For me as a small business owner, there is true value in finding another business who can deal with me as a small operator with as much attention as (I assume) they do with their larger customers. Laritza, the young lady who helped me book my storage space was extremely accommodating ,knowledgeable and friendly. I like the fact that you can pull inside and it's heated, which will come in handy when it's cold and raining everything is clean they were even mopping while I was there and the building smells great. I feel safe as they have lots of cameras and monitors highly recommend it if you are looking for storage don't waste your time going anywhere else.

The supervisor I spoke to this morning says that my shipment is still in Georgia as you do not have a driver scheduled to deliver to Massachusetts.  If you knew from the beginning that you would not have the means to satisfy my shipping needs within the time frame, why did you take my money and promise to deliver?  I find you are in breach of the contract and i need you to schedule a delivery at your own cost as soon as possible.
