This place is AMAZING! Known for their signature warm, soft, and gooey texture, literally melts in your mouth, with a classic, homemade feel but elevated by fresh, buttery flavors and high-quality ingredients. My wife and I stopped by on the way out of AT&T stadium after watching the chargers beat the cowboys! And we're so glad we did! We ordered a few double chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, and oatmeal raisin cookies. And they did not disappoint! These cookies are best enjoyed right out of the oven for that perfect moment of fresh-baked bliss. Prices are reasonable and the service is great! Cookie shop is relatively small, and depending on the day, a line may form at the entrance. But trust me, it's totally worth it! read more

I'm bringing Cookies!!! Opted for a Good to Go bag which means I did not know what I was getting. The result was a bag of sweet treats - just not in the special box. This was a good way for me to try them myself to see if they are worth the regular retail price. And yes, they are! Wonderful addition to an evening pot luck - great cookies - chewy & soft. Will be ordering some more next time I need a box for an event. read more

I ordered ahead to have these delivered to my wife and daughter at their hotel on Valentine's Day. They not only arrived still warm and fresh, the delivery and communication was perfectly executed. This was a fantastic choice and well worth the money. read more

Came in last Sunday for a cookie and KJ was so nice. It had been a while since I had a cookie and he went over all the new cookies and gave excellent recommendations. I tried a pecan tart as well as their Dubai chocolate cookie. That Dubai chocolate cookie was soooo delicious. Be sure to get it warm! read more

I checked the star rating and this was well above 5. The chocolate chip cookies were okay. Good but not $2 a cookie type good. We also tried the cookie dough truffles and they were mid. Service was a little slow. I love the cute packaging and if I lived here I'd be gifting these very often because of the presentation alone! Adorable box and easy gift! read more

Tiff's chocolate chip cookies never fail to be delicious. Our order was ready on time when we got there to pick it up, warm and waiting. Decided to try the Tiff's mix, and while it was good, I'm just going to stick to the reliable chocolate chip from now on. Double chocolate and m&m were good, snickerdoodle was alright, oatmeal raisin was good for oatmeal raisin, but I'm not a fan of that flavor in general, so can't fault them for that. I also had problems ordering online and customer service was very helpful. Will definitely be visiting this Tiff's again. read more

The cookies were just OK. Not impressed at all. I had high expectations because somebody referred me to try it, but I did not care for them. The service was great. The gentleman that was helping us really was super nice and the atmosphere was OK. read more

If you like sweets with a twist of class and a little sophistication this is your spot. Try it for yourself

I get how people go crazy for how they were the first cookie delivery and how their prices are decent. Although the cookies themselves are ok. I personally feel you would get better cookies at a Nestle Tollhouse or Mrs. Fields stand, but these are better than Great American cookies if it's any consolation. I mean to be fair, I'm being very critical here. They taste good they're just not worth the extra hype everyone gives it. I mean totally great if you see them at a party or if you're gifted them, but no need to go out of your way to treat them for yourself. read more

Good tasty cookies. No "over the top" frosting like some other gourmet cookies. Good packaging.

Overrated. Cookies were surprisingly average in taste and form. Brownie was dry and bland. Everything overpriced. No one offered to heat them up or that heating was even an option. I can do better in my own home kitchen, and I don't even bake! (who has the time?) I brought my family here, going out of our way, for just mediocre? So disappointing. Service is also awkward here as the space is tiny and no one behind the counter speaks up to help or guide customers. Two workers could have helped us, instead just stared at us like idiots. And the bathroom is right in that tiny space, and umm you can hear everything. Again, awk-waaaard. Beware, Google Maps will take you to the parking garage behind the premises. If you park there you must walk around the building. It would be nice if they had a rear entrance or any directional signage. There is limited parking in front on Ross. But..I wouldn't bother. This place is 100% hype. read more

Tiff!s Treats Amazing cookie company, they are a delight to order from and you will not be sorry, the most delicious cookies in Texas

I was gifted by my brother an assorted box for my birthday last year. All of the treats were so good and moist.. not sure what this particular piece of heaven is called , but it was shaped like a brownie, the bottom layer was a cookie and it was packed with a ton of both peanut butter and chocolate chips on top of it. It's the best thing that I've ever had and I'm not really big on sweets . It took me a little over a week to finish it and it never went stale or anything .. read more

Oh, y'all. I called and in less than an hour they delivered warm fresh cookies to the nurses in ICU at UT Southwestern. They were so beautifully packaged and presented. Who needs flowers when you can send hot fresh cookies for everyone to enjoy. More impressive and affordable! read more

We came here to try some cookies after a stop at the World Aquarium next door. We tried the oatmeal chocolate chip and the M&M cookie. Definitely good cookies but I don't particularly think they are overly special in any way. We actually ate them about 3 hours after we bought it and they still had a nice soft and chewy texture even after we carried it around in the cold weather for awhile. I enjoyed both about the same but the M&M cookie was super sweet which is probably expected. If I lived here, would I stop by if I wanted a cookie fix and am a non-baker? I probably would. $1.50 per cookie isn't too bad. read more

