I love Nothing Bundt cakes but I'm honestly really disappointed with my experience with the ladies at the front desk. I asked for a seasonal assortment of Bundtinis and was given the classic assortment instead. I didn't realize this until I got home. I also asked if I could get an extra small box and was told they didn't have any to-go boxes. Then I asked if I could purchase one of the small plastic ramekins for a single Bundt cake and was told they were "completely out." It genuinely felt less like they were out of options and more like they just didn't want to work with me on anything. The overall tone was short and borderline snarky, which made the interaction uncomfortable. Even my 13 year old son felt they were being 100% dishonest. I love the cakes but customer service really matters and this experience didn't reflect that. read more

Starting when I walked in it was beautiful. The smell was a bit overwhelming and it made me feel a little tingly. This was quite possibly the most awkward interaction I've ever had in my life. Great Bundt cakes, even better customer service! Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. This has become a staple for birthdays and holidays, with 8 people in our family we're (literally) always coming back for more! Our favorites are the lemon or white chocolate raspberry, don't forget to add extra frosting, you won't regret it! We usually get the bigger size, but we were missing a couple people. All of the Bundt cakes are wonderful in their variety and are very tasty! The store is always interesting with novelty items for sale as well as the cakes. The service is always helpful and friendly. Our only complaint, which is the reason we have given 4 stars, is that you can't buy less than 12 bunttinis. Although, you can freeze them to help them last longer, they don't always taste the same. One should really be able to purchase any number of bunttinis that one would like. You would probably sell more of them if you did. I don't always want a full cake or buntlet size. read more

Beware of this store! The staff gave me the wrong size without asking any questions. I asked for 18 Bundtinis instead of letting us know that they only come in a dozen they assumed we wanted the Bundlet size. They then brought out the flavors in that size and it cost over 3x what I was expecting to pay! When I asked to return the indivudal wrapped items to the store they refused and only offered to refund me 20% I was expecting to pay $31 and paid $110 the $22 dollar refund was grossly inadequate for the situation. I would have gladly returned the entire purchase. I requested a return of 50% which is splitting it equally between myself and the company and they refused saying they do not haggle with customers, and I should have been clearer. The person picking up the order was just following a list and had no idea how many sizes there were. The manager did tell me she would not do any better because we do get to eat all the cake which I again offered to return to her! In today's economy and how grossly business take advantage of customers and profits a business like this that is NOT a NECESSITY should have much better customer service!! This is not acceptable especially when the error was not my fault and I was still offering to pay half that was 20 dollars more than what I was expecting to pay originally! Absolutely unprofessional and honestly embarrassing for a company that still would have made money on a purchase without hurting it's customers or reputation! Sad! read more

The 5 stars is well earned. I have been buying cakes from other locations in this franchise for many, many years. My first time buying from this location was for a birthday. It was an absolutely delicious carrot cake, but there was a flaw that we felt we needed to be vocal about. They listened to our concerns and offered another chance to show how they always strive for perfection. Honestly, I love their cakes soo much still that I undoubtedly would have purchased again. But it meant the world to me that they are a business that even listened to and acknowledged our concerns, because you can't get that with everyone (even though you should). This location has the cutest mugs and I saw a great selection of candles as well. There's a few designated parking spots in the lot behind the entrance where you can have them drop off your order to your car. Now that it's fall, they also have a pumpkin spice option. My favorites will always be the white chocolate raspberry and the carrot cake. The frosting is always spot on in terms of sweetness and the cake itself is some of the most moist you will ever find. read more

This place makes great cakes. We ordered a selection of mini cakes so we could try all the flavors, and they were all delicious and fresh. While it was hard to pick a favorite, I think I liked the pecan praline the best. It felt safe to pick them up during Covid. read more

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. This is literally the best cake I have ever had. I'm not joking. It's 100% better than any cake I've ever had (don't tell my mom who worked at a bakery for 30+ years). You could put their cream cheese frosting on a shoe and I would be tempted to eat it. It's THAT good. I'm so glad they opened up a place in Longmont so I can get one of these cakes any time I want. Happy? Get a bundt cake and celebrate! Sad? Such a wonderful treat to have this company in Longmont. I saw they were offering free delivery. During this time of having to Stay-At-Home it is nice to have an occasional goodie on hand. I ordered several mini Bundt cakes and found that they freeze great, and they are the perfect size to split. I will be ordering from them again.
