This is one hundred percent the WORST Dunkin'. If it could get zero stars it would. A few months ago I went for ice cream and as usual their lobby was closed around 6 pm when they're supposed to be open until 11pm? I ask what flavors of ice cream they have to be told "31 flavors" okay? Then when I asked again to be told I should look at the menu, where the ice cream isn't listed? Then be told to get the fxck out the drive thru followed by a "bye bxtch" as I'm leaving ... then I order bacon today, and they're out and won't refund me my money... and offer me a 2nd iced coffee... why do I want two iced coffees?Literally just left with out a refund because they can't refund people? They wouldn't contact their boss. Thanks Dunkin' for stealing my money. A tip to management, don't leave people who don't know what they're doing in charge. read more

Dunkin' - This is apparently Dunkins idea of an iced coffee. - Donuts Near Me - Fairview Heights, Illinois

From time to time I come to this Dunkin Donuts to get my morning or afternoon fix. I always order using the Dunkin App so when I get there I don't have to worry about what to order I just drive up to the window and my order is ready. I have only had a few problems with this location and my order. One most recent was I ordered a Cold Brew and some Munchkins. When I pulled up to the window they informed me that they didn't have any Cold Brew because the night shift didn't make it. That was disappointing but the crew offered me an iced dark roast instead and even threw in some free donuts because they didn't have my coffee. I agree with the other posts that this place may not have the best staff but I do see them getting better each time I go. read more

I've been stuck in this drivethru for 30 minutes now. I'm now late for work and I might pee my pants if they don't get their act together. This is absolutely ridiculous. I can't even get out nobody has 30 minutes to spend in a drive-through when there's five cars in front of me. They're only getting one star because I have to give a star. read more

If you want a lot of attitude and a small selection of donuts then this is your place. There have been a couple of friendly workers but they usually don't end up working there long and the rest have nothing but attitude. They always seem short handed and the lobby is constantly closed because they only have 2 people working. When they make a mistake on your order they will try to blame you because they can't open there ears and listen. I heard one worker bad mouthing a customer in the lobby where we could all hear her, some girl with red hair. The owner apparently doesn't care about this location. read more

#AVOIDLIKETHEBUBONICPLAGUE I'm really not the type to comment online about any business but the Fairview Heights Dunkin Donuts location is a joke. I've been to several different locations and have received exceptional customer service and my order was perfect. At this location you never know how your drink is going to taste and what frumpy face you'll pull up to at the window. Its sad that I had to start going in to see who was making my drink to determine how I should place the order. I mean don't they have recipes and doesn't one cream=1scoop, two sugar =2scoops. I MEAN IS IT THAT DIFFICULT?! Then they act like they get offended if you say its not good and you want another one. I'm like damn I'm paying for it.... They always have new employees training in the morning when its their busiest time. So not only are you late for work because you want an ice coffee but your ice coffee taste like shit because you have horrible barista's teaching new employees how to make shitty coffee. Its like a vicious cycle. read more

Since it's the closest one to me I come often. However, I do mobile orders all the time and the majority of the time the orders are not given to me correct. I ordered two Texas toast sandwiches with sausage instead of bacon. Well you gave me bacon on both. Then I wanted a XL dark roast and you gave me original blend. Figure it out. read more

Someone needs to get a District mgr to look into Fairview Heights, IL.. The place is poorly managed, usually out of coffee tools and Apple Fritters so we started driving 15 miles to Troy, I'm -- Gave FH a chance again on 2/11.. We arrived at 9:40 with store closing at 11 PM. Chairs all up on table and zero donuts on the case at 9:40 PM.. read more

First time here, not impressed with the drive thru. I order a bacon egg and cheese croissant and vanilla iced coffee. The big box says what kind of vanilla iced coffee.......I repeat a caffeinated one because I have no clue what they offer, a snide just a regular coffee then came back at me. I get to the window and see a sign that says 2 for crosswinds bacon egg and cheese. They never mentioned it to me when I referee when 1 costs 4$. That was upsetting; but the icing on the proverbial donut was when they said we are out of crosswinds, how about a bagel or English muffin. So I ordered the bagel, still no mention of the special. I drive off with a bland coffee, at least it was iced and a crunchy stale bagel. The best part of waking up is not a cracked tooth in your mouth. read more

