I have been coming to this location since it opened for holidays and special occasions,with that being said I am not a one off customer. Today I went into to purchase another cake and was looking forward to using my buy one bundlette get one free coupon since I kept forgetting to bring it, however I switched purses the night before so once again I had forgot it. I asked if they could make an exception since I am a frequent customer but was told no because it has a coupon code they needed which I understood. I asked my family to send me a picture of the front and back of it to use the code and the coupon didn't have one. I asked again if they could honor it since I have the picture and yet again I was told no. I asked to speak to the manager and the young lady told me she had already asked her manager. Out of courtesy because I had went out of my way to get the front and back of the coupon and they had originally lied to me about the code I would imagine a manager would come and speak to me directly but in this case I wasn't a valuable enough customer to be spoken to directly by the management team. This is a great franchise, but the service today was very closed ended. read more

It was my roommate's birthday and Yelp suggested this place when I was coming from work. I didn't give it much attention because I just needed cake. I came in and the lady at the front desk offered me a sample of some cakes they had for the day, I was impressed by the texture and moisture content of the cake. I loved that they have mini cakes that way I was able to try three different cakes and they were divine. My roommate loved the place so much that she bought cakes from them too a month later for my birthday. read more

Came in for a birthday bundt cake for my moms birthday. Selected one from the cake fridge and looked at the catalog for the extra decorations. All set to go and paying when the cashier said it was going to be a 20-30 minute wait. Place was not busy, and she said the fluff ball decorations were already preassembled hanging from the ceiling in the back. Asked if I could buy the decorations to assemble myself and she said no. This is our go to for cakes. Ever since the discovery of Nothing Bundt Cakes we have never went back to any other cake place. Cakes are to die for. I would give it 5 stars but I tried to place an order today for Pecan Praline which they have all year long and was told they don't offer it during the holidays. They only offer the 5 holiday favors. I even tried to place a custom order for their bundtinis which I was able to customize before and now it doesn't allow you too customize the flavors. Which is really disappointing. This super cute bakery is located in a busy shopping plaza. The inside is clean, colorful and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The workers greet you and they entice you with some free samples right away. When I went, they had the double chocolate chip bundt cake and white chocolate popcorn for samples. Both were delicious but I came there just to order some bundt cakes. I got the chocolate turtle, white chocolate raspberry and ended up getting the double chocolate chip as well because the sample of it was really good (I had planned to only buy two). The cakes were all very moist and flavorful. My favorite was probably the double chocolate chip. I have had the red velvet in the past that someone gave me which I also really liked but decided not to order it this time so I could try other flavors. The bundlets (I think that's what they're called) are four something a piece - if you're use to order cupcakes at $3 something a piece, you would be ok w/the price (if not, you may think it's a bit pricey). Overall, I was happy with my purchases and would buy them again, whether I need a sweet tooth craving met or maybe even a few of them as a small gift as they are super cute. I had Nothing Bundt Cakes do my wedding. I am so happy with how it all came out. Kayla and other staff were very helpful and we could do most things over the phone or email. We got a tiered bundt cake to cut for pictures and bundt-tinis for a cupcake wall. The whole order was delivered to our venue in Kingsburg. The cake was delicious and fresh.
