She told me "even if there were germs the germs would be killed from the heat" although that is a fact still unacceptable in my opinion. I've seen with my own eyes Papa John's, Pizza Hut employees use gloves when making my pizza so that's where I will continue going. She was willing to give a refund, but the response was tacky and doesn't fall under Jets Pizza Safety Protocols or Health Standards.
