann Arbor location is new. I meant to take a picture, but I ended up eating them too quickly. I got the strawberries and cream and the new Oreo flavors and they were delicious! Super moist, and the cream cheese frosting was just enough to add sweetness without being overwhelming. They didn't care about what the customer was saying and didn't want to be there working, I had called prior to customer order and she told me when I come in it would be available, which is a lie. I had no choice but to pick up what was available which wasn't fresh and tasted hard. I really had high hopes in this place. Ok, the cake is moist but there is really nothing special about it... still just a flavored cake...and they had an artificial flavor in it. The frosting was very, very sweet and heavy. I went there on grand opening, so I had a chance to try many different flavor, none was good. My first disappointment...the frosting on the bundlets are EXTREMELY stingy. They have about half of the amount of frosting that a bundlet at any other location has. The cake itself is not too bad, however the flavor and the consistency of the frosting is not on par. I do not see myself visiting this location again.
