NBC of Fairview! What a great place! They have both regular and high-speed or pickup parking. They have an app to order in advance and give you benefits for frequent purchases. Most importantly for my family...they have Gluten Free options!!! Everything looks absolutely fantastic and I can vouch for the GF ...Two Thumbs Up fantastic! Service is fast and friendly and the place is spotlessly clean ! We have used them many times as gifts for super senior friends in their 90s who don't need more 'things' but enjoy high quality food! They especially like the red velvet cake ! read more

The best cake I've had truly! I first had these at work. And had to make my way here myself after that. I'll definitely be back!

when I first started buying these Bundt cake bundtlets, they were much larger and had Icing all over them. They continue to get smaller with less icing, but the prices increase. I enjoy the taste of the Bundt cakes. It's just that you get less of the product. I buy a dozen or two at a time at least once every two months for birthdays at work so I've really noticed the difference overtime. read more

We order a cake for a birthday party and as soon as we got to the car we realized there was no icing on the cake. We went back in and asked for icing (only outside the store for 30seconds) but this condensing blonde worker. Told us she is unable to put icing on the cake because we left the store and it would violate the health code. We even couldn't buy icing there to ice the cake ourselves. Huge smile on her face the entire time as she told us this and said you'll have to buy another cake. Worst service at a bakery I've ever been to rather go to the edwardsville location now. read more

Nothing Bundt Cakes - Our Nothing Bundt Cake. Just perfect for the wedding shower! - Bakeries Near Me - Fairview Heights, Illinois

The cakes are small on some visits. Never consistent as well as lines of frosting is never the same.

Since my last review, which was my first time at this location, I have tired many other bundtlets. Vanilla: almost better than your average vanilla cake. Lemon: refreshing and zesty! Confetti: taste like all funfetti cakes. White chocolate raspberry: I don't taste the whites chocolate part but the cake taste great! chocolate chocolate chip: basic chocolate cake with very few chips :( Strawberries n creme: super moist! I like this one! Pecan praline: yuck! It was dry and tasted like box cake. I wonder if it was left over from previous day(s). Not fresh at all. I've tried almost all the cakes they have minus a couple but will be back to try. There are a few that I do not care for. My husband and I tried the red velvet 3 times here. The first time it was super delicious with tons of chocolate chips. It was so good we couldn't wait to indulge in another red velvet. Our second time getting it, there were 4 chocolate chips, yes we counted. We thought it was a joke lol. So we tried it a 3rd time. Well, it wasn't a joke, there were barely any chocolate chips in our red velvet bundtlets :( so we decided we will past on red velvet here forever. That being said On my last trip I wanted the chocolate chips in my bundtlet so I decided to do the chocolate chocolate chip. Well, unfortunately I won't order this one again either. The same amount of chips in a red velvet. Service is still great! Shop is still super cute! read more

Quick and easy walk-in pick up. Took less than 10 minutes to get an office gift. Got great reviews on the Chocolate Chocolate Chip Bundt.

Always moist, delectable cakes! Need more gluten free options but I have never had a bad experience.

A little pricy, but I would go again and again if I lived near a location. Made a nice presentation as a hostess gift. Delish! You get what you pay for, right? read more

So they don't have much for dye free options the vanilla cakes even have number dye in them.... It's sad they have a max of two options for those allergic to number dyes.... Two seasonal options and one gluten free option my poor kids were actually looking forward to them but they can't even have a vanilla or chocolate plain one because they have to use number dyes in 95% of their items. read more

Delicious! I've been to many locations in different cities and states, and have yet to find one that isn't good. This location is no different. The cakes are moist, the icing is not too sweet, and everything tastes fresh. My favorite is red velvet. Could there be more chocolate chips in the bundlet? Yes. However, the cake is perfectly moist, I love the cream cheese frosting, so that's okay. There are always samples available and any flavor you're craving. I can't wait to come back! read more

Such a treat for your team to come to Scott AFB to sell your cakes. Just a suggestion to look into adding individually wrapped plastic forks rather than having your cashier or customers dig in a bin for forks. read more

Delicious moist cakes every time. Easy online ordering and in store pick up. The staff seemed nice but didn't really interact with you until you spoke to them first. read more

So delicious! Were looking for a quick dessert option in the area and this did not disappoint. The bundts were wonderful - I am not a bug icing person and actually prefer the cake itself. This was very moist and flavorful. Tried the carrot cake, gluten chocolate chip, white chocolate raspberry, double chocolate between myself and family. If you like carrot cake it was delicious! All had just the right amount of icing to add sweetness without being overbearing. Plus their hours were great to grab something quickly in time for dinner dessert. read more

Very good, moist bundt cakes. The people here are friendly and the food is very good. Well worth it if you like cakes.

