The cookie had a rich chocolate flavor with a cheesecake filling inside, topped with sugar. I could definitely eat this cookie on a regular basis. The cake tower I tried was yellow cake with caramel apples topped with Italian buttercream. Thought it tasted okay. Can stay out at room temperature. No coffee or drinks at the moment but maybe in the future. There is some seating inside and a highchair.

However, at $32-$38 per dozen these are about twice the cost of other cupcakes or desserts. I always do the math and I am not sure Pink Baking is worth twice as much as other cupcake options in the area or other desserts. With all that said, the service was very friendly and I love the decor inside. I am not sure I have met anyone who doesn't think Pink isn't delicious. I really like this place and suggest others give it a try, but it isn't necessarily the most bang for your buck and that is okay.

Custom cakes are also available to order. It took a while for me to whittle down my choices for purchase. Ultimately, I opted for a fresh GF baguette and a lemon bar. On returning home, I cut off a piece of the baguette and had it with some salted butter. Moist, with just the right amount of chew, it was the first decent GF baguette I've had in almost 15 years.
