Dessert has always been my favorite part of any meal, and ever since I discovered Burney's Sweets & More in Fayetteville, they have been my #1 choice! The prices are very affordable, especially considering how delicious their food is..... absolutely worth every penny. The workers are very friendly, and make the experience a 10/10 every single time. The store is kept clean and they have all your dessert options lined up in a huge case, which I like, because it's easier to decide when you see it rather than read it off the menu. The store manager Anthony is the most genuine, and generous person. I've had the pleasure of meeting him a few months ago, and I can honestly say he has given me the best customer service I have ever had, every time I've seen him. Here's a picture of part of my order after 10 minutes of it sitting on the kitchen counter (need I say more?) lol.

But the showcases were not full, so lots of traffic before me. I was only going to look but when I saw the bagels , the sesame one was calling out to me. I was tempted to purchase the salt one, but decided on the sesame. It was huge , and plenty of seeds on it. Next time a cinnamon roll will call out to me. The staff member was friendly and did not rush me in making my choice. Brought the bagel home, it was a little soft, I like more of a crunchy outside and the inside I found a little doughy. But it had great flavor, toasted perfectly. Next time it may be a toss up , cinnamon roll or salted bagel , or both. Loved the non rushed atmosphere in the store.

Everything tasted fresh and sweet, and I can see why people like the concept. For me personally though, it feels more like a one-time experience. The cone bread reminded me a lot of the sweet Mexican breads we already make and eat often, so compared to the prices, I probably wouldn't go back regularly. One of the employees also came off a little rude during my visit, but besides that, the overall experience was still good and the desserts themselves were really tasty!

We go here 1-3 times a week after dinner for treats but may have to reconsider the way we were treated tonight. My wife ordered a Chocolate Blast, we get them often. A guy made it, an male adult who seemed to have some authority. I tasted it right away, it wasn't right. I asked my daughter to taste it, she said "yuck," and described the drink as watery and thin. It was either made with too much ice, not enough ice cream, or something but I the drink often and it's not supposed to be watery. I asked a kid behind the counter to remake it and he said sure, and I handed it to him. I suggested he taste it, and he did (later I learned he's not supposed to do that) with a spoon and he said "yeah, it's a weak chocolatey taste, I'll go ahead and remake it for you." Just as he was preparing to do that the older man with the buzz cut who we assume was in charge came out and the employee told him he was going to remake it. The manager insisted he made it to the recipe and wouldn't remake it. He wouldn't let the is remake it. The kid told him he tasted it and it was bad and the kid got in trouble. The drink Tasted. Like. Water. He refunded my money, but wouldn't make me a better shake. This is the worst service I've ever received at a Baskin Robbins and I've always been a fan. I was disappointed because I went out to get the shake for my spouse who just had surgery and is having trouble chewing or opening his mouth wide and could also use some calories about now and I had to return home without it.
