Placed the order through the app and was given an estimated pick up time of 27 minutes. We had a 10 piece wing combo with drink and fries, a 15 piece wings, a large order of celery, and another drink. When we got there, our order was ready. The cashier was very nice and friendly. This made no sense--why should I have to order online when I'm standing right there, willing to pay in person? This kind of service is not just inconvenient; it's downright unacceptable. I understand that they might have been busy, but ignoring a customer standing in front of you is a poor way to handle it. Was scared to try this location because of the reviews, but it really wasn't bad. Everyone was nice and it was clean inside. Got the summer of flavor bundle, nothing was missing from my order and everything tasted good. I did however order 2 large fries, and one of them was missing the seasoning. No big deal. Also, the hot honey rub is SO GOOD, highly recommend!!!! Only complaint is that my order wasn't ready when I got there. Placed online order pickup for 8:15pm and got my food around 8:35pm. Ok I will admit I was a little leery because the reviews were so bad. The first time I wanted wingstop I didn't have the greatest experience. I decided to just make the trip over and turns out they were having problems with their system and were unable to take orders. Second time I had a craving I called and got through and the process is pretty smooth. I didn't want to order online because the app doesn't have the option of my order preferences and boooooy was that the best decision. They made my order to perfection. The order and pickup process was smooth and the restaurant was clean with friendly staff. Would be nice if everything wasn't to go but judging by the small eating area they don't expect people to stay. Made an online order on the evening of February 25, told order would be ready about 9:45 p.m. Got to the store, they can't find the order although I have a receipt on my phone and they have the order on file. It was supposed to be a mix of boneless and regular wings. And if they were the garlic parmesan wings I had ordered, it sure didn't taste like it. I ate maybe five of the 10 before tossing them. I realized I had been had, they had given me the bottom of the barrel wings to make it look like the order had been "temporarily" lost. But the store was close to closing, so I could not go back to talk to a manager. I went to the web site to lodge a complaint. Can't do that. All their Customer Service complaints format consists of, is a check down list of what your issues are. No where verbally to explain the issue. Could go back tomorrow to talk to a manager, but I fear it would no good as I probably believe the manager was in on it. All around bad! There's somewhere between 6-8 employees who all seem to be there to get paid for hanging out and having fun. As I waited for my order I seen 2 people go back in to return wrong orders. 1 person actually had ordered 5 different items and 3 were wrong! This didn't account for my order that was missing 2 sodas from my 2 meals. Management well she seemed like she's more concerned with employees liking her than following food protocol like...wearing gloves when handling food, not touching your Shoes then handling food, allow employees to horseplay, be loud and cuss in front of customers, even argue and of course the hair must be in a bun or ponytail while at work even in a hairnet. There were a couple of workers with their hair hip length and not one employee was wearing a hairnet at all. Even the manager and I thought exposed body piercing was to be covered to avoid a different food accident, guess not. The food is cold, habanero is not spicy and the fries are heavy, clumpy stuck together. I've tried this new WingStop a few times now to give the opportunity of a good review but unfortunately from management down it needs to be re-evaluated and trained.
