Review #504 Monday, 12/30/2024 My review is based on 8 different Mini Bundtinis desserts that were delivered by Nothing Bundt Cakes for a Christmas Catered Lunch at My employer for over 100 employees. The boxes of assorted flavors were delivered on Monday 12/16/2024. There were several flavors such as Carrot, Strawberry Cream, Snickerdoodle, Chocolate, Red Velvet, Vanilla, Confetti and Lemon. The many boxes were nicely packaged and individually displayed in a paper cup to select. All the boxes contained 12 personal bundtinis and were labeled to select. They also bake Gluten-Free upon request. My two pick desserts were strawberry and cream and carrot cake that were topped with their famous cream cheese frosting. Oh My Deeeelicious for a surprise lunch and later for another dessert after dinner. Photos attached. This location has been in business since 1997 offering 10 flavors for personal size called Bundtlets, party size for birthday and wedding events. Hours: Monday - Saturday 8AM - 6:30PM Saturday 9AM - 5PM Sunday Closed Phone: (248) 918-2414 www.nothingbundt.com They Deliver and also offer Pick Up upon placing orders ahead ! First off, I want to say Thank you to the young lady who took my order...she walked me through ordering with patience and helped me get my sister tasty treats for her birthday. She explained the delivering process as I live in California. I mention I wanted to make this a special gift and the young lady that helped me did her best, result upon being delivered as they notified me of the delivery via text from the time it left the bakery to when it reached my sisters address. My sister was very happy with the apperence and taste of the dozen signature cup cake bunt cakes, half red velvet the other half lemon....my sisters favorites. To the young lady who made sure she represented and cared understanding special. One thing I apologize for not remembering her name. None the less I thank her and Nothing Bundt cakes Troy Michigan location times over. I only mention the location because I made a prior call to the Bloomfield location and I will just say....I know what it feels like to recognize being dismissed put and passed off. read more

Lovely cake. Amazing customer service as well. And it smells so lovely. It's totally clean and amazing to look at

Had the lemon blueberry and chocolate chocolate chip flavors. Both were very good with a addicting quality. I do think their cakes in general are a bit sweet for my taste but overall it is a treat and it was like eating ice cream room temperature. I got the buy one get one free deal. If I didn't have that deal I don't think I would have come but I'm glad I tried this place. These were pre-made and just bagged for me when I came to pick it up. read more

The customer service at this place is absolutely horrible. My friends and I arrived two minutes before closing, and they literally locked the door in our faces while there were still people inside. It felt extremely unprofessional and honestly just lazy, like they simply didn't want to serve anyone else and were ready to leave early. If you're open until a certain time, you should honor that. Very disappointing experience. read more

I had a customer bring me a Lemon Bundlet cake for my birthday as well as a dozen smaller Bundt cakes for my coworkers seeing our company fails to recognize us and she feels it's disrespectful they do not. She's truly the gem of a person! Let me tell you something, this may have been the best lemon cake and frosting I've ever stuffed in my face! My Fiancé saw an advertisement for a Churro Dulce de Leche Bundlet, had to have it, so I stopped after work to get her one and me another lemon. Both were amazing. Wendy D, who waited on me was very sweet, and the store was immaculate! We can wait to go back and try more flavors! Bonus is when you buy in store the give you a survey to take, and when the survey is completed you get a coupon for BOGO! Hit this place up! You won't regret it!!! read more

What a change from the Novi location! (Backstory: stopped by the Novi location on Saturday to redeem my free birthday bundlet, from the email club - they aren't open for walk-in orders, I tried calling them, I got put on hold, and they never picked up the phone ... so I left.) I called the Troy location on Sunday to see if they would honor my birthday email, since the Novi one is not honoring them at this time due to the pandemic. They said yes, I just had to show ID. They're open from 10am to 2pm on Sundays. They had maybe 8-10 flavors to choose from, and I chose pecan praline. The shop is only allowing two people in at any given time right now, and there's a sign on the door asking customers to wait outside if two people are already in the shop; I was the only customer there when I entered the shop, though. I was in and out of the shop in about five minutes, and both when I called and when I was in-store, the cashier wished me Happy Birthday, which was nice of her. I've taken a few bites of the bundlet so far too, and it was very tasty - the frosting kind of tastes like cream cheese frosting (similar to carrot cake). read more

These little cakes were the perfect addition to the baby shower! I never had them but they were delicious! So moist and soft and the perfect amount of cake and sweetness after savory! I tried the funfetti one and strawberry one and omg I wanted to get another one but 2 littles equaled 1 big one so 2 was more than enough! I'm so happy to find out they have one where I live so I definitely will be ordering from them! I can't talk about service or ambiance but I'm assuming it's great because this is not the first time my friend has bought from them! Tasty little treats, I swear! read more

Thank you for listening to your customers. I received a bag today with my 3 boxes. It makes it easier.

