I was able to have another one of their treats here. This time, I had the limited time flavor of the Biscoff cookie butter cake. It was an individual bundtlet. It was a Biscoff cookie butter cake that came with the cream cheese frosting. This was very tasty and flavorful. Like the other cake I tried here, it was very moist. It was just unbelievable how that is the case. The cream cheese frosting was solid. I thought there could be a little more sweetness flavor to it. I've always seen the advertisement for nothing bundt cakes but never tried. I was able to try to it for the first time and they did not disappoint. I had the oreo bundltlet, white chocolate raspberry bundtler and the strawberries & cream bundtlet (not pictured). The cake is so moist and i love all the flavors I tried. Ordered: Oreo Cookies & Cream Bundtlet (free on National Oreo Day): classic white cake and added Oreo Cookie pieces Aya's take: I was super excited when I heard about this new flavor and a few weeks later, they announced they were giving out 111 free Oreo bundtlets starting at 1:11pm on March 6. I knew I had to make my way here! I arrived around 1pm and there were probably around 50 people or so ahead of me. I was surprised! Once 1:11pm hit, the line moved quick as the staff was well-prepared for this wave of 100+ people. The Oreo Cookies & Cream Bundtlet was delicious! Nothing Bundt Cakes is just the best. I have family that lives near one of their locations in PA and we've always gotten delicious birthday cakes over the years. There aren't too many around NJ, so I was super excited to learn that I could grab a Nothing Bundt Cake right in my own neighborhood. I stopped by for some Valentine's Day treats for the hubs and am so glad that I did. Cakes come in a few different sizes, but the larger options are a bit much for just two. Luckily, they also have a huge case of mini cakes (otherwise known as bundlets) that they sell for $5 a piece. This is also a great way to mix and match and try a few different flavors. Two can split one bundlet for the perfect sized dessert, especially if you've had a large meal! But after seeing all of their flavors, I'll warn you that it is tough to choose just one. Now onto the cake itself. The bundts are just absolute perfection -- so moist and sweet that you honestly could eat it without icing. But the icing is also such a treat. I remember trying some samples of this cake at a wine and chocolate festival last year and loving it. I wanted to get my one of my clients some sweets and went to a near-by location. When I arrived I parked in the plaza parking lot and walked in. The store had all differnt kind of things around which I think were for sale. The lady behind the counter was helping someone and told me she will be right with me. She was working alone because the storm was coming. Freshly made Bundt cakes in a variety of flavors and sizes. If a flavor offered on menu isn't available they'll make it for you but you have to wait. We tried their medium sized (bundtlets) as I was pressed for time and there was no need to eat a dozen (bundtinis). Maybe I should have. Flavors we tried - chocolate chocolate chip, lemon ( my favorite) and carrot cake. Their icing was thick and I could just eat it alone. I am not that glutinous, or am I? I figured it was time for me to take the ride to Nothing Bundt Cakes and pick up a delicious mini cake to appease my sweet tooth. I've known about this place for some time. About 4 years ago my son who was playing basketball for Syracuse University made it to the Final Four and I ended up traveling to Texas for that reason. I visited the finest eating establishments out there amongst so many other memorable places but one of the most memorable was this place. I brought back a lemon bundt cake for myself and a couple of others for my family. Between traveling and landing back at home in Jersey a few days later still didn't spoil the freshness of these cakes. It was by far the best bundt cake I'd ever tasted. I hadn't been back to Texas since; but I vowed if I ever did, I would get more of these delicious cakes. You can only imagine my excitement finding out that Nothing Bundt Cake was here in NJ. I took the trip to Morristown. It was about 25 minutes from me. Not too far but also not a hop, skip and jump considering this is a tiny Bundt cake so you know I was ready to sink my teeth into one. I arrived to a tiny bakery-type shop. It was busy! There were actually quite a bit of people in there. Apparently I wasn't the only one who enjoys these cakes. I decided on the dozen bundtinis - very tiny bundt cakes slightly larger then mini cupcakes- a nice touch since they didn't have these when I was in Texas. The store keeps the most popular ones readily available so the ones I placed an order for had to be made and it was a 20 minute wait. The associate was so kind. She even laughed at my attempt to be funny. I can be so corny but it was super cool of her to not act like I was. After 20 minutes she brought out my dozen bundtinis. She didn't even have to do that but; again very gracious of her to go out of her way to satisfy "this" customer. I bought a pecan praline mini Bundt (kinda medium size- about the size of a regular size cupcake) in addition to the bundtinis. I couldn't wait to sink my teeth into it but was extremely disappointed that it didn't taste the same as when I was in Texas AND it had cream in it, which I didn't care for. The cream inside slightly overwhelmed the flavor of the cake and made it overly sweet in my humble opinion. At the Morristown Fall Festival, I decided to try two mini bundt cakes, a chocolate chocolate chip, and a white chocolate raspberry bundt cake. They were both delicious, with the white chocolate raspberry being my favorite. The cakes were very flavorful, soft, almost pillowy. No knife was needed, as a fork easily sliced through the cakes.
