Sitting in their drive thru and the wait is incredibly long. I have never seen it this slow. Not sure what the issue is, but the manager needs to fix the problem. read more

I haven't had Krispy Kreme in years and decided to place an online order for a six pack and a small coffee. They couldn't find my order and asked me three different times what it was and then when they handed me my coffee, I knew instantly this is not what I ordered and when I said something, the girl rudely said well I can add whipped cream for you. It clearly was not what I ordered. Hoping the coffee was still good, I left. I mean how bad could an ice coffee be; absolutely terrible for those wondering! I will probably never go back. I spend $18 on 6 donuts and a terrible cup of coffee. I included a picture of what I ordered and what she gave me. Terrible service and terrible coffee. I gave 2 stars because I do like their donuts. read more

I placed my order ahead of time expecting a smooth pickup, but when I arrived the staff told me they won't have any orders til after 8am . I placed the order the day before to just pick up and go . The worker said they don't have any staff to make my order . Why open at 6am and not have anything ready til after 8am . Staff seemed unprepared and offered no helpful solution. This was a huge waste of time and very frustrating. If you're going to offer advance ordering, you need to actually honor it. I asked for a refund and didn't receive no help not in the morning and not even in the afternoon. read more

The service at this location is subpar. I placed an order when I arrived to the window. I was not greeted with a hello or anything just asked what was said at the window. I then repeated my order and paid. I was handed a box that was covered on one side with chocolate. I asked for a new box. The box was then walked away from the window to a side counter and returned to me with chocolate still on the box.. again this was handed to me with not a single word been spoken by the employee, Amariona I believe. The interaction was so rude. I asked for a refund. I would not recommend this location. This is my third time coming here and every time there is an extremely long wait or bad customer service. read more

The service at this location has tremendously changed, today when we picked up some donuts I was reluctant because last time it was a horrible visit. This time much improved the guy Barry was very friendly and upbeat, they had a good variety of donuts clean, much improved please visit them for a try. read more

They have closed the inside lobby to the public. This makes selecting donuts difficult as you can't see them as you are building dozen boxes. By the looks of what was the inside lobby (looks like it's being used as a storage area). While we were willing to wait in the long drive thru line there were several cars who pulled in and left as they were not willing to wait. So much for stopping for donuts and coffee before shopping. Really poor customer service...Dunkin Donuts is less than a block down the street. If you want to sit down go there. Shame shame shame on you Krispy Kreme. Do better! read more

Service improved. I hope it stays like this! Came in and because the service worker said, she wasn't able to acknowledge me right away, which was not really that long because she was with another customer, when it came to my turn, she was very friendly and asked for my order and said it is on her. Got free dozen! read more

It seems this location has serious staffing issues. We arrived to see the lobby was closed (and from recent reviews, it seems it's always closed?). So we went around to the drive-thru. No one answered at the speaker for at least a couple of minutes, so when the car ahead of us left the drive-thru, we drove to the window. The woman at the window very curtly informed us that her shift was up, so she was leaving. I asked, "Okay? Is anyone else there? Are we able to place an order?" She said, "I don't know," and walked away from the window. No one else appeared to be our line of sight from the window at all, so rather than wait around in hopes that someone else might appear, we just left. It would appear from other reviews that this was not a one-off, extremely weird/bad day, but rather business as usual for this establishment. read more

Really want to give NO Star, but it's required to write a review. I was in the mood for a single donut and went to Fairview Hgts Krispy Kreme. NEVER AGAIN. I bought a single Chocolate Icing with Custard it was not a specialty it was a single SMALL donut. I went through the driver through and the person inside was unable to here with the speaker, so I pulled up and told her what I needed. She gave me a donut in a bag, NO NAPKIN for $2.53. Now I know costs have gone up, but this is ridiculous. On top of the price and the fact whey couldn't even give a napkin, inside of the donut as a drop (one bite) of the custard. DD open just a few buildings down I will certainly try them next time, but my opinion is Krispy Kreme is not what they were, and I will not waste my money or time on the chain shop that has zero customer service. read more

Why do you continually hire people who absolutely do not want to be there?? Went there tonight, long lines and of course the lobby is closed. Although I placed my order at the drive through, I again had to repeat it at the window. I ordered a dozen classic assorted and they put one chocolate iced donut in a box of glazed. I gave it back and said my order a third time. Of course was met with attitude, ya know, hate to inconvenience them with doing their job. They ended up giving me someone's online order which was cold and obviously old. The owner has to be as bad as the employees they hire because of all the other similar reviews. read more

Today they get 1 star cause the girl in the window made my frozen latte wrong and went to go remake it and just turned it upside down in another cup. This is uncalled for. You should have made it fresh the way I asked for it 3 times. I need a manager to contact me on this matter. read more

Good donuts, staff has been nice when I come- but that's rare because they are never open the hours they say online. Today there's a sign on the door that says new hours close at 5pm, but on the drive through window there's a sign that says "sorry closing at 4 today!" + a price increase. Inconsistent and not worth the money. read more

Unable to review food as none was received. Drive thru wait was 15 minutes with one car ahead of us. When that car sat at the pick up window for another 10 minutes before driving off empty handed, we pulled up and observed 4 employees standing inside chatting. We had only ordered 3 donuts (and ordering was difficult due to non-existent customer service and poor communication at the speaker.) We also sat for a few minutes and drove off. No adults in that location, for sure. Long wait, bad service, no donuts. Zero stars, actually. read more

