I tried one of the chocolate cheesecake cookies and cake tower. The chocolate cheesecake cookie was decadent. It was my favorite of the two. The cookie had a rich chocolate flavor with a cheesecake filling inside, topped with sugar. I could definitely eat this cookie on a regular basis. The cake tower I tried was yellow cake with caramel apples topped with Italian buttercream. Thought it tasted okay. Can stay out at room temperature. When my friend and I walked in the woman behind the case said hello then looked right back down at her phone. My friend and I were asking each other questions about the desserts at an audible volume yet the woman did not once look up from her phone to ask if we needed help. A couple other people walked in at this time and she immediately served them. The cases were full of description cards with no matching dessert behind them, and there were things written on the menu that were not in the cases. They did have about five different cupcake flavors, two cookie flavors, as well as a couple other packaged desserts. I asked the woman to describe one of the cookies to me and she did, then I opted for a salted chocolate chunk which was very good. I was immediately turned off by the staff member being on her phone and not offering to help us when we arrived for our first time there so for that reason I'm not compelled to return.

I sent her a picture and described vividly what I wanted. I am a cake designer myself, and just didn't want the headache of making my own wedding cake. What was supposed to be gold glitter was yellow sugar crystals. I requested black silk flowers and received fondant cut out flowers from a press. The airbrushed black into white ombré I asked for was actually smeared black frosting over white. It was actually embarrassing to have my friends and family see their cake designing friend have a mediocre (at best) cake for her big day. Also, ceremony was at 4 and the cake was to be delivered by 3. It didn't get there until 3:45 and my mother and wedding party had to hide that from me so I wouldn't flip out. What I truly felt when I saw my wedding cake was "she completely forgot about this and did it all in one day". It was heartbreaking.