Cookies were warm as promised and tasty but lots of issues with boxing and delivery. Placed two orders : one for birthday and one for me to take to other person. Brownies were placed on top of cookies (3) and totally crushed the cookies, smashing them all into pancakes. I called office to discuss and was told w 3 brownies they place on top of cookies but 4 are boxed; yet the trio (3 brownies) ordered came in a box. Hmmmm. Not sure how this made sense, but had to hold for 10 minutes for them to say they would "credit" me 2 dozen cookies. Really? Don't think I'll ever use it. read more

I'm so shocked, I have always loved Tiff's Treats and never had a bad experience until today. It could just be this particular location but I placed an order and an hour and a half past the delivery time I called to inquire about it. The customer service person (who was clearly not actually working at the location or it was some customer service call line) couldn't or wouldn't help me with anything. It had gotten so late I just asked to cancel the order and get a refund but they wouldn't do that either. It seemed as if the order was missing because he had no true information on it either. I will still order from other locations but avoid this one. read more

If there is a support group for Tiff Addicts, please contact me immediately so I can join. I've been a fan of the Granite Parkway location-to the point that I will make sure to plan my schedule to allow a quick visit whenever I'm in town. So imagine my sheer delight when I stumbled upon the downtown location when I was in town again. The setup is simple-a counter with a small display of available cookies and a fridge with drinks. You can get cookies heated up, but I usually just devour them straight from the case. Why delay such a good thing any further? I did notice that the cookies at this location were a bit thinner than I had experienced before. Not sure if that is due to a different baker or just happened to find some of the skinny cookies this time. While I would have preferred a little more "umph," they were still heavenly. read more

I'll be honest, I am not a cookie person so I never buy cookies for myself. But every single time I buy cookies from this place for my friends, family, and co-workers, all the cookies disappear in a matter of minutes they loveeee these cookies so much, and I truly enjoy gifting people this as well since I feel like its worth the money I paid! read more

Superb experience, easy ordering, good communication, and fast delivery. I placed my order online with great ease at 7:02pm, had my confirmation email at 7:03pm, the estimate delivery time for me was 7:45pm-8:30pm. My cookies and ice cream arrived at 8:05pm (I'm about 3.5 miles away). The delivery guy was super nice and had everything in my order correct. I've had many Tiff's Treats experiences at multiple of their locations and they have never let me down. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for some tasty treats with reliable delivery. read more

I ordered this set as a good luck surprise for my boyfriend before an exam. The order process was very simple and they were very prompt. The presentation was better than I expected and he said that the cookies were delicious. Their claim about delivering them warm is true! They were fresh out of the oven. The convenience of this service is enough to earn it five stars. That, along with the quality of the cookies for a competitive price. It's my go to delivery for any type of occasion. One thing that could be improved is that they do not cater to any allergies. There are so many competitors that do and I know that I would use Tiff's Treats more if they were able to provide those options. As it was not needed for this order, it did not affect my rating but is something that I am hoping for the future! read more

I guess what is popular about Tiff's Treats is that they deliver cookies. Makes for an easy treat/gift to send someone! I would probably use their services to deliver cookies to someone...but only if I didn't have time to whip up my own batch of cookies. The cookies themselves are just ok. What I can't get over is this distinct coconut flavor to their chocolate chip cookies. read more

When you walk right in, there is an overwhelming smell of amazingly fresh baked cookies and all you can think about is consuming everything in sight! I knew I wasn't going to be able to finish this and with no one to share this deliciousness of sweets, I still went for it. I wanted to try their classic chocolate chip cookies and even though I really wanted to mix and match the cookies, that wasn't allowed. The ice cream is your standard but the cookies. Oh the chewiness and the warmth of the cookies coming out of the oven and with the ice cream melting slowly but not freezing cold - it was perfection. Since my last visit, I've been back twice and have had much better experiences! I've gotten half a dozen cookies and two brownies, all of them have been fantastic! You can get your choices warmed up before they are packed In the cutest box and bag, complete with yellow ribbon bow. The brownies are my new addiction. I love the chocolate chips heavily sprinkled on top, and throughout the entire brownie. Normally, I don't get double chocolate because it's far too chocolatey for me, but these are perfect! They don't cross the line into overpowering. Chocolate chip of course is the classic favorite, and I've gotten better, more uniformly cooked chocolate chips since my first review. The White Chocolate Almond and Oatmeal Raisin are my two other favorites. I've had no issue with customer service either. Very friendly and helpful staff! Can't wait to come back and get some more cookies and brownies. Switching my review from 3 Star to 5 star! You deserve it Tiff's Treats! :) read more

Delicious, efficient, and friendly service! I order from here fairly regularly for hospital deliveries and am always satisfied with the treats. I am an elite member and enjoy the annual birthday treats and free delivery. Today took the cake (or cookie if you will) when I placed an order and learned of a discount code after the fact. I couldn't find anywhere online to amend or cancel and re-enter my order so I called the store directly. I spoke to Laura (I think) and she quickly verified my order and applied the code. Although it was a phone call, I could tell she was smiling on the other end of the phone and happy to be of service. Another 5+ star experience. Thank you Tiff's Treats! read more
