Speaking from my experience, Mrs Fields has always been a model of consistency and excellence. I don't visit often but when I do, it has always been the right choice. Staff was friendly enough. The milk chocolate chip never disappoints and is easily a top 5 in the DFW area. I'm a peanut butter girly and can be sensitive about my cookies, but this PB cookie was a true 6/10. The M&M cookie was just okay. I can't explain it, but mini M&Ms have a different taste than the regular sized ones, and that's that. read more

To begin my review, my workplace got two boxes of customized cookies in honor of Pride Month, and one thing I can tell you is that these cookies are not cheap, so keep that in mind. Anyway, the cookies were beautifully presented, and everyone seemed to enjoy them, so kudos to them for that. However, I do believe that the patterns were inconsistent and that they appeared rushed, which is fine, but as someone with a bit of ocd, it is difficult for me to not see all of the cookies looking good. However, if you only got one cookie, the problem would vanish. In terms of flavor, I will say that the cookie was incredible; it was really soft and flavorful; we had coffee with the cookies, and they simply combined flawlessly. Something I wasn't a fan of was their frosting; it wasn't the best I've ever tasted, but it wasn't the worst either; I was able to eat one cookie and enjoy the frosting, but by the second cookie, the frosting was no longer good, so I scooped it off and just ate the cookie by itself. However, if you like sugary frosting, this might be the cookie for you. Overall, for me personally, this is a three-star place because the presentation could be a bit better, and the taste could also be improved, maybe just a bit. read more

Stop by to grab 3 cookie slices before leaving the mall. There was only 1 heart shaped frosted cookie and 1 frosted cookie slice available. I ask the lady assisting me if they had slices in the back they could decorate. She asked the other lady working and she shook her head yes. The lady assisting me told her yes I would like another slice. After boxing the items in the case I was moved down to check out while the other lady handled cutting the slice. Once completed the lady assisting me bagged up my order. I've never had issues at the location and didn't think I would need to double check the cookie. Once I got home roughly 2 hours later un-bagged my cookies to find a plain cookie slice (no frosting) I called the number on my receipt and spoke to the manger. I explained the situation and the response was "I don't understand what was wrong with the cookie? Did you ask for it to be decorated?" I told her the situation again and she stated "that's odd I think there was miscommunication. They didn't understand you wanted it decorated." You're correct odd to not decorate the cookie, and charge me for a frosted cookie sliced cookie. I try not to be a Karen as I've worked in the restaurant field before. I know mistakes happen and both lady's assisting me was polite, but the manager not understanding how a unfrosted cookie was a problem after paying $5 for it, is just crazy to me. I was offered a replacement cookie if I wanted to return. I'm leaving it up to my daughters as it was their slice that got messed. I hope the girls don't get into trouble as yes I see it could of been a miscommunication, but in the end if I don't post a review it could happen to someone else. If you need a cookie slice made fresh, make sure you tell all employee involved and check the box. read more

I'd say I prefer these cookies over Tiff's Treats. My favorite go to is the strawberry oreo sugar cookie, the semi-sweet chocolate chip w/ pecans, and the oatmeal raisin w/ walnuts. They're the perfect softness for me. I usually hate sugar cookies but theirs are pretty darn good! read more

This is why I haven't been to this company for over three years. The product quality has not improved. I can understand the soft-baked concept, but this is undercooked material at best.
