I was really impressed that they also had separate rooms for the bride's party and the groom's party upstairs (elevator if you need it) but the staircase down from those rooms help to make a grand entrance for the entire party to kick off the reception. How you use the space is pretty customizable. We got married 10/20 at gatehouse and the ivy was a deep, beautiful red. Our reception was very fun and we danced the night away! When you book here, you're assigned a wedding coordinator who is more than a day of coordinator but not exactly a wedding planner. Their job is to be a go between for vendors to take the stress off of the couple who is planning. Once we got into planning, the coordinator only had a small list of "preferred vendors" for Lionsgate, which she would help coordinate with. The preferred vendors were more expensive than average and not really our taste as a queer couple. So, a lot of the planning fell to us. If you get married here, my advice would be to hire a wedding planner anyway. Note that if you book here you have to use their preferred liquor vendor (party liquor) as well as hire a Lionsgate preferred DJ. You can hire any other vendors you'd like. When you ask for prices, make sure to ask for hidden fees and costs. We have had a couple of surprises in our bills and deposits.

The employee kept saying leggings? I said no they are different. She went and looked and said that they did indeed have stretch pants as well as leggings. So I made the 40 minute trek there only to find that indeed they did not have what I was looking for though she said they did. They apologized profusely but apologies don't pay for gas and time wasted. Other than that the employees were polite and the store looks like it has plentiful of other items. We booked the party and made our deposit and leading up to the party had a lot of updates to throw at them including number of people, time in the party area, and add ons like ordering pizza. Each time their responses were prompt and incredibly helpful. On the day of the party Jared greeted me and gave me the full run down, and made sure all my questions were answered. We got set up and right at our party time they brought the kids on the floor for both guided activities and free play. They really made my daughter feel special by letting her lead the activities and even gave her a few special things to do, which she absolutely loved! All the kids in the party had an amazing time with coach Jared and coach Logan and we felt they were safe and taken care of the entire time. At the end of the party, every single parent came up to tell us how much they and their kid loved the party. Jared let us know we could leave anything we didn't want to take (extra food, decorations, etc) and they would clean it up. That was a huge bonus and made our life so much easier! This is nice because you definitely don't need to have anything with you once you enter the gaming area! Another tip, make sure you wear comfortable clothes. You can play as a team or battle against each other, which I thought was a really fun option!
