Hard to even give this establishment 1 star. I ordered a peach sunshine refresher, along with 2 glazed doughnuts. Seeing as I was the only one in the drive thru, I figured it would be a quick order. The screen displayed my order and he even read it off to me. I pull up to the window and pay for my order. I am handed a bag with 2 doughnuts and napkins that look like they had been scrunched up. I continue to wait outside the window, expecting my drink to soon follow. After 5 minutes, the guy returns to the window, "Sir are you waiting for something?" He asks. I remind hjm that I ordered a drink and he frantically runs off. When he returns he asks me to pull around to the parking lot and they would give it to me within 3 minutes. At this time, about 3 or 4 cars are now behind me. I wait for about 10 minutes before I finally run inside to check on my order. After standing by the register, almost begging to be served, I finally say "excuse me, I have been waiting outside for this peach sunshine drink". He looks at me very confused and then finds the order. HE HAD NOT EVEN STARTED THE ORDER. I grab my drink and walk outside to see that 5 more cars had lined up along the side of the building. One of which had their window down. I ask her, "hey, did they tell you to pull around? You're better off going inside". She gets out of her car to go inside, just as another car pulls around to wait in a parking spot. I am not sure if they're playing the waiting game with customers, and hopes that they will get impatient and drive off or what. Whatever the case may be, this place is not worth your time. Continue driving down to scooters coffee, Panera, or heck even Starbucks. read more

This location used to be awful. It USED to be. Now it is brand new. It was closed for sometime but reopened better than ever. The current staff working there are all incredible and so much better than past crews. That's just being honest. We continue to stand at the counter, waiting for anyone to come and give us service, but it wasn't until we asked if the counter was open did we get assisted. This Dunkin' Donuts must be giving away free money, crack or something. I have visited at different times of day and only once there wasn't a line around the block with 15 or so cars waiting. Visited on a Sunday morning at approximately 9:30. I waited in drive thru line like a crazy person for 30 minutes. Had my mouth all ready for a Boston Cream (custard filled with chocolate icing). Lo and behold, they were out of that variety! At 9:30am????? Seriously? I took a chance and went on a Saturday around 7am. And they had the Boston Cream available. Yay!! Ordered a coffee with cream. This location used to have a horrible crew, sloppy, rude, and all of the above terrible but recently they shifted crew members and the service is WAY better! This location quickly became a favorite while I was visiting the area. Even without ordering via the app they were very quick. I frequently visited in my weeks there and they did not disappoint. The staff is very courteous, outside lot looked clean and maintained. The coffee tasted fresh and the hot breakfast sandwiches were always perfect. A+ at this particular location. read more

This location is absolutely horrible!!! The worst!!! I remember years ago I was so excited when it opened because I now would no longer need to drive to stl if I wanted a strawberry sundae. No exaggeration the last 5 times I have gone to this location they have not even had vanilla ice cream!!! When I went today the man on the speaker said I just want to let you know we are out of (and he began to name several things I wasn't ordering) okay sir I would like to order an assortment of 5 munchkins well that depends. I ask do you not have munchkins we do just not a lot of flavors I just want an assortment. When I got to the window I asked are you guys still a baskin robbins and the man said yes, I said well you never have ice cream let alone the toppings that go on top (they never have strawberry, if you ask for hot fudge I have gotten the warmer wasn't turned on, or they have Hershey's ) he continued to say well or freezer is being cleaned out so we have ice cream but it's not able to be accessed now. This Dunkin is under new management and truly they have turned it around. Quit going there last year due to poor service and just not well run. But new management doing a great job. Absolutely awful, I couldn't even read the menu board because it's filled with so much condensation from broken seals and no maintenance. But then I get my donuts and my large iced coffee and the coffee tastes horrible and the two chocolate longjohns are stuck together in the bag icing to icing and I had to pull them apart when I got back to my work. I would not recommend anyone to go to Dunkin' Donuts ever for any reason. This marks my third and final terrible experience at three different Dunkin' Donuts establishments. read more

I can't complain too much about DD but ever since T-Mobile has T-Mobile Tuesday's with DD I have been coming here to use my 5$ gift cards or get my free lattes. Can't beat FREE! LOL! If I was to pay, I would say they are slightly cheaper than Starbucks but the thing is their drinks are overly sweet like diabetes in the works kinda sweet, too milky, or not strong enough. Waited in line for 20 minutes to get our food and drinks. I asked for an ice coffee and there was barely any ice in my drink probably because we waited so long to even get our stuff and I got an order of snackin bacon and when I went to pull a piece out to eat there was a big clump of hair mixed in with my bacon. We didn't have anything bad to say about this DD! It was National Donut Day, so they were giving out free donuts with the purchase of a drink. Even with it being busy due to the special day, everything was quick and correct. The staff was friendly and overall it was clean. The phone line doesn't work, so I drove 15 min to place an order for the next day. The store claims it's open until 10pm, but doors were locked. The person working drive through told me they couldn't take an order for a dozen donuts to be picked up the following morning. It's like they are actively trying to loose customers. read more

I was a worker for a good couple months, they've been bought out recently, and clearly not by the right people. All of day shift and night shift were unfairly fired and replaced with Indian workers under the Indians who bought the store, some family members some friends, they have NO food handling licenses, they lack proper hygiene, some can't even speak proper English. I've witnessed them dig in the trash with the same gloves they bake with, pick their used gloves back up off the floor and put them back on. The bathrooms have remained untouched and unclean since they were hired. They leave out cooked food to use for the next morning, tried to sell two day old stale donuts, they're rushing to pass this upcoming inspection and I don't believe they deserve to do so. They've ruined this store and ruined our jobs in favor of their own untrained and unprofessional friends and family. read more