Okay. I have to share my experience. You have the sweetest young man working the drive through. I love coming through there. He has the sweetest smile and warm welcome. I wish I knew his name. I come through with bed head and greeted so sweetly by him. Thanks for always making this mom of 3 always smile. The coffee is amazing. read more

I've gone to this location for the past two days asking for a "skinny vanilla latte" which is a very normal alteration to the drink and for the past two days the same woman has been extremely rude to me over my order. Saying "this isn't Starbucks", "we don't even have that", "you want a who?" It's a really simple drink to ask for at a COFFEE shop and you'd think they'd be a little nicer if they're confused on it. Today is the last day I'm coming back to this location due to the rude employees. It's like everyone forgot how to act to others due to COVID. read more

Rude service and they have the nerve to put out a tip cup!! Hah! Added Baskin Robbins now. Placed an order for jamoca almond fudge and was told "we don't sell that here". Well they did LAST WEEK!! Silent ringout from cashier. No greeting, thank you, anything! Don't bother going here. read more

As someone from Boston, where Dunkin' was founded and is abundant, I've always been a loyal Dunkin customer. I'd go every day. But the customer service at this location is so terribly bad that I've reluctantly switched to Starbucks and drive all the way to O'Fallon for my morning coffee. The workers treat you like you're a burden by going there, like you've interrupted them by making them do their jobs. They never say "thank you" or "have a good day", even if you say it to them first and treat them with kindness and respect. Sometimes they won't say anything, sometimes they'll ask "what do you want?" In a rude tone when you get to the drive through speaker, sometimes they argue with you over stupid things, and god forbid you ever ask them a question. I've brought friends and family to this Dunkin just because they didn't believe how unbelievably rude the staff is, and now they won't go there either. There has only been one worker, I wish I knew her name, who knows the meaning of customer service. read more

I would give no stars if I could. Ordered a lg macchiato and the cup is only 1/3 if you can even say that full. Horrible customer service and the girl was refusing to bring doughnuts from the back even though the bins were empty at 10 am. read more

This is the worst Dunkin' ever. They never have anything you want, half of the time they aren't making hot food, and if you want to try anything new or featured forget about it they aren't going to have it. I don't understand how you can be out of everything and still have the majority of the day to be open. You can't even pull out of the drive thru if you change your mind from the way that it's set up. This location is the absolute worst. My daughter and I have a tradition of coming here before dance on Saturday mornings, and if it wasn't for the hash browns that she just loves, I would never come here again... The staff are incredibly rude! The management seems to be the root cause. A few weeks ago I ordered the bacon maple croissant and a few orders of hash browns. About a mile down the road, I realize I'm missing a hash brown and my sandwich is cold, and the completely wrong item. I call the store stating that I do not have time to come back and have the order faxed as we are on our way to dance. I was told to just come back in the next time I'm around and they would give me the correct sandwich for free as a replacement. This is all fine with me, except for when I went back to claim this a couple weeks later, they told me that it had been too long and they would no longer honor the replacement sandwich. It had been 30 days!!!! I live in St. Louis and I'm not over here all the time, and because my daughter didn't have dance class the last Saturday it had been a month since I've been back over in Fairview Heights. I live in St. Louis and I'm not over here all the time, and because my daughter didn't have dance class the last Saturday it had been a month since I've been back over in Fairview Heights. The supervisor who came to talk to me, turned her back on me and walked away while I was explaining my situation. I worked in customer service for 20 years, And if I treated a customer that way, I would've been out of a job. Repeated attempts to contact the store manager, Blake, have been futile. I understand that it's just a sandwich, but for me it's the principle... the way I was treated. My daughter and I will find a new tradition. read more

I would love to give them more stars but unfortunately the epidemic of all donut places, they never seem to have Donuts! So, if you are in the mood for a donut and its past 5 o'clock in the afternoon I suggest you go home and make some. Terrible. I'd write more but one word is enough. What a sad store with a new location in an otherwise great nationwide chain. How can you be out of almost every donut during the morning, especially where there is no line? Avoid. read more

