What a wonderful find for me. I'm visiting for two weeks from Florida and I love my morning lattes. I was actually looking for a different coffee spot, but this was closer and I'm so glad I visited. While we visit coffee shops/restaurants for the food and beverage is actually the people that make the place. The woman that took my order and spent a few minutes to chat while I waited for my coffee to be made is an absolute angel. She is the reason I'll be back. That said I absolutely LOVE the blackboard walls with the explanation of various coffee beverages, the classic offerings and seasonal is a cute and classic look to this shop. On their seasonal offerings one beverage caught my eye the rosemary & brown sugar OMG LOVE IT! The rosemary is subtle and not overpowering and the brown sugar flavor adds a hint of sweetness. I can't say enough positive about my experience with The CoffeeHouse. Thank you for a memorable morning. read more

You could drive right past this place every day and never see it, but it had a nice chill vibe for hanging or studying. I can't speak to any food items, but I got a latte with almond milk and they scalded the milk (which to be fair, lots of smaller coffee shops and newer baristas do.) On the other hand, staff are friendly and I like the vibe so I'd return. read more

An adorable coffeehouse, tucked in-between / sharing space with a salon was just the pick me up I needed during a road trip. Who knew?! Their iced chai was delicious and their pumpkin bread was a delightful treat. The barista was patient, kind, and laughed at my awkward jokes. Laura and her crew are amazing! I am a regular customer, and they are ready to start my order as soon as they see my car pull up. The shop is cozy and welcoming. Don't sleep on the protein balls...I could eat the whole tray! Overall, everyone here is kind, warm, and the coffee is always on point. I always love the small business over the chains. If young love Starbucks I don't knock you, but I love these small home grown coffee shops the best. The Coffee House is no exception. It's off in a little shopping center that is not ready to set from the main road but definitely worth the visit. It's so cute and calming when you walk in. A very inviting cafe atmosphere with a very nice lady behind the counter immediately acknowledging us with a smile and welcome in. A variety of pastry and quiche choices were available. Tea, coffee, and juices were available for beverages. I opt for an Almond milk Chai Latte. My 2 year old was with me so we had to avoid coffee and dairy. The kind lady realized we were going to share and made sure not to over heat my drink so my child was safe and could drink her beverage sooner. Brought my two little ones here on a Monday morning. Not very busy. Very nice atmosphere, laid back. I had an iced latte and chocolate chip muffin, and both were very good. Definitely a step up from McCafe! My toddler killed what parts of the muffin I gave him, too. My other kid had a chocolate cake pop and loved it. The worker was very kind to my kids, which is always appreciated. Would love to come back sometime without the kids, and be able to enjoy the ambiance a little more. read more

Solid 4 stars here, the Americano I ordered tasted really good, with good quality beans and extraction. Would go again for coffee when in O'Fallon. They don't offer pour-overs, unfortunately, but their espresso is good. read more

I love this place I get my hair done in the same building at salon systems... and I can't resist but stop and get something every time !! I love there cake pops. And there spicy mango iced tea! I have had there coffee drinks as well, which have all been very good! Today I stopped in and got there spicy mango tea before my appointment, and afterwards I'll be stopping in again for a sweet treat and a refill. Gotta try it ! read more

I am a starbucks junkie, and to find this little nestled coffeeshop right down the street made me curious. I have visited this coffeehouse twice now. I met the owner on my first visit and she was fantastic, she will tailor any drink to your needs and make it so much better than expected! The prices are at least a buck less than those of Starbucks. A grande iced drink is only $3 and some change vs closer to that $5 mark of its rival. You could miss this place as I do not think it has a great sign outside. It almost looks like it would be out of business, it is right under the scrolling marquee sign. There are a few tables inside, nothing lavish to spread out your work on but they do have free wifi, just ask for the password to connect. A perk they recently had a groupon $10 for $20 worth of product (you get a giftcard when you redeem), I hope they stay on the groupon band wagon they will get more business and make many people happy and forget about starbucks for a while :) read more

I went here back in Jan 2018. Its next to a Salon. Has some couch seating, three tables seating four people and has calm lighting. There is a separate room perfect for a smaller business meeting and is well lit. At the time, there was one barista and there is hot tea as well as plenty of specialty drinks. They have some breakfast grab and go options. Two sizes- 16 oz and 20 oz. I was given a rewards card. They have some craft sodas for other options as well. They have Chauvin coffee beans. I wouldn't call this place kid friendly either, they share bathrooms with the salon and there is no table to change babies and there isn't a highchair. If you're looking for a blonde roast like I usually am, they did not have one. This local small coffee shop was a win in my eyes though, I would be back. read more

It's a nice quiet place to work because most people order to go. There are hardly any outlets so make sure your laptop has a full charge. Coffee selection is good and the owner/staff are nice. They also do a lot to support the community. It's not my favorite shop in the area, but it is nice to go to every once in awhile. Quality of the coffee just isn't that good in my opinion. I have been here probably a dozen times and have never come out amazed with the flavor. read more

Barista recommended a blueberry hazelnut cold brew, her current fix and it was a very unique combo. I promote small businesses as much as possible and this one is a little gem! I went here after I was pissed that my favorite little Starbucks down the street ran out of my Pumpkin Spice Latte. I drink so many Pumpkin Spice Lattes that I'm surprised I didn't turn into a damn pumpkin. I called this shop in desperation of my pumpkin deprivation and the lady said, "We have pumpkin this and that... " she named off I'm pretty sure at least 7 or 8 varieties of pumpkin! I was so blown away that I made it to the coffee shop a minute later. This place was adorable! Cute little cafe and sweet lady behind the counter! My favorite coffee was a pumpkin caramel (light caramel) latte. Definitely the best place in the area. read more

Quiet, quaint coffee shop. The barista is a very nice Italian lady, and she knows her coffee. I enjoy their specialty drinks because they are flavorful without overdoing the sugar (some places, which shall remain nameless, dump so much sugar in their coffee that it makes me gag.) Plus, the prices are reasonable. It is rarely busy or crowded during the day, so you can easily snag a spot on the comfy couch and make the most of the free wi-fi. They've recently extended their closing hours! YAY! Final word: If you need a place to think or work, bring your laptop and head over there in the afternoon. Or, after you've taken your date to see a movie at the theater across the street, take her to this coffee shop to discuss how awful/awesome the movie was. read more
