We were really looking forward to going here as it was a new restaurant opening up in the Shiloh O'Fallon area . Upon arrival we noticed that the prices definitely aren't cheap and we ordered anyway as we thought it would be a good experience the cashier was pretty nice decent the employees making our food we're very rude we're goofing off not checking the orders there was a couple people that didn't get all of their food as we heard them discussing three people that came in after me got their food before I did and when I ask where my order was one of the employees in the back rudely commented he can just wait as he gave someone that he knew her order before me rude employees the food wasn't that great read more

I got a small order for just me, it took about 4 minutes for me to get my food which was fine. The woman taking my order was nice. Their bags are really big, I don't know if they have any smaller ones but my small order was put in a really big bag which I didn't mind but I could understand if some find it annoying. Garlic Parmesan wing flavor was pretty good. It was a little hectic when I was there because the fancy soda machine wasn't working but it didn't get in the way of my order or anything. Sitting in this MF rn and it's taken over an hour for me and my friends order to get done. I'm very hungry I paid 20 minutes ahead of time and still have been waiting for an hour. I don't know who's running this show but I'm not rocking with it. If I could leave negative stars I would, because this is outrageous. They're lucky we didn't refund both orders. Orders are never on time. They will take payment and then tell you they don't know the status of your order. Staff lacks professionalism. I guess you can't expect much from a Wingstop. read more

We waited 10 mins to even be acknowledged, then were told it's at least a 20 min wait for food. There appeared to be plenty of workers but they also appeared extremely unorganized and inefficient. Very disappointing for a brand new store. read more

I'll admit I was hesitant to try this location due to the other reviews but I had to know for myself. I ordered a 10 piece and cheese fry on a Saturday at 8:30 pm and was quoted 15-20 minutes for pick up. I showed up at the 20 minute mark and my order was ready and the employee who helped me was nice and didn't find any issue there. When I got home my order was correct and the food was good. Well we decided to give this place a second try coming from California we missed wingstop and didn't want to drive all the way to Collinsville but when they finally opened this one we thought it was going to be good but boy it was a disappointment both times! Today 5/19/20 fries on both orders were soggy no idea why but they were wet and undercooked, never gave us our drinks so paying for a combo was a waste of money for soggy fries and no drink. Employees were unprofessional all messing around and two females with long hair down to the lower back was not in pony tail or bun super unsanitary! They were all joking around loudly not even really working considering how many orders they had that were coming in. And management, the two supervisors that were there shouldn't even be supervisors. Both were messing around with the other employees and one was joking about writing people up and the other was joking around then pulled their shoe off as if they were going to throw it at another employee then went back to doing whatever, also unsanitary pulling your shoe off then going back and touching orders. While I was there 2 other costumers came back in to return their order because it was completely wrong or they didn't get something, if I didn't have a newborn I would've gone back as well. I love wingstop but this store but such a sad mark on their business name they hired horrible people they need to start all over because it's in such a great location but already on a downhill slope because of the staff unprofessional, unorganized, rude, horrible food this place deserves 0 stars which is sad because it's new. I am only giving 1 star because 0 is not an option. This was the first time I ever had wingstop, and it most definitely will be the last. To begin, I had to wait 25 minutes after ordering to get my meal prepared. While waiting, I attempted to use the restroom; however, I was unable to due to a clogged toilet. Furthermore, the fries in my meal were not even cut up and resembled a fried half potato. Additionally, I had never in my life as a frequent eater of wings have had such tasteless wings. I could not even finish my meal it was so terrible. Moreover, the vast majority of the employees were incorrectly wearing their masks - to the point where their top lips were not covered. I then proceeded to see an employee yawn into his bare hand while his mask did not cover his mouth. This establishment is an atrocity, and I quite frankly would recommend it to no one. read more

Because I was tired of driving to collinsville because of the distance but let me say my food is always good there and great customer service !!! I was reading the wing stop reviews and they were low key bogus so it made me not want to go, but I was craving boneless wings bad so I went anyways. When I walked in, everything was clean and the workers were extremely nice. Plus the food was really great . I recommend going. read more

I understand they're new but if so you should have someone up front for customers to order. I walked in and stood around 5-10 mins and left because no one greeted me. I overheard someone ask if we needed to order and she said no they're just picking up. Was never asked whether I was there to pick up or not. They were not that busy in there, I went in around 1pm. Hopefully they get some better employees who understand customer service. read more

I went to wingstop after I tried many times for 20 minutes to order remotely and could not. The person taking my order dismissed us as soon as we approached the counter to order (after having waited in line quietly for 15 mins behind 2 people). The person there then rudely told use before I could say a word that they were busy so we should expect to have to wait for anything we want to order for at least 20-30 mins. When I said that was fine (as I could then thought I might just order and sit in my car within view or run a quick errand) and went to give my order, this person made a rude sound and rolled their eyes and said "whatever, what you want". It was really rude. As I started to give the order, I noticed people picking things up off the floor then handling food right after, wiping their noses on uniforms, and dropping food and placing it back to be served so we left instead. I wanted to like this place but it was too rude and gross. read more
