I originally gave this place 5 STARS, but they recently INCREASED THEIR PRICES by $.75! I even called other locations in different cities/states and it turns out most locations still charge 4$ for a bundlet. THIS LOCATION CHARGES 4.75$ NOW!!!I love their cakes, but I'm disappointed in the fact that the Fresno/clovis location increased their prices when its not even a large city anyways so there's no reason. If u move a lot or travel often, I suggest you just buy their cakes in other cities, because you'll save .75$ for the same exact thing. Their cakes are SOOO MOIST (yes ik ppl hate that word but it is the most important part of a cake). Rich, decadent, dense yet light and fluffy bundt cake with a YUMMY frosting. Both the glaze and the frosting are AMAZING. Perfect amount too! They fill the hole of the bundt cake with frosting as well as drizzle it on the sides so you get a good porportion. My favorite flavor is the red velvet!! I LOVE that they give a sample every day so you don't have to struggle thinking about whether you should spend 4$ (or 4.75$ if you live in Fresno/Clovis) on a personal sized cake ur not sure of. I had a hankering for cake the other day and I was debating on picking up a cheap slice at grocery store. My fiancé suggested I should try these cakes since they had a couple for the employees at his place of work some time ago and told me they were so 'moist and decadent'. I went ahead and bought a whole 8 inch. He didn't mention to me that the frosting was cream cheese but it was a pleasant surprise! I got the chocolate chip bunt un-decorated for just over 23 bucks. The cake is a typical chocolate cake with chocolate chips, it wasn't 'moist and decadent' like he said. But the frosting is AMAZING. It has the perfect balance of sweet and cream cheesy I could eat it by the spoonful! Nuke a slice in the microwave for about 30 seconds and it takes it to a whole new level. Superb bundt cakes. Moist, soft and mouthwatering. Great staff, prompt service. My sister and I discovered them by chance and now this is our place to go whenever we need a birthday cake or just because we feel like it. Yes, they are that good! My favorite is the lemon cake. It's simply delicious, but all of their cakes are great truth to be told. I like their frosting is sweetened to perfection, not overwhelmingly like most I've tried I dare to say. We always buy the 10" since our family is large. It's the biggest one they have I think, for about $33 if I'm not mistaken, and let me tell you, it's worth every single penny. First time here and it was super busy. But all the staff was really nice. I would've given them 5 stars but I thought the ordering/paying system was a little confusing. They don't have any clear signs to help direct you. They have it set up where there's someone taking orders and then you pay at the register. So just an FYI if it's your first time. I heard SO much praise for this place and I was so excited to try it! We just never went out because it was far from our house. Finally, we happened to be in the area so of course, I stopped in! I'm a bug chocolate lover so I got the regular chocolate bundt cake and I was so excited because it had a ton of frosting on it! After waiting and waiting, I finally tried it and it was cream cheese on top. I hate cream cheese and if I had thought to ask I would've gotten something else but they didn't have any other full Chocolate bundts so even if I had asked, I couldn't have gotten what I really wanted which was a ton of rich melty chocolate. I wasn't impressed and probably won't go back especially since it's so far. Honestly, I didn't expect much from a bundt cake. I thought, 'how good can it really be?' But I was pleasantly surprised! These bundt cakes are amazing! So much flavor, moist, and to die for frosting! My favorite has been red velvet, but I haven't come across one that I don't love. They usually have samples out to try. The cakes are very moist and stays fresh 5 days later! They didnt actually dry out. The reasons for 3 stars are as follows: overly sweet and all the cakes have soy in them. Having been to many other nothing bundt cake locations, I was very excited to hear they were opening one in Clovis. Unfortunately I was a bit underwhelmed. While the cakes were moist, they majorly skimped on the cream cheese frosting. Hardly any on the sides & just a little dollop on the top. I placed an online order for a birthday cake to be delivered. I ordered it a week in advance after speaking with a representative over the phone. On the morning of delivery I even called to confirm that the cake was on its way, it was confirmed. That evening, I found out that my recipient never got the cake or balloons! How devastating this is, a birthday cake should be delivered on the birthday. I called the next morning to speak with the manager/supervisor to find out that the order was never fulfilled and the confirmation was not valid. Somehow, they hung up on me and I had to call again. They fulfilled the order afterwards but it was such a inconvenience and now a day late. I'm a little dissapointed that nothing was offered to make this right. read more

We asked for a sample and they looked at us in a weird way. And so my sister said sorry we've never been here before. & they just point to where the samples are and continued to stare at us. We recently served bundtini's at an anniversary party. In case you're not familiar with bundtini's - they are small bundt cakes about the size of a cupcake. We purchased a variety of flavors hoping to please everyone. Well, they were a huge success! Everyone loved them and they were delicious! The bundtini's were very moist and delicious, and the little dollop of cream cheese frosting on top made them perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I placed my order. Also when I picked them up the gal even helped me carry them to the car. This was great customer service with great employees and, of course, their product was awesome. These Bundt cakes are delicious! I've had the double chocolate chip, gluten-free cookie which is like a bundt cake cookie, and white chocolate. The reason why I rated 4 is because these cakes are very sugary.Even if you have it without frosting. No joke. Which is a bummer for me because I can't have that much. The frosting is sugary too. I have enjoyed the cakes here. They are good in all honesty. Nothing you can't find from just about any bakery or facebook page. I enjoy the white chocolate raspberry though when I visit. Unfortunatly the last time I visited the lady at the counter was short with me and unpleasant. I have visited many times since i discovered this place a year ago so had a senpai card almost full for the minis and the larger cakes. I had switched my stamp card out of my wallet for a recent road trip and did not have the card on me. The response was essentially sucks for you. I asked if she could write something on the receipt or something so I did not lose the four stamps . I got a cross look from the representative and she said "while supplies last only." I didn't understand why she was so upset with me. I was upset and tempted to leave without a purchase. That day I was getting bundt cakes for my children's teachers. I didn't want to leave that part of their end of the year gift out of the bag.I can not remember her name. When I last visited it was the 31st of May 2018. Will be interesting to see the next time I visit. I always try to write these as honest as possible. I want to be clear and fair. The bundt cakes are good. My concern is the customer service and the feeling of being ripped off after the transaction. I waited awhile to write this review given how I felt when I left. Today was my first visit to this little gem of a bakery. It's in a weird location with little foot traffic but it was crowded anyway. The cakes were great. Very moist and best of all a perfect intensity of flavor. The lemon was sweet and tangy, the praline tasted like a heavenly cinnamon roll and the white chocolate raspberry was just tart enough. You can buy a dozen cupcake size, a mini bundt or two sizes of cakes. All come with a delicious cream cheese buttercream icing. I look forward to trying the other flavors. I keep hearing about this place so I had to go try it out. I walked in and everybody was so welcoming and friendly. Not to many places have customer service like that anymore. They had samples of the gingerbread cake which I didn't think I would care for. It was so good! I wanted to buy one too just because I was able to try it. The cakes are so moist too, not dry. I usually don't like frosting but this frosting was so good. It didn't taste like the normal buttercream. It might be cream cheese, not sure. I will be back and will tell others about it too.
