    My contacts have all been professional, informed, helpful, and friendly. Calls were answered…read morequickly and responsively. I am concerned that the recent sale of the locally owned Seattle area franchise to the national organization will alter that. The national call center is not yet programmed for our zip codes so, after a 35 minute hold, I was routed to an agent in Georgia and then from there to D.C. to respond to my requests for help in the Seattle area. Neither agent could do anything for me but both were courteous. I am now waiting for a response to get services scheduled. I would have used someone local if I had known.

Before booking, I confirmed this service multiple times--first with Ava during scheduling and again directly with the technician, Sam Dozer, before he even came to our home. Despite all of that, Sam showed up and then flat-out told us the company does not do this type of work at all. So let me be clear: * The website advertises the service * The scheduling rep confirmed it * The technician confirmed it * Then the technician arrived and said they don't do it This was a complete waste of time, incredibly unprofessional, and left us still dealing with a dead animal rotting inside our wall. When I showed him their own website proving the service is advertised, there was no accountability--just a shrug and denial. If a company cannot accurately represent the services they offer or communicate internally, they should not be in business. This is not a small misunderstanding--this is false advertising and terrible customer service. I will be attaching a screenshot of their website that clearly confirms what they claim to offer. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

    I have a bee problem. Bumble bees have taken up residence somewhere in the interior (building…read morewall/flooring space) of a house I own and found a way to get into the entire house, but I couldn't figure out their exact location or pathways. Brandon from Go Pest Pro was a wealth of insect knowledge and generous with his time explaining to me what was likely going on, the potential impact, the level of risk, and possible avenues of action. He was on time, flexible, friendly, and thorough. As an owner of multiple properties and in need of quality contractors and reliable businesses that will respond to urgent issues, I am very pleased to have encountered Pest Pro and will be using them for any pest problems in the future.

Brandon came 7/12 and sealed off the holes and placed traps in the crawl space and outside the house. He said they would send someone to follow up in 6-10 days and then again another 6-10 days after that. About 4 days later we smelled nasty stuff coming from the crawl space and figured someone had been caught and they would find it with the follow up check. On 7/25 nobody had come for a follow up and I'd heard nothing so I called to see who could come check the traps before we left town on 7/29. Jordan came on 7/28 but arrived just as I had to leave for an appt so he was only able to check the outdoor traps. Today it's 8/5 and there's still a nasty smell coming from the crawl space. I called again today to see if someone could come for the 2nd follow up (that is already paid for). I was told that we had already had our two follow ups and our contract was expiring and they would come to collect their equipment next month. The lady I spoke to (can't remember her name) told me that someone had come on 7/22 but nobody was home and my phone was disconnected and then the 7/28 appt they counted as our 2nd follow up. She told me that they had called me and scheduled both of those follow ups and I had approved them. I told her I most certainly did not schedule those and that my phone is obviously not disconnected. She was snarky but agreed to send someone back out next Monday 8/8 so I will be home waiting to see if someone actually comes to check inside the crawlspace. Overall communication has been horrible and customer service less than optimal. I DO NOT Recommend them.
