The best way i can describe the shake is a pretty good amalgamation of a protein shake and a dessert shake. Their shakes aren't super sweet and the profile is closer to protein shake. However, the shake is much thicker and closer to an ice cream shake. They do throw in some extras to elevate the flavor. So picture a thick protein shake with that type of sweetness with some ingredients to make it taste like a coconut cream pie. The actual store sign above the door was so very small and nothing on that shopping center's street sign identifying that they were there... I work on base and I had never seen "any" advertisement on base... There would have been much more traffic from the base if they had advertised on the base or even set up a kiosk at the base food court for people to have a fresher alternative choice to have lunch or dinner. The owner/head manager does/did not have a good business mind to attract more business... Not using social media, using local signage, and advertising on base just makes too much sense... They are/were located right across the street from Southwestern Illinois Community College and I don't even know if they advertised over their either. So very sad
