Tried this taco place at St. Clair Square food court. The tacos were okay but they could have been more flavorful. The salsa also wasn't very good. I did like that I was able to get three different types of tacos. The cashier was very nice. They text you when your food is ready which was nice. read more

We had Takozz cater our very first Dutch Bros event and it couldn't have been more perfect! From the very beginning they were willing and able to work in our time crunch and even were able to work a time change in there for us too. The event was a HUGE hit because of them! These are my absolute favorite street tacos in the area! I am constantly looking where the food truck is parked so I can go get some food. The steak taco is my favorite but chicken is an honorable mention. The fresh radishes and cucumbers on the side is a hit. The churros are so soft and super coated in cinnamon. Well, I have tried to find this "taco truck" a couple of times and finally found out that it's inside the mall...it's not a food truck! Eating at the food court isn't the best ambiance, but it is what it is. The girl at the counter was friendly enough, took my order and five minutes later, I had my food. Purdy dern GOOD! I got me a Tortas with Birria and hubby ordered Street Tacos, 2 with Pollo Adobado and 1 Al Pastor. My sandwich was really good, and hubby liked the pork taco the best. I crave this every single week! I don't usually like eating er the food court in the mall but will do so for this place. The owner/manager (I can't tell) is really nice. Every time I get my food it's organized in such an appealing way, and is SO FRESH and FLAVORFUL! Great quality! The meat is always tender, and there consommé is delicious. I'm hoping they open a restaurant closer to O'Fallon, but until then, I will be here at least once a week lol. It's easily one of my fav places to eat out in this area. Me and my Husband went to the food court in search of Takozz. I got 3 steak street tacos plus chips and Queso. My go to Mexican restaurant is Casa Maria's and they've never disappointed. Takozz street tacos have no flavor. They're big but not very tasty in my opinion. The chips were hot and fresh along with the Queso. I would definitely pass on this restaurant. read more

My friend and I were walking by the food court and noticed the menu advertising "elote". The corn was overcooked and mushy when I went to bite it. I went to their mall location and got the meat quesadillas one with chorizo and the other with chicken. The chorizo was grossly over seasoned and I wasn't able to eat more than a few bites. The chicken was bland and didn't have seasoning at all. The chorizo was so greasy that it got on literally everything ruining it even further.
