They made my grooms cake for our rehearsal dinner, cupcakes and a cake for our reception. I honestly am blown away by Imaginary Cakes. I live out of the area, but was coming to Carolina Beach for a family birthday party. Since it was my dad's 80th birthday, I really wanted something special, and I had to trust a vendor that I'd never heard of before and could not possibly interact with until the day of the event. From the first contact, I have been absolutely delighted with these folks. Extremely responsive, and super easy to work with. I sent a few photos of the general idea of what I was looking for and they created an absolutely delicious and gorgeous cake. It completely captured everything I was hoping it would and the quality was AMAZING. I had a few guests there that know their way around an oven and they were really impressed. I honestly cannot say enough good things about how helpful they were, and how much I enjoyed doing business with them. Imaginary Cakes made my wedding cake and cupcakes for my wedding in 2015 and people are STILL talking about how delicious they were. We went on a family-moon after the wedding with a large group at the beach, and with quite a few cupcakes left over, we would make the rounds to visit different family in their beach rentals sharing cupcakes and good times. Imaginary Cakes did a great job communicating with us as we planned out our dessert menu - so many options to choose from! - and were great about adding on a small birthday cake (delivered with the wedding desserts) for a celebration a day later.