I ate the cakes before I took a picture. That's how good this place is. Everytime someone asks where to get sweets I send them here. Good prices as well for well made cakes. Red velvet, chocolate chip cookie, and double chocolate are my top 3. read more

I didn't even know this shop was here! I had heard great things about NBC and had plans to go to the one in St. Louis. Thanks to Yelp, this shop popped up when I was doing a search while in the area! I quickly told hubby to turn around! I was too close to not stop in and finally try these famous bundt cakes! First off, the inside of this little shop is super cute! It is decorated so pretty. It is bright and cheery; a very happy place! When you walk in, the wonderful aroma fills your senses and makes you smile! The girl behind the counter was friendly and sweet! It was hard to decide which flavors to try, they all looked amazing! I ended up getting the chocolate chocolate chip and confetti. I tried the pumpkin sample as I was leaving and wished I had gotten one of those too! Over the next few days I nibbled on them both and they are so moist and great flavor and the icing is fantastic! I still can't believe I didn't know this shop was so close to me! I could have been eating bundt cakes all this time! I will be going back soon I hope. After all I have a bunch of catching up to do! I love these little cakes and I'm already planning on grabbing some for the Holidays! Best bundt cake I've ever had! read more

I had a patient who was getting married. They got us a wedding cake with all the fixings, Mrs and Mr plates, knife and delivered in less than an hour. They loved it! Sometimes life throws us curveballs and it's good to know that there are people out there that really care...and bake it into amazing cakes;-) Thanks guys. My wife stopped in here for a cake for a friend of hers. She told me how good it was so we stopped by today, Saturday. I was not disappointed, it was very clean and the girl waiting on us was very nice. Excellent customer service. They had samples out and they were delicious. We ended up getting a dozen mini cakes for my neighbors birthday, she was very happy. We got a small chocolate bunt for us. I highly recommend this establishment. read more

We ended up heading here the first time because we ran into a couple friends at lunch who said we HAD to come to NBC. I LOVE cake, but my mom's not a huge fan. That can't be said about her any longer, and that's thanks to NBC. Sadly, the Strawberries and Cream (our favorite) is a seasonal item and no longer available. My hubs LOVES the chocolate chip variety. He even microwaves it for just about 30 seconds, and it's a like a warm chocolate chip cookie. We love the vanilla and red velvet, too! My mom-in-law RAVED about the lemon. Can you tell we've been there a few times? And THAT'S where that 5 lbs. came from! Ah well...all in the name of cake. Not only are the cakes fresh, moist, and absolutely delicious, the staff and owners are incredibly friendly and have taken customer service to heart. I, too, work at my family's small business, and I appreciate a high level of customer service. It's our bread-and-butter. The store is also super cute and offers a bunch of great little gift items! We had a bundt cake for Mother's Day even though we opt for Bundtlettes for a regular day/occasion. The full size cakes AND bundlettes last over a week in the fridge and are not any less amazing that many days later. No joke. We had 12 people for MDay and still only ate half the cake. I sent some with my mom, and we saved the other quarter. It literally lasted another 7 days in my fridge (sealed bowl), and I had my mom pick it up FRIDAY before we served it on Sunday (I'm a florist and was NOT going to be able to get there in time!). It was STILL perfection. You truly can't go wrong here. YUM! read more

My husband's birthday snuck up on me and I needed a cake asap. I went to Nothing Bundt Cake because I had sampled some of their cake in the Fall and loved it. They had pre-made cakes in store and I got a chocolate turtle (new featured flavor). It only took 20 mins for them to frost it - very convenient. The cake was moist, sweet, and worth the $. Will go back and recommend for sure! read more
