Well let me start by saying the 202nd Northwest Storage location is allowing homeless people to hangout all hours of the night at this facility. Homeless people showing up 8:45 pm to 9 pm unloading garbage bags, after garbage bags out of vehicles. Homeless hanging out on bikes in the facility. Homeless hanging out in empty units with blankets and watching TV. Same night I discovered my stuff stolen. LOTS OF STRANGE ACTIVITY AT THE FACILITY. People living in units on site, living out of. Vehicles Piggy backing out of the facility 3 vehicles at a time. On 2/12/25.
I have seen people walking out of the storage unit with a back pack and nothing else. Vehicles parked in front of units all day, to me shows people living in the unit. Or doing things out of their units.
Gates are not locked after hours, stuff is not monitored at all day or night , no one walking the property to check things. They do not deal with complaints or issues in the property.
The doors to building A are being left wide open outside door, and 2nd floor stair way, cause was elevator broken. Anyone with a gate code can access building A, elevator has been broken for 12 days since my break in discovered fixed as of yesterday, 12 days of facility open to anyone who comes into fascility.
Unit with cut panel is still wide open for next burglary as of 2/20/25. I have requested for over a year to get the door code fixed to building A door, and no one has fixed it.
Facility isn't being monitored after hours, or cameras. NO SECURITY FOR YOUR STUFF. No cameras down any of the halls, so if you stuff gets stolen it won't be on camera.
My entire unit has been wiped out of my kids dad belonging passed down from him passing away, and lock put back on. Within the last 23 days. No one cares about the safety of customers stuff at this location, and their customers stuff. Over $21,000 of non replaceable stuff. Electronics, tools, collectibles, lego, past down from my kids deceased father.
There is THEIFS RENTING AT THIS FACILITY, AND THEIFS GETTING INTO THE FACILITY. Or There is THEIFS either living on premises, or renting there.
Property manager didn't seem too concerned when I advised her
The storage unit insurance is refusing to pay my insurance whoping $2000.00, because no forcible entry to my unit. Yet my unit was broken into with lock on it. I have found multiple foot prints, finger prints, and so much more at the location.
Pull public Records. Check BBB better business bureau. Not just Google reviews. 20 complaints unanswered, and BBB rating them an F. If the better business bureau doesn't recommend them, I don't know what to tell you.
Make sure you read your lease!
Their responsibility is to safe guarding the gates, codes, doors, and entries to the building which they are not.

Which obviously above there is tons, she is on the reports. Higher than property manager told me directly this is their highest crime location he has. Obviously!
Do your research because I didn't and now I am out over $21,000.00 in non replacable sentimental items. This location isn't safe to store anything. read more
