I'm don't frequent Pizza Hut often but when T-Mobile Tuesday has a deal, I'm ordering! Can't pass up their awesome deals. I've never had a bad experience here so that's a good thing. Service is fine. Not bad and not great just regular I guess. The inside seems to be clean. The workers are somewhat clean too considering they do bake pizzas all day. Their food is not my first pizza preferences, but for T-Mobile Tuesday deals I'm down. Only downfall is that they do not have an open sign so one late night I was unsure if they were open, although I had placed an online order already. Ordered at 5:30, tracking said "hot pizza is on its way"...nope. So I called at 7:00, was on hold for 10 minutes, girl picked up, asked where our order was that was supposed to be delivered 40-50 minutes. She put me on hold...for another 15 minutes. Said "driver had to make some runs and will be back to the store, then he'll be out with your order". HUH, WHAT? Are you kidding??? So I asked for a manager and held for another 10 minutes. Ok I ordered 2 boneless honey barbecue chicken a p zone supreme and a large 2 topping pizza with the garlic crust. My toppings are pepperoni and bacon on half the pizza. Here's the problem my pizza crust is dry as dirt. But there's enough grease in my box for 2 packs of bacon. So I call and speak with James at my Fairview Heights Pizza Hut. I tell him this and he says ok and remains silent. I'm like well ? He says all I said so far was ok. Then he has the nerve to say" u can bring it back and I can put some on it. " I'm like no could u put it under my name so u don't forget the next time. He like "I can't do it it's a free item" I can't give u a credit" I'm like I'm not looking for a credit this is the second time. So you would think he says the magic words. I went online to place my order. The locator sent me to the Carlyle Ave. location. I received an email that said my order would be delivered in 25 to 35 minutes. When that time passed, I went back to the website and it was saying 55 to 65 minutes. At this point I called the Carlyle Ave. store and was told there was a glitch in the system and my order was re-routed to Fairview Heights. I called the Fairview Heights store and was told my driver left at 5:28. My order was placed at 5:03 and it was delivered at 6:29. I ordered the buffalo chicken pizza which comes with 1) buffalo sauce, 2)red onions, and 3) banana peppers. I am not sure how they managed to do it but it was the most bland, nothing pizza I have ever eaten. I now know where the term "tastes like cardboard" comes from. My order with delivery fee and tip came to $32. This is without a doubt the first and last time I ever order from Pizza Hut again. read more

We used to order delivery from here in a regular basis, but a couple years ago their food quality dropped off and we quit. The wings used to be coated with sauce but the past few times we ordered them they were dry. It's as though they dipped them in sauce, then drained it all off before packaging them for delivery. Our pizzas since the same time have been and looked like they had been setting. I have picked up calzones here and they are good. I wouldn't get the pizzas or wings from this Pizza Hut though. I've had them from others during this time and was satisfied with them, so the problem is with this particular place. read more

What a disappointment Pizza Hut has been for our family. It is definitely not the same Pizza Hut I remember growing up. I don't know what they're doing (probably cutting corners to save cost) but their deep dish pizza has been such a disappointment that I refuse to go back. I have noticed the quality, and taste of their product declining for years, and it's sad to see an old favorite flameout, but I'm not willing to waste any more money waiting for them to get it right, when they already had it right, but messed it up. Thomas was the most unprofessional manager I've come across. A slight discrepancy about where an order can be delivered was handled with him hanging up multiple times, getting yelled at about previous employment history, about trying to get him and the delivery driver fired, and refusal to give me an upper managers contact information after respectfully asking for a refund. He argued with me over the course of 4/5 phone calls, and ultimately the delivery driver himself had to answer and show true professional customer service. This is our neighborhood Pizza Hut, unfortunately. Most times we have few issues with the quality of the food, however the service here is absolutely awful. It has the worst service of any place I have been to. Any time we order delivery it takes any where from 60 to 90 minutes to get our food. One time they quoted us it would be 45 minutes and it actually showed up 75 minutes later. I called to complain about the wait, and they were not too concerned. They also did not attempt to appease us. I gave this a rating of 2 stars only because the quality is not horrible and they are much quicker for carry-out. read more

Order 2 pizzas wings and bread sticks because we love our Pizza Hut we are staying in a hotel gave them my room number and phone number asked if I needed to be in lobby or if they came to room the worker said depends on the hotel so I figured they would call if their was a problem hour and a half later no pizza no call so we call them they claim they came couldn't find us my husband was in the room the entire time and my phone didn't receive one call so they remade our food and we waited again it came with no wings and manager had complete attitude on the phone ! This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I will never return to Pizza Hut if this is how their workers are trained to act. I picked up my order and it was not ready so I waited until they were finished. While waiting an employee who was working the front counter who's name tag stated she was the general manger sound aloud "I need to go or I'll hit somebody" they are either over worked or hate their job with a passion.