Always a crowd pleaser! I have visited in store, ordered delivery for gifts and picked up curbside for gifts. I am always impressed with their customer service and quality! Unfortunately, I cannot eat them myself because they do not offer vegan options, but I order often for friends and family who absolutely love them and always receive many thanks! Delivery order arrived as detailed and they provide options for contactless delivery which I appreciated. Their curbside pickup was super convenient and the associate even brought it to our car. They also have a table set up outside their door if you prefer more social distanced pick up. Their online ordering system is super easy to use and navigate and makes orders super quick and a no-brainer! I also appreciate how friendly and knowledgeable the staff is about their products and providing the best experience possible to their customers! Every time I have gifted these, people always rave about them! I would love to see them add a vegan option so I can enjoy them as well! read more

I ordered my son's cake from this location. They never notified me that it was ready, and when I got there to pick it up it was closed. I followed up with them and they were not at all helpful, nor was the parent company. Their online ordering system could use an update so that accurate information is relayed to the customer. In the meantime, use them at your own risk! read more

I want to start out by apologizing to them for giving them such short notice on my three Bundt cakes I needed for my friends birthday. I called them at 11am saying that I needed the birthday three bundlet for 12:30pm. I could tell they were swamped, plus it's all preorders since COVID-19 shut down businesses. They gave me this beautiful and delicious bouquet in less than two hours. The little lady on the phone was hesitant but ended the call with "ahh what the heck, I'll make them, go ahead and come pick it up at 12:30" sweetest lady ever! I came and picked it up and it was perfect. I'm never disappointed with the bundt cakes from here. I order them for every birthday. The mini bundlets are perfect for parties, but the medium bundlets are great for gifts. You will not be disappointed if you order from here! They're the sweetest people with the best desserts! read more

I visited this establishment today on Father's Day, now I understand you close at 5pm, and it was a customer in the store and 1 leaving as soon as I get out the car, a older gentleman that was sitting got up and told me No I beg him and he shook his head No. I go there often an never had been treated so rude. The cake I was xoming to get is my brother's favorite so I wanted it for Father's Day. I will not return. I've met the owner and his wife and the older lady in the daytime during the week are all lovely people. Hate to lose out on their delicious treats, cus of 2min of closing you couldn't allow me in on a special day as Father's Day Patrick I will miss you guys God bless you. read more

We ordered a delivery for 10-1030am and the delivery arrived at 9am . We went to the establishment to pick the order up and was refused a refund of the delivery fees because according to the shift manager "they want to get the deliveries out as early a possible". On the website delivery hours are after 10am and the order arrived at 9am. Solid product but do not order for delivery read more

I've had these cakes before, but from the Novi location; the Ann Arbor location is new. I meant to take a picture, but I ended up eating them too quickly. I got the strawberries and cream and the new Oreo flavors and they were delicious! Super moist, and the cream cheese frosting was just enough to add sweetness without being overwhelming. The "bundtini" size is perfect to keep me from overeating because as good as they were, I definitely would. read more

These cakes taste fantastic. There are so many different flavors such as Lemon, Red velvet, Vanila, Confetti, ect.. But what makes theses cakes taste perfect is the icing! Idk what kinda witchcraft they are using to make their icing taste so good but whatever it is, it's working. I first tried Nothing Bundt Cakes when I visited Grand Rapids, and I was so impressed. I knew I had to have another. I told my family that I had deserts covered this year for thanksgiving, but instead of the traditional pumpkin or sweat potato pie, I said I'd be getting a Bundt cake or two. Well I completely procrastinated until the very last minute, but thank the LORD when I stopped by today still had plenty of cakes left. The line was wrapped around Oakland County, but it was moving pretty fast as the employees were moving people in and out quickly. Although these cakes are a little pricey, after one bite you'll realize they are well worth it! read more

I picked up an order for my mother in-law and it was my first time coming here. I love all of the cute, celebration-themed retail items that they have along the lobby. The person who helped me was very kind and showed me the bundtinis before sealing the box. They have a large selection of candles to choose from, and many flavors and sizes of Bundt cakes. My MIL ordered a 8" Bundt cake with their signature frosting and 12 bundtinis (their version of cupcakes). Very cute cakes overall! The cakes were moist and the flavors were yummy, but the frosting is super sweet! A little too sweet for my liking. The 8" cake was chocolate with chocolate chips and it was my favorite! If you want something different for a loved one's birthday, and you have a big sweet tooth, try them out! Also subscribe to their eClub for a free bundlet on your birthday! read more

I really had high hopes in this place. Ok, the cake is moist but there is really nothing special about it... still just a flavored cake...and they had an artificial flavor in it. The frosting was very, very sweet and heavy. I went there on grand opening, so I had a chance to try many different flavor, none was good. I also had a free cake coupon, were haven't even eat that, or was so sweet and fake in flavor. After barely finishing half, we had a stomach issues for the rest of the day. Won't be back. read more

Love this place! Consistent. Moist. Fresh. Perfectly proportioned. Simply put, it's just really good tasting cake. I love the individual-sized bundlets! They have a variety of flavors (the confetti and red velvet are two of my staples) that you're sure to find at least one that you like. And the cake to icing proportion is spot-on! It's not too sweet and just moist enough. They're a little on the pricier side but if you're of the mindset, you get what you pay for, you'll have no regrets. They also give you a free bundlet for your birthday if you're signed up for the birthday club. They make a great thank you gift, dessert for a potluck or a birthday cake. read more

went to the Troy location on Big Beaver road to pick up some Bundtinis and the employee at the register and the one who came out from the back were very rude and unprofessiona. They didn't care about what the customer was saying and didn't want to be there working, I had called prior to customer order and she told me when I come in it would be available, which is a lie. I had no choice but to pick up what was available which wasn't fresh and tasted hard. My husband also went to the one in Sterling Heights on Hall road and he had the same experience with the rudeness and unprofessional employee. very disappointed in this company and would not recommend it to anyone read more

Nothing Bundt Cakes was WONDERFUL to work with for my wedding. After picking up a sample box, I was easily able to place my wedding order over the phone. The little cakes they have here are unreal! A bit on the pricy side for what they are, but the quality of them is unmatched. The funfetti bundt cake is my favorite flavor I've had so far but they're all super flavorful and moist! They're great with a cup of coffee too.
