It genuinely felt less like they were out of options and more like they just didn't want to work with me on anything. The overall tone was short and borderline snarky, which made the interaction uncomfortable. Even my 13 year old son felt they were being 100% dishonest. I love the cakes but customer service really matters and this experience didn't reflect that.
