I ordered "1" small cake and "12" cupcakes. I was charged for them to write Happy Birthday and sprinkles. My understanding the sprinkles were to be around the sides. Since there are many other bakery options, I have to laugh at how extremely inflexible this place is. I wanted the little mini Bundt cakes put on the cardboard platter (the ones the big cakes come on) and wrapped like the big Bundt cake. It was a really easy task. I was dumbfounded when they said they wouldn't do it. They kept saying that's not how the mini Bundt cakes come - they come in a box. Yes - but they COULD come on the cardboard platter, if you just set them on the platter. They said no - and they wouldn't sell me the cardboard platter to do it myself. I thought about just buying a big Bundt cake too, wrapped like I wanted the minis, then doing it myself, but thought it was just odd I'd have to do that.
