    Beef rolling pie

We got to come here initially for a Yelp event and I am so glad we did, otherwise we might have missed them with all the other good places in Madison Heights. We have not tried too much of the menu since we love what we have ordered in the past. Our favorites include: beef rolling pie, beef (or pork) stir fried handmade noodles, and the pork and chive pan-fried dumplings.

Food: 4.5/5 we got the pork and chive dumpling (pan fried and boiled) and both were soooo good. We also got the green onion pancake and I thought these were okay. I'm used to green onion pancake being flakier and these were thicker and chewy. The hand pulled noodle soup was good! I really enjoyed the fresh noodles and beef was tender. I was disappointed by the broth because it is on the plainer side though; HOWEVER, they have this chili flake oil stuff that added a nice touch! So flavor to taste. My friend got the stir fry and it looked really good, they enjoyed it. The staff there were quick and efficient. Clean restaurant. Lots of seating as well and can fit larger parties. Free parking in the back!

Great Chinese restaurant with not just noodle[s] but also excellent soup dumplings, meat and vegetable dishes, Chinese beverages like those bottled iced lemon tea drinks and prompt service. Also relatively spacious (longer building) with plenty of numbered tables. Their lamb cumin noodles are also excellent, and I look forward to trying their hand cut noodles next time. Highly recommended and check it out!

I LOVED their noodles. It was exactly what I was looking for. It's a great size portion, not very expensive, and tastes delicious. The add ons tasted great but the star of the show are the noodles. I will definitely be back for the noodles! Also, it smells so amazing inside! May have to dine in next time.

Trued some hand-pulled stir fry noodles (with chicken) via GrubHub delivery and WOW--so good! What an amazing difference when noodles are fresh & handmade. Can't wait to try some other dishes and visit the restaurant in person

Very fresh and chewy noodles. Quick service. Clean ambiance and restaurant. Overall a solid 4/5 stars!

Delicious, flavorful, and generous amount. Hand pulled noodles were amazing. Had a fun texture to it; nice and bouncy. My group came in about an hour before closing. Luckily they didn't mind us dining in although the cleaning lady was waiting for us to leave once it was near closing lol. Understandably so! Customer service was still great though. Very clean in the inside. Super cute decoration and furnitures. Decent amount of items on the menu. If you're looking for some authentic Chinese cuisine or hand pulled noodles, this is the place to go!

Vegetarian or spicy options available. Ordered the pork and shrimp chive dumplings (pan fried, $8.99) ... handmade, served hot with soy sauce dip .. highly recommend. Signature beef hand pulled noodle ($13.99) ... beef broth is clear and slightly brown in color ... noodles mixed in a machine but pulled by hand - tasted fresh and chewy ... thinly sliced meat topped with cilantro, baby bokchoy, green onion and radish ... also a must try. Pan Friend Scallion Pan Cake ($5.99) was a regret ordering... gummy texture and can't hardly taste and see the scallion. General Tao's Chicken ($11.99) is another mistake ordered .. the chicken is slightly undercooked, breaded and covered in orange sauce ... the flavor was a bit off .. the fried rice was oily but seasoned well. Portion size for the signature beef noodle and general tso's chicken can feed 2-3 persons. Free Kirkland bottled water. Serving the food was fast but table service needs improvement. We were served the pancake first but we don't have small plates to use. We had to ask the server more than three time for the plates, bowl and spoon. There was only brief interaction but no conversation happening with the servers. Gives me an impression that they are more focused on taking care of online orders. Don't remember if there was music playing but I could hear myself and others talking. The lights inside and the walls looked gloomy. Compliments to the wood bowls, table and stools. Private parking shared with Lao Pot. Across the street is the back dock of 168 Asian mart. Check out was done fast by going to the counter and pay the bill using cash or credit. Receipt can be printed or sent electronically.

About time I have reviewed this place after it being one of my favorites for over a year. The food here is sooo good. Specifically the honey pork rib pulled noodles. I have gotten it at least 3 times now and it is one my favorite dishes in the metro Detroit area. I always get a new side/ appetizer/ dumpling whenever I got and have not been disappointed by any of them. It's always fun to try a new one. This time, my partner got the beef stir fry noodles and he really enjoyed it. The portion was huge as well. I have only ever carried out from here, but the service is always friendly. It is nice inside and I would consider eating in once, though it's usually pretty empty.

beyond delicious ! wish i could go back in time to eat it over and over again. nicely lit and calm music, which really help when downing down the yummy hot noodles in the cold chilly weather. i believe it's family owned, and the kind staff serving and making your food were very attentive and kind. if you ever want some good noodles (honey rib ramen tops), this place is a must !!!

I prefer the handmade stir fry noodles over any of the noodles with broth. The broth is not flavorful, even with chili oil added in.

I also LOVED the noodles; they had the best texture and length in the Metro-Detroit area. When it comes to service, there's definitely a "hands-off" approach, as you order via a QR code and a machine brings your dishes to you. However, I was personally a fan of that, and we were still checked on by workers from time to time. Food came fast and I absolutely loved the vibes and interior of the restaurant. Total plot twist. The place was pretty quiet with only a few diners, so service was steady, though a little slow at times. We ordered the veggie noodles, cucumber salad, lamb skewers, xianbing pancake, and juicy pork dumplings. Overall, the food was decent and comfortably average, but honestly, we were just excited to finally find a Szechuan-style Chinese restaurant nearby. The veggie noodles were the clear winner of the night: chewy, flavorful, and coated in a sauce that had us going back for bite after bite. I could've done without the bok choy, though, and I wish the noodles had been a little less oily. The cucumber salad leaned much sweeter than we expected and was swimming in a bit too much soy sauce for our taste. The pork dumplings were nice and juicy inside, but the wrappers were slightly too doughy. Now the lamb skewers? Absolutely delicious. Great flavor, good portion size, and easily one of the highlights of the meal. The biggest disappointment, unfortunately, was the xianbing pancake. It didn't feel authentic at all. The crepe was way too thick, and the crispy crackers inside had lost all crunch and turned soggy instead. Still, the cozy vibe, solid noodles, and tasty skewers made it a worthwhile visit, especially if you're craving Szechuan flavors around Madison Heights.

Even just a quick "these are popular" or "this one's pork, this one's shrimp" would have gone a long way. Ambiance: It's a corner plaza spot and nothing about the space really stood out. It was a Saturday night and there were only two other families dining in, so it felt very quiet. Not a bad thing if you want low-key, just don't go in expecting a buzzy or lively atmosphere. I'd come back for the food, but mostly knowing what to expect next time helps.

Almost all ingredients that are imported are extremely expensive, and since Thai restaurants are having a challenge with costs, it's a premium. My friend ordered a drunken noodle, which frankly, I should probably try some time, however, given the fact that there's not many places that makes pad Thai with glass noodles, I stick with what I know. The interior is perfect for the sit down experience, the aesthetics are pleasing, as the room is bright yellow, and I'm saying that with love. I decided that the next day I had to go about a block from where the restaurant is, I'll pop in and tell them what happened. When I told the person at the counter, the question out of their mouth was, well, why didn't you come back. I told them I was not nearby and that by the time I was coming back home, they were closed. They did give me the refund on the two items, but I thought it was an odd question to ask me before never saying that they were sorry they messed up my order. Now, the food we received was delicious. The bread, the fillings, were amazing. My wife's bowl, she loved it. The egg roll rolls were perfect. My only complaint about the egg rolls, was that they don't have a sauce for them. They do have a hot sauce that is very nice. But I was looking more for a plum sauce type of thing. I would definitely go back there again, but I will check my order before I leave the building.
