Ordered a custom cake last Sunday for 25 people. Staff didn't make it, though ordered several days beforehand. Asked the staff to put Happy Birthday on a small circle cake. They responded with attitude and it took them 20 minutes, to NOT do it. I just grabbed a small cake out of the freezer and they said "yeah whatever." If that was my staff, I'd fire them all. We love Cold Stone, but our experience today was unlike every other time. We walked in 15 minutes before close, just to grab a couple ice creams to go. As soon as we walked in, the girls in there looked at us with the most annoyed faces and said they couldn't help us because they had already cleaned the stone and they weren't able to make us anything. If you are open until 10, you should be able to serve your customers until then, or at least start cleaning 5 minutes before close, not have everything already cleaned up 20 minutes before close. We will continue going to the Cold Stone in Rochester hills, where all the employees are super nice and always ready to help. read more

I've been to this location of Cold Stone Creamery several times. I've never had any complaints. Staff have always been friendly and professional! I went yesterday and ordered my usual: Banana Caramel Crunch, Love It Size on waffle cone. It was really good! I would definitely recommend for people to try this location. read more

I took my girls for an after school snack. We walked in and where the only people in the store. The man came out and we started ordering.. $3.99 for a "like it" which was the smallest cup of ice cream with 1 mix it. $4.23 after tax per kid. The ice cream was great and the mix ins were simple.. I'm not sure if the value is there but my kids enjoyed it. As someone mentioned in their review the music was on point!! Lol, brought me back to high school.. Reason I love cold stone is the consistency at any location I walk into; always taste great and the same. Walked in 30 minutes before close the young gentleman working there where nice and very helpful. They let us try anything we wanted before we bought. They allowed us to light birthday candles in the store for a birthday. which I thought was very nice. Terrible place, got three young girls waiting to give u a terrible experience. We took the kids in this evening for ice cream, all three girls stood and stared at us with blank looks on there face.. Everything we tried to order they said they were out of, then we paid and never got the cone we ordered, so we asked for that and they gave us a 7 dollar waffle bowl with ice cream in it, umm last I checked that wasn't a cone.
