Improve ALL THE WAY AROUND!! I sat in that drive thru for nearly 30 mins!!! Apparently this place doesn't take your order until they have completely finished the order for car in front of you once that car is drives away, then they take your order and it repeats for the others behind you. Get to the pay window, the cashier is just simply rude, no hello, tells you the amount owed, hands you back your cc and the window shuts. Move on to the food pick up window, pretty much the same they just hand you your order. This time I had to honk to get their attention as they got my order wrong... and ohhh boy did that girl POP OFF on me saying "NO YOU SAID"BLAH BLAH BLAH, I told her no you said and I figured you knew what I wanted and said yes BUT whatever my orders wrong I'm not going to be yelled at then drove off. I loveTaco Bell. We have had a personal relationship since I was in high school in Chicago. But, alas, things have changed. It's still true that no matter what you order you get the same ingredients. They are just packaged up a different way. But there is nothing in a taco that isn't in a burrito. You know what I mean, right? Those of us who love Taco Bell, love it that way. If I could give a 0 I would totally give this place a zero. We just ate there and it wasn't a pleasant experience at all. You now have to order everything from a kiosk. No customer service! The whole inside was so nasty! We asked if someone would come and clean a table and the guy came and looked and he said there are other tables. Are you kidding me? Pretty clean and nice Taco Bell in O'Fallon. The service was very fast and I could tell the food was very fresh. The menu is really cool if you ever get a chance to look at it. Taco Bell always seems to have an awesome speciality taco ready to go. I got the Protein Menu burrito which is like 500 calories and 20 grams a protein so eat in moderation. Taco Bell is a nice alternative to fried fast food, so it has a plus in my book for that. But watch what you order if your a workout freak like me. I normally go weekly on my cheat day. We placed our order at 12:04 pm. We received our order at 12:24 pm. It took 20 minutes for us to get our food. There was only one person in front of us who ordered there food. The staff members putting the food together for dine in more at the rate of Molasses. They were in no hurry to get customers food out in a timely fashion. This was not a fast food experience but more of a slow food experience. The cashier was nice and friendly but the rest of the staff not so much. When I let them know my order was missing 3 items and 1 item that was not correct, I didn't even get an apology. I had order a double decker supreme, however I got just a double decker, they didn't give us our Taco Doritto locos, we didn't receive our cinnamon twist and a soft taco. The food that we did receive was cold. It was as if it had been sitting. We got the nacho fries and they were soggy, no crunch or crisp to them at all. There was another customer who ordered about five minutes after us and she stayed that it was the longest that she had ever waited for food. What we received was not worth the value of what we paid. When we entered the store there were several tables that were dirty and had trash on them. It appeared at an employee was on break, however they were sitting in the dinning room at a tall table with there head down. That is not a good look, especially when the dinning room was as dirty as it was. We will not be back to this location. It will be a long time before we return to a Taco Bell. Worse experience ever. It's the only location in town, which means its crazy busy almost all the time. The drive thru typically takes 20 minutes or longer, so it is usually better to just go inside and order. Second weekend night that drive through/lobby not available. 1st night, cones we in the drive thru so no one could even attempt to order. Tonight, I drive up to be told only door dash and mobile order is taken at this time... so I said ok I guess I'll mobile order then. I go to mobile order just to find out that the location closes too soon (30 minutes) and I am unable to order from here. I had to drive to the next town to get my Taco Bell fix. Apparently Taco Bell is no longer the place for late night cravings if they close at midnight. When I mentioned that I was denied at the other location, they were shocked and said that that's not even an option. Sooo not sure how the 3 staff members that were working at the O'Fallon Illinois location on Rte 50 are serving of their paycheck but I'm pretty sure someone should look into it. I'm a big fan of Taco Bell as a Quick Highway semi-healthy Vegetarian option. Delicious! They do not skimp on the fillings or the toppings! Everyone was very friendly. My family enjoyed this quick stop on our way to St. Louis, MI. My husband and daughter had the meaty Chalupa boxes and my son and I had the bean tostadas and bean burritos. Frequently forgets multiple items in your order. Drinks and packaging not closed properly. I've had the contents of entire meals strewn about in the bag when I check it. The food here has been consistently quite good, but the employees all seem to be functioning on their own set of rules. About a week or two ago I sent my fiancee up to get me one of the grande nacho boxes after I saw a sponsored post on Facebook from Taco Bell featuring it. When he got there the drive thru worker told him they didn't have it yet and would get it on the 6th of this month. I was disappointed but figured maybe they had a gradual rollout on specialty items like some fast food places do. We came in on the 6th, I had my grande box, it was delicious. Then, last night, we were coming home after a long day of errands and wanted a quick meal so we came through their drive thru. This time the drive thru worker told us not only did they not have it anymore but that they hadn't had it in WEEKS. We were very confused since I had just had one THREE DAYS prior. We parked and my fiancee went in and asked about the box at the counter and THAT employee said yes they have it and gave one to us. It was good again but the entire experience was very odd. I'm not sure if the problem is just a lack of employee communication or what-but if they have a limited edition item available you'd *think* they would want the sales on it, right? read more

This rating is for the staff. I drove here to pickup dinner by way of drive thru window. I don't usually get a VERY pleasant person from fast food drive up window. But, this particular Taco Bell had both the person taking the order and the person at the window handing the food were both friendly and professional. The person at the window was gleaming with a huge smile as she handed us our food. The only other fast food that gets my attention with friendly service is chick-fil-a. Most fast that I have experience seem to have unhappy employees, and their poor customer service reflects greatly on the business. I did not experience it at this location. A smile goes a long way!!! The one star removal is for the food. The nachos could have been warmer. But, I can over look this with excellent service. read more
