Great selection of flavors, friendly servers, and cute interior. A few benches in front to sit outside. Mint Oreo was excellent. Reasonable pricing.

Finding a new ice cream shop on a hot day is basically my dream come true. Beanie's was the perfect way to cap a day exploring Morristown. 5 stars across the board, truly. The flavors were unique and out there and those are my favorite kind. I opted for a small scoop of the honey lavender... woah. Sweet and smooth and so delicious. Don't be fooled by the small cup, they pack those little guys with a massive scoop. The space is deceptively huge. Ice cream shop on one side and an adorable seating area as soon as you turn the corner. It is perfect for any group to sit and enjoy, decked out with adirondack chairs and picnic table for a cozy camping vibe. Will absolutely need to make a return trip the next time I am in town.

I order from Beenie's or stop by at least once a week. The ice cream here is really unmatched and is consistently delicious every single time. The interior is really cute and family friendly, plus I love the backstory! Every person who works here is friendly and definitely seems like they enjoy their work. My favorite ice cream spot in the area by a long shot!

I'm dragging my friends here the next time they visit. Beenie's is an experience. There's colorful walls, a huge variety of original flavors, toppings, cute indoor seating, and a happy staff. I bet it does get crowded on popular days - the front is really not super big, and with only one row of flavors (not arranged in a U shape, like at places with more space), everyone needs to stand in the same place while browsing. I got the coffee Oreo. I loved the soft cookie texture - crisp would've been wrong, IMO - but I do wish there were more coffee flavor. Lots of people love this place though, so I'm looking forward to trying it again.

My boyfriend and I tried Bennie's and it was so good. We both got milkshakes and a pint to go. There are so many flavors to pick from it's hard to decide. We parked across the street by the Dunkin' Donuts. It gets very busy at night but the servis was quick and seamless. The staff were friendly and even let me Try a couple of flavors. They sell custom cakes online and custom ice cream. Definitely checkout their website and come in person to try. The shop was brightly lit and has a fun atmosphere. There is seating also next door with a nice colorful mural all over the wall. Great for families. We'll be back soon. Thank you Bennie's

Beenie's was one of the best ice cream spots I've been to in a while! They let you try three samples out of their long list of ice cream flavors including some unique ones. I got the nutella ice cream which included pieces of chocolate covered pretzels which i thoroughly enjoyed. They have a decent amount of seating inside with cute and bright murals and decor. As we were leaving there were a number of people in line but it looked like the line was moving quickly. I would definitely come back if I'm in the area!

What a great ice cream shop! I stopped in on a weekday so it wasn't busy. The ice cream shop is bright and inviting. It has some seating inside that is cute and kid friendly. What I loved about this place was the wide variety of flavors. It was so hard for me to choose one. I was grateful that they had a few non dairy options. I tasted both non dairy and dairy options. I ended up getting the Ba-nilla banana ice cream and wow. It was very nostalgic for me because I used to eat Nilla Wafers when I was younger. This was an amazing blend of bananas and Nilla wafers. One of the best flavors I've had. Ill definitely be back. I hope they make that flavor non dairy one day.

Overall: lots of different flavors! And the staff were very nice and helpful! Not the best ive ever had but pretty good for the area! Flavors: Honey Lavender was very good, Dunkaroos was almost exactly like the snack, the chiapas coldbrew coffee was pretty good too! Inside: some seating around the back and a cute environment!

I'm generally hard pressed to find an ice cream place that I don't love...and Bernie's didn't let me down. Wifey had been here before so I had high expectations. With WAY too many flavors for me to make a decision I asked our server (with hope in my voice) if a small was only a single flavor and he happily said..."nope, I can give you two." With that response I ordered a small with half oToasted Coconut and half Reese's Witherspoon. Wifey ordered a small Black Cherry Amaretto. We took a seat and dug in and my only regret is not going back for more. It is a little pricey here, but the ice cream is excellent, the staff was friendly, and the place was bright and inviting. Next time we are in Morristown there's no doubt we'll be back.

Super cute small ice cream shop. It was very tasty, quick and fast! A variety of 15+ flavors. You have your classics with vanilla and chocolate and Cookie Monster and other fun flavors on the other side. Service was fast and they have a cute picnic themed seating area inside around 4 tables. There's around 20 ish people worth of seating inside the store.

So many delicious ice cream flavors to choose from! This decision was impossible but the staff were so kind letting me taste a bunch of the flavors :) I got the golden Oreo and mint Oreo in a cone and WOW it hit the spot.

Stopped here the other say when we were in Morristown. We got some items to go - spinach quiche,…read moregingersnaps, and salted chocolate chip cookies. The quiche was delicious. The chocolate chip cookies were unbelievably soft and delicious. The ginger snaps were meh. They didn't really reek of ginger the way you would expect. That said.... When we got here yesterday U noticed a "Ginger Cappuccino" written up on their blackboard menu. I'm a sucker for a good espresso drink and I LOVE ginger, so I figured I'd give it a whirl, and Lord have mercy, it was absolutely spectacular. You can tell right off the first sip that they aren't using any of that fake, sugary pump-syrup you get at the big chains. This bad boy tastes like it has real, honest-to-goodness grated ginger steeped right into the milk. It gives you this wonderfully warm, spicy little kick that cuts right through the rich espresso and velvety foam perfectly. It is smooth, uniquely flavorful, and just downright delicious. This hidden gem on Cattano Avenue hits the nail right on the head. If you see the ginger cappuccino on the board when you walk in, do not hesitate--just order it!!! So sorry I learned about this as they are planning to close up shop. I am on a mission now to figure it out!!!