This one is new. But it's also my first go with DD. After 2 tries, I won't be back. First trip, service was ok, the place was busy...but the donuts were terrible. I ordered a mixed dozen and every single donut in the batch tasted like a salt shaker. Second trip...I ordered a caramel latte (bad bad bad...I don't even know how to verbally describe the horrendous taste produced). I attempted to order a coffee role...they were out; then an apple fritter...they were out. So I got a strawberry and chocolate glazed. I could not believe they were out of donuts. It's not like it was 9 PM at night...it was 8 AM in the morning! You make and sell donuts...offer enough stock to satisfy your customers! Let's just say that in my opinion if you want donuts the quality of DD...go to a gas station and save yourself some money. Or if you are visiting the Fairview Heights location, go to Krispy Kreme which is only a block away. First of all this new location needs to get it together. Secondly, based on taste I simply cannot fathom the popularity...it's rancid. And the coffee...ehhh, it's ok. It's not what people talk it up to be. My advice: stay away. Go to Krispy Kreme. Or go to the local QT or Circle K. DD is not worth the money. read more

Has to be the worst customer service I've ever experienced. If there's a line of 15 cars in the drive through, I'll walk in and maybe (if I'm lucky) they'll acknowledge I went in store around the 14th car. To Starbucks it is from now on... read more

It's new so I'll have to try it again. I love Dunkin especially since they have sandwiches were the rival Krispy Kreme doesn't. They were out of the 4 donuts we tried to order. I ended up with a strawberry donut and a Caramel Mocha iced coffee. I wanted to try the caramel Turtle but they were out. The girl in the drive through was a little rude, but seemed new as well. Walked in and we stood at the counter for five minutes. No one ever came to the register to take our order. You could hear people in the back talking. We finally walked out. Horrible customer service. read more

Once again.....waited FOREVER in line to receive a large cup of hot water, which was suppose to be a hot chocolate.....YUCK!

While the food and beverage were decent, the young lady at the counter couldn't be bothered to stop visiting with her pal to actually take our order. Another girl grudgingly started, then chatty Kathy took over, completely messing the order up because she didn't think to look what the other girl had rang up already. While eating, another girl on break was back talking the manager and arguing about when she needed to return from break. In the ladies bathroom, I was pleased to have no toilet paper and no soap. I'll never go back to this establishment. read more

Stopped in after church with my two granddaughters. The drive through line was packed but only 10 customers or so inside. Courteous, prompt and very fresh donuts. The shelves had a good variety of donuts, long-johns, and donut-holes. Coffee was good and it was nice to see a variety of drinks for kids (apple juice was their choice). Overall the inside was bright and clean. I was afraid to go based on earlier comments but it looks like they've learned from earlier mistakes. read more

This has become one of the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been too. I cannot believe how bad the waits are becoming and it is not because of traffic. The workers could not move any slower. Unfortunately we just had a disappointing trip through the drive thru at this Fairview Heights location. When we pulled up there was only one car in front of us at the drive thru ok cool they aren't busy on a weekend that was great news. As we pulled up to order, the list of donuts was not listed on the main menu, only on a yard sign stuck in the ground on the far side of the stand alone speaker for ordering, so nobody in the car but the driver could see. Upon ordering, They were out of the first three donuts we asked for including long Johns of any kind. When we asked if they had any cinnamon flavored donuts or cinnamon rolls we literally heard someone in the background through the speaker say "ha, NO" in a very rude tone as the woman taking our order more politely told us they didn't. When we pulled up after ordering, they asked us three different times what order was ours. It didn't make sense to be confused since the only car that was before us was long gone by the time we finished ordering. Since there was such confusion and the total they finally gave us seemed quite high for the few donuts we ordered, my husband nicely asked for the receipt. The guy at the window didn't respond to the request, shut the window and walked away. Needless to say the customer service and possibly preparation of products for a weekend breakfast place should probably be addressed by their management. Hopefully we just went on an off day but I think we will try other places for our next donut run. read more

The majority of the employees that work here are incredibly rude and just appear not to want to be there. When they mess up your order, they treat you like it's your fault. I worked at a different location for quite a while and I can't believe employees here are this unpleasant. I think I'll start allowing an extra 15 minutes in my morning routine to go to the Dunkin in Troy. The employees are far more pleasant and don't get an attitude when they mess up. read more

Horrible, unprofessional service. BARELY had donuts left, and it was midday btw. The environment overall was uninviting and dirty. I didn't even want to touch the counters because it was sticky - why? It literally took the lady at least 10 minutes to put together a dozen donuts. Then she couldn't ring me out because she informed me that the cash register is closed because the girl working it is on break so the girl at the drive thru will have to check me out. Why she couldn't check me out - I have no clue because she walked away before I could even ask. HORRIBLE SERVICE ALL AROUND! read more
