Masks are enforced which made me feel comfortable. My point appointment was scheduled for Alison who is a new technician so she had a new client special. I got a sculpted full set with hand painted design on each finger. The full service took 3.5 hours which was quite long but I was pleased with the end result. I've since returned for a fill in and was also pleased.

She also burned me with scolding hot water two times. And she was pretty rough with the drill and the exfoliating tool. I wouldn't say it was the most relaxing pedicure I've ever gotten and I honestly wouldn't recommend going here. There's so many other places to go instead. It could have just been the nail tech I got, but I really did not enjoy it.

I stopped coming to this salon because my experience depends entirely on whether the manager is…read morethere. When the manager is present, the salon staff follow my requests without any issues, and I feel like my concerns are respected. However, when he isn't there--especially later in the day--the experience is completely different. The technicians seem to rush through the manicure, become argumentative when I ask for something specific, and often ignore my requests. One of my biggest concerns is the excessive use of the electric drill and UV lamp. I know what works best for my nails, and I have repeatedly explained that I do not want my natural nail bed damaged. Unfortunately, my preferences are often dismissed, and I feel pressured into a service I didn't ask for. It's frustrating because the exact same requests are honored when the manager is supervising, which tells me the staff are capable of following customer instructions. Customers deserve the same level of respect and care regardless of who is on duty. Consistency and listening to your clients should be a priority.

Went in on Sunday morning to get a gel x fill in, I usually go somewhere else but had to get my…read morenails done last minute. They told me that my gel x "wasn't letting my nails breathe", ok fine never heard that before but if they can do a good job then sure. Not only did my nail lady not know how to do my design, all my nails are crooked, my nails are fat, they essentially look like duck nails. So I asked her while she's doing the design on my second nail (there's also 3 other nail women standing over us) if i can switch to a plain color because it genuinely looked so bad. The plain color is fine. My shape is horrible and I stressed on the phone I want someone who can do a good shape. But whatever right, it's nails not that serious. 103 for the worst set of nails I've ever seen. 103. Don't ever go here. Worst service I've ever seen and waste of money.

I overlooked that because the ladies were so nice. Let me just say the lady that did my manicure had to do it 3 times because everytime she put me under the door to dry my nails the fan in it would blow the polish, so it would look like my polish was smeared. And the manicure was sub par at best. She just basically threw on polish and did nothing else. If you want a good professional manicure, this isn't it!