They had an indoor dining room and an outdoor patio. We opted for the indoor dining room due to the heat wave. For breakfast, I ordered a chocolate chip crumb muffin and a pecan bar. I've never heard of a Chocolate Chip Crumb Muffin before, but it was delicious! The pecan bar was good as well. Unfortunately, I didn't order a drink because I don't like coffee and the only non-coffee drink they had was Hot Chocolate and unsweetened iced tea. Too hot for hot chocolate and I don't like unsweetened iced tea. The ladies at the counter were very nice though and gave me some tap water! Overall a great experience. Sad I just found out about this place as they prepare to close their doors in September.

THE FOOD ----------------…read more+ MEATBALLS - Order of 3 beef meatballs were fantastic. Soft and delicious. Tomato sauce was to die for - tangy and tasty. + PARMIGIANA WITH SPAGHETTI - A hugeeee piece of parm that was PERFECTLY baked with the same delicious marinara as the meatballs. Side of spaghetti (+$6) was EXCELLENNNT, cooked al dente and texture was great. All of it was so good. + BROOKLYN ROUND (WITH ADDED PEPPERONI) - Great, great, great, greaaaat pizza. Pretty much a Margherita pizza. It came out nice and toasty. Surprisingly, it wasn't super crispy and the dough was very thin, BUT it held together very well still. A little bit of flop on end of the pizza with it being so cheesy, however, it was delicious and flavor was really on point. Our only knock was that we could have used a lot more roni cups as it was only sparsely spread on it, while every photo of pepperoni on a pie that we saw online had the entire pie covered. Not sure if it was because we initially asked for half pepperoni, but then changed it to full pepperoni? + BOMBOLONES - Sooooooooo gooood. These airy and light Italian doughnuts were delicious. Loved that it didn't taste like your typical doughnut (a la Krispy Kreme or Dunkin) and it had a croissant-ish texture to it. Although it looked like a doughnut, once I bit into it, it sort of reminded me of the famed Dominique Ansel cronut. Only knock was that it could have used more filling inside. At $4.50 a pop, it's tempting to buy a dozen. + MENU - Had so many delicious-sounding pizzas (regular pies, grandma, specialty, Detroit-style), pastas, salads, shareable appetizers, entrees and sandwiches to choose from. In addition, their pastry section looked ridiculously good too. And, don't worry about them running out of any of the pastries or Bombolones because they still had plenty in the evening on a Saturday. THE SERVICE ------------------- + No actual waiter service, just busboy service where they bring you your food and clean your table. Everything is pretty much self-service - get your own plates, utensils, which made it easier for us in a way where we didn't have to ask for things. + Request for a table at the counter, sit down and then go back up to order at the counter. + Order pick ups are in the back. + Order anything (pizzas, pastas, pastries) online for pickup at no additional upcharge. THE SURROUNDINGS ------------------------------- + Decent-size restaurant with tables scattered at the front and toward the side closer to the back. - No private parking lot, just street parking, like most businesses in the business district. + Street parking is relatively inexpensive at about $1 per hour only. + LOTS of restaurants in the surrounding Morristown business district. RANDOM OBSERVATIONS -------------------------------------- = Was very bussssssssy on an October Saturday evening, but turnover was pretty high since it was mostly self-service. = Arrived at 5:30 PM and waited about 20 minutes for a table for 4. = Lots and lots of customers came in to pick up multiple pies. = Ordering at the counter seemed a bit inefficient as there is only 1 cashier, so she was handling takeout and dine-in orders, which seemed overwhelming. Every time the cashier left her post to tend to a matter, the line built up to 4-6 deep again, which doesn't seem like a lot of people, but it moved a tad slow. CONCLUSION -------------------- = Definitely one of the best pizzas that we've had in Northern NJ! As hyped up as it was (due to Nino Coniglio's accolades), the pizza was every bit as good as I expected it to be, BUT it'd be an injustice to just call them a pizza restaurant. DO NOT overlook the pastries for a second because they looked and tasted, especially the Bombolones, as good as anything we ate for dinner. We will definitely be back to try some of the other pies because every table seemed to have ordered a different pie and every single one looked soooooo good. Oh, and, of course, we'll be back to grab some of their other pastries too!

Sometimes I watch those videos where tourists go to places like Egypt or India and get absolutely…read moreripped off, and I think, "Thank God I don't have to deal with that here in New Jersey." Well, apparently I spoke too soon. You don't need a passport to experience a tourist trap. Just come to Morristown and pay $7 plus tax for a burnt croissant ( photo attached). Yep, you heard that right. Seven bucks. Burnt. I stopped in for takeout and got a chocolate croissant , a can of Diet Coke, and a burnt ham-and-cheese croissant. By the time everything was said and done, I walked out almost $18 lighter -- before tip. At that point, I wasn't even mad. I was impressed.
