Luis and Nuria are amazing! My partner and I can't say enough good things about this company and the two people who take care of our pup son, Reggie. Luis came over before starting his service to get to know our dog, to meet us personally and give us all the relevant information we would need. As new dog parents of a rescue puppy with some behavioral issues, he even gave us some advice. Luis continues to answer any question we have. After every walk, we receive a GPS route of their 45 minute walk, an update on their potty business, occasional cute photos, and always wipes off his paws and feeds him lunch. They are more than accommodating for some specific requests and always keep in constant contact about any changes that day (i.e. he ate the carpet, he didn't eat his lunch etc.) Reggie is very afraid of men and Luis has been so patient and has worked so hard for his trust and being able to go out for a walk together. We also traveled internationally and felt so comfortable knowing that Reggie was staying with Nuria who always sent constant photos and updates. They are simply the best. read more

It's hard to express how grateful I am to have met Luis! He began walking my puggle when he was just a 16-week puppy and walked him for 4 years until we left the neighborhood last month. Not only is he professional and reliable, but he's also been very flexible when I've had last minute changes to my travel plans. All these great reviews are spot on. Luis was my savior when I was handed a puppy in my arms and told, "She needs a good home." My girls love Luis. I have an older dog and a now 11 month old puppy. I adopted the little lady when she was 8 weeks old but I adopted my older when she was already 2 so needless to say...I had no idea what I was in for. I never needed a dog walker with my older dog because 1.) my hours have never been that long and 2.) she has an extremely mature/exercised bladder control. If it's raining she'll try to get away with not going out for a whole 24 hours! Stubborn (and lovable) thing. Anyway, a puppy is a different story ALL together. Man, was I ever in for it. In comes Luis. I found Luis bc he's the highest rated dog walker in my area (e. williamsburg)...and not for nothing. I had met/interviewed a few and I knew right away Luis was the one. He came over, did a thorough meeting, we took them out to my yard and he observed and interacted. Everything 'felt right' about his calm energy. I also chose him because he spends the most time on walks with his clients for a very reasonable rate which for me was a huge signing deal with an 8 week old pit-mix. I needed puppy-relief walking. Thereafter, Luis gave me a great gift after I got that puppy- complete peace of mind. He was extremely flexible with my late and sometimes last minute restaurant-life schedule. He always gave me updates on the girls, was consistent with my training commands (he made sure he had everything down exactly right) even helped with them, and was always on-time and stayed on schedule if not longer on a couple occasions. My favorite part of my experience with Luis, though, was when he sent me a message saying he also took my older dog out too bc he didn't want to leave her behind. I was so touched by the heartfelt effort. Even though my older dog didn't need breaks during the 6 hours or so that wasn't home it always did break my heart thinking she was left out. But, I thought maybe it'd be too much spending for something that I didn't REALLY need as I make a fairly modest income. He then came up with a plan to take both girls out that wouldn't break my bank and still had ample time to walk and explore the outdoors together as a pack. I was delighted. I work from home now so I no longer need a walker which is too bad bc I'm sure my girls would love to see him again. I would recommend Luis to anyone and everyone. If your animals are your life (as most are) then you'll really appreciate Luis' effort, love for dogs, and overall genuine spirit. I'm always hoping my dogs get to see him again soon running into him on the street or something. Alas that day has yet to come.
