I just could not wait to write my review as they work on the trees. I literally can't say enough about them!! Not only are they professional, they are QUICK & friendly! The owner is very trustworthy. He dropped by so that I can show him what trees needed to be cut down , he recommended other come down gave me a quote and started the job! I didn't realize that not only did they take down the trees that needed to be gone, but also additional trees that were dead and also trimmed even more trees and branches than I expected without even me asking! I am so grateful that my cousin suggested I use them. I am literally blown away by the phenomenal job they have done so far. I can't believe how quick they did the work. They showed up at my house just before 8am and literally by 9am for some reason I decided to look out and noticed not only were there 5 trees down in the front but also additional trees down in the back! We used North West Tree Surgeons. They were professional, safe and a good group of guys! They cut down 7 trees that were very close to our house with no damage to property. Took the trees out in one day came back the next to grind the stumps then a supervisor came a few days later to check the work to make sure we were happy. I highly recommend them. read more

One amazing experience!! We had two trees in our back yard that they took down. An Alder and fir tree that was 100 feet! Unbelievable to watch that he could climb up and do this.. Bodies of steel and so professional. We videoed part of this as was a truly moving experience to watch. I thought NFL football was amazing the way their bodies are in such good shape. These guys are great!! We had five extremely tall trees removed in our backyard they did it safely and efficiently. The owner, Moises was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. So I was very comfortable having them do it. We also had them grind the stumps. Everyone was friendly, but down to business and very safety conscious. My neighbors hired these people and it they were not at all professional I came outside and someone was urinating in the bushes next to my house, they were working across the street and they came into my yard to do this. when I confronted them he ignored me, behaved in a lewd way and finally when I yelled at them to leave my property they actually left my property, I felt very uncomfortable with there behavior and would never hire them myself read more

I contacted this company and the owner came and gave me advice and a bid. He was very nice and professional. The tree was leaning over my neighbors fence and pushing the fence over. I wanted to take a large part out, but the owner advised that the tree would not survive , so we agreed to remove all the tree. We agreed on a very fair price and I made an appointment to have it done. The day of the work went well, I came home to see it was all done. They took everything away and it was perfect. On September 23, 2016, a representative of this business requested permission to use our back driveway to take down a tree in a neighbors yard behind us. We gave permission. His business arrived the next day. In order to access the tree they removed part of our fence. They told us they would come back Saturday which they did but left early saying they would return later that day. They did not I called the business on Monday and left a message. They did not return my call. That day the neighbor called the business and spoke with them. The business said they would return Monday or Tuesday to put up the fence. They did not. I called on Wednesday and they said that evening or Thursday. This is now Friday and they have not returned to put the fence back up. I have had no communication from them. read more