I don't want to 'pile on', but the Fairview Heights store has turned into a poor excuse for a donut shop. I went to buy donuts three times, on a Saturday morning each time. The lines were long, the wait was long and the lobby was closed. Short version, I didn't buy donuts on three consecutive visits. The donuts were intended for the people I volunteer with. There are other alternatives. I assume that you're about ready to close this location. read more

I attempted to go to the Krispy Kreme in Fairview Heights in Illinois on 1230 November 23rd with my husband. We arrived there with a sign on the door saying that their lobby was closed that we would have to use drive through. So we proceed to the drive through and we try to place our order asking for 4 donuts in all. 2 classic crispy crème and 2 cinnamon roll and two hot coffees. After we rolled up to the window they said all they had was hot chocolate. No cinnamon roll donuts and they had no idea what donuts they actually had. It was incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. If this is is how your stores are run then we'll be taking our business else where. Cooperate needs to be called to find out what kind of manager is running that store on a Saturday morning because clearly the staff don't care enough to do a good job. read more

Half the time its cash only and theyre open late but always run out hours before close. Im suprised this buisness is open.

If you are fair-skinned, expect to be treated with contempt, hostility, and extreme rudeness! The staff is highly unprofessional and hateful. We certainly never expected to be treated so disrespectfully and will never go back. (The outsides of the boxes were also smeared with tons of icing which made a huge mess in the car.) What an awful experience! Show less read more

Horrible customer service. Went in this morning between 8:30 and 9 am & no warm donuts. No other customers in there but nobody wanted to wait on me. When they finally did they were extremely rude & unfriendly. I will NOT be back. Hopefully things improve someday!! read more

Been trying to get donuts here for the last 3 weeks. The website and voicemail both say they are open 24 hours drive thu. Don't believe it , I have tried at 12:00am, 11:00pm and 10:30pm and each time it's closed. Update your hours!!! Maybe the employees are bailing early. read more

Great food and service the reviews under here I don't agree with as It was quick and fast

Very shady place....my husband couldn't go inside to order even though it said "open". He went through the drive thru and paid, got his donuts and the woman didn't give him his debit card back. She kind of held on to it and then had her phone out before he finally demanded his debit card back. So now I'm having to check my banking every hour to make sure our information didn't get stolen. read more

The Donuts are really good but they're seriously gonna have to do something about these long drive thru lines!

Sat in the drive through ordering mic for 10 mins. Sat at the window for another 8 mins watching workers walk by before getting out the line to go in. Got the doughnuts inside after 20 mins and they were stale. read more

Unless you want regular doughnuts don't go here. Never have the seasonal or promotional items. This morning we stopped by to try the scooby doo doughnuts, not available. Gigantic bulk order taking up the front counter, 8 people in line inside, drive thru to the street, one person working the counter while others seemed to be moseying about the back. All employees had apple airpods in and noone seemed to have any urgency or interest in what they were there for. read more

We stopped to pick up donuts at 10:45 pm and were informed the restaurant was closed. The lights and signs were all on saying the store was still open. The staff appeared to be having a very good time inside the "closed but open store". read more

Can't order online which is the only way to get donuts here as the in person ordering can take an hour.

This was a deeply disappointing experience that I won't repeat. I ordered 6 donuts and an apple fritter thru the app which should have been ready long before I arrived at the store. When I got to the window, my order hadn't been prepared at all. I had to tell the person at the window what I ordered, item by item, and they didn't even have all of them in stock so I had to settle for substitutions. On top of that, the donuts were hastily slapped together and worse, they were stale as well. As for the overall quality, the pictures can speak for themselves. In the end, this was a total waste of time and money and I won't make this mistake twice. I've been a huge fan of Dunkin for years, but I won't be returning to the location. read more

Wow, talk about slow. Unless you have an hour to pick up a dozen doughnuts I wouldn't both stopping.

My mom and I were on a return trip home from St Louis and weren't even expecting a Krispy Kreme to be in the area. We were actually looking for a Dunkin Donuts and saw the hot and ready sign and changed our minds. Glad we did. When we walked in the donuts were fresh on the line being glazed and we were greeted by a worker with a free fresh donut from the line. This by far made the entire trip worth it. We left with a dozen glazed donuts and a smile. The place was beyond pristine and everyone working were super friendly. Even the customers in line were chatting us up and happy. It was was like Krispy Kreme gives off this amazing vibe when the hot and ready sign is on. We will definitely keep this location on our radar when we're back in the area. read more

Very slow, not making hot breakfast and extremely rude black girl at the window. Worst D&D we ever been too, went to McDonald's.

Don't trust the hours posted or the signs lit up that say OPEN. Closes when they feel like closing.

6-11 AM and 5-10pm when the sign is lit up you get a free Krispy Creme no purchase necessary :) From the moment I walked in here everyone was amazingly friendly! I have always seen the sign on and have never stopped by. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a "free" donut. You can watch the donuts being made through the whole process from beginning to end, it is quite interesting. This place is open 24/7 and I will stop here whenever my little one wants a donut and for sure during there free donut times! read more
